Abstract
The invention discloses milk powder beneficial to the health of middle-aged and elderly bone joints, which comprises the following components: the formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight, wherein the basic components comprise more than or equal to 70% of one or more of cow milk, goat milk, camel milk, yak milk, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, desalted whey powder, whey protein powder and lactose, 0.03-0.05% of taurine, 0.01-0.02% of colostrum basic protein and 0.02-0.04% of sodium hyaluronate; 7-9% of inulin; 0.01-0.02% of hydrolyzed yolk powder. The invention can promote the calcium absorption and help the calcium deposit in the bone by adding the compound vitamin comprising vitamin D and vitamin E, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing osteoporosis.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of milk powder beneficial to the health of middle-aged and elderly bone joints, in particular to milk powder beneficial to the health of middle-aged and elderly bone joints and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of science and the progress of society, the living standard of the people is improved, and the pursuit of healthy, reasonable and nutritional diet by people becomes the mainstream in modern life. With the increase of human age, physiological aging gradually occurs, secretion function of various glands is reduced, resistance is reduced, and diseases are easy to suffer, so that the selection of nutritional diet is timed according to human factors. The milk powder for the old people is refined by taking high-quality fresh milk as a main raw material and adopting an advanced production process and equipment according to the physiological characteristics and nutritional requirements of the old people, and is an ideal nutritional beverage for the old people.
At present, the problem of osteoporosis of old people cannot be solved by the existing milk powder.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides milk powder beneficial to the bone joint health of middle-aged and elderly people, and solves the defect that the existing milk powder cannot improve the osteoporosis of the elderly people.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a milk powder for promoting bone joint health of middle-aged and elderly people comprises: the formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight, wherein the basic components comprise more than or equal to 70% of one or more of cow milk, goat milk, camel milk, yak milk, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, desalted whey powder, whey protein powder and lactose, 0.03-0.05% of taurine, 0.01-0.02% of colostrum basic protein and 0.02-0.04% of sodium hyaluronate; 7-9% of inulin; 0.01-0.02% of hydrolyzed yolk powder. According to the invention, the compound vitamins including vitamin D and vitamin E are added to promote calcium absorption and help calcium to deposit in bones, so that the aim of preventing osteoporosis is fulfilled; the hydrolyzed yolk powder is matched with colostrum basic protein to regulate osteoblasts and osteoclasts, keep the dynamic balance of the osteoblasts and the osteoclasts, promote the growth of bones and repair bones.
Meanwhile, the inulin is added to promote the absorption of calcium, so that the health-care food is beneficial to reducing blood sugar and regulating intestinal health.
Optionally, the milk powder beneficial to the health of the bone joints of the middle-aged and the elderly also comprises 1.2% of compound mineral, wherein the compound mineral comprises ferrous lactate and zinc lactate.
Optionally, the milk powder beneficial to the health of middle-aged and elderly bone joints further comprises 1-2% of a mixture consisting of isomaltooligosaccharide, xylooligosaccharide and cottonseed oligosaccharide.

A preparation method of milk powder beneficial to the health of middle-aged and elderly bone joints comprises the following steps:
a. filtering and purifying accepted milk, goat milk, camel milk or yak milk or a whole milk powder solution, and adding a mixture of taurine colostrum basic protein, isomaltooligosaccharide, xylooligosaccharide and cotton seed oligosaccharide according to a ratio; vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin B6Vitamin C, sodium hyaluronate, inulin, hydrolyzed yolk powder, ferrous lactate and zinc lactate, and stirring thoroughly;
b. carrying out ultrahigh-temperature instantaneous sterilization on the raw milk, and carrying out vacuum concentration to 20-30% of the volume of the raw milk;
c. filtering the concentrated milk, and spray drying to obtain milk powder;
the spray drying is that filtered air is sucked by an air blower, heated to 140-150 ℃ by an air heater and then sent into a spray drying tank, meanwhile, filtered concentrated milk is sprayed into 15-20 micron emulsion drops to be fully contacted with hot air, heat exchange and mass exchange are carried out, moisture is rapidly removed, evaporation and drying are completed instantly, prepared milk powder is settled on the lower part of a drying chamber, the milk powder is continuously discharged by a powder discharging mechanism, and powder sieving and packaging are carried out after cooling.

In the existing spray drying process of milk, milk powder is gathered in a dryer after spray drying, so that quality problems are easy to occur, and therefore, various quality indexes of the milk powder formed by spraying, such as impurity content, physicochemical indexes, pathogenic bacteria content and the like, need to be strictly controlled, and the milk powder meets the inspection standard. In order to perform quality detection on the milk powder, the milk powder in the drying tower needs to be sampled firstly. The existing production equipment can not directly sample the milk powder in the drying tower. According to the invention, the air is pumped out from the storage tank, so that the interior of the air pumping pipe is kept at low pressure, the piston is further lowered to drive the first permanent magnet, the second permanent magnet and the first rack to descend, the second magnetic stripe is driven to ascend through the gear, the elastic pipe transversely extends into the spray drying tank, and meanwhile, the milk powder sample is pumped into the sample storage cylinder through the fixed pipe and the flexible pipeline; the elastic tube extending into the tank body is convenient for extracting milk powder at a higher position, so that the extracted milk powder is more representative.

Optionally, the first permanent magnet and the second permanent magnet are both made of high-temperature-resistant permanent magnet materials.

A milk powder for promoting bone joint health of middle-aged and elderly people comprises: the formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight, wherein the basic components comprise one or more of milk, goat milk, camel milk, yak milk, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, desalted whey powder, whey protein powder and lactose, the sum of the milk, goat milk, camel milk, yak milk, whole milk powder and skimmed milk powder is more than or equal to 70%, taurine is 0.03-0.05%, colostrum alkaline protein is 0.01-0.02%, and sodium hyaluronate is 0.02-0.04%; 7-9% of inulin; 0.01-0.02% of hydrolyzed yolk powder.
The milk powder beneficial to the health of middle-aged and elderly bone joints also comprises 1.2% of compound mineral substances, wherein the compound mineral substances comprise ferrous lactate and zinc lactate.
The milk powder beneficial to the health of middle-aged and old skeletal joints also comprises 1-2% of a mixture consisting of isomaltooligosaccharide, xylooligosaccharide and cottonseed oligosaccharide.

Example 2
A preparation method of milk powder beneficial to the health of middle-aged and elderly bone joints comprises the following steps:
a. filtering and purifying accepted milk, goat milk, camel milk or yak milk, or adding a mixture of taurine colostrum basic protein, isomaltooligosaccharide, xylooligosaccharide and cotton seed oligosaccharide into a whole milk powder solution according to a ratio; vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin B6Vitamin C, sodium hyaluronate, inulin, hydrolyzed yolk powder, ferrous lactate and zinc lactate, and stirring thoroughly;
b. sterilizing the raw milk instantly at ultrahigh temperature, and concentrating the raw milk in vacuum to 20-30% of the volume of the raw milk;
c. filtering the concentrated milk, and spray drying to obtain milk powder;
the spray drying is that filtered air is sucked by an air blower, heated to 140-150 ℃ by an air heater and then sent into a spray drying tank, meanwhile, filtered concentrated milk is sprayed into 15-20 micron emulsion drops to be fully contacted with hot air, heat exchange and mass exchange are carried out, moisture is rapidly removed, evaporation and drying are completed instantly, prepared milk powder is settled on the lower part of a drying chamber, the milk powder is continuously discharged by a powder discharging mechanism, and powder sieving and packaging are carried out after cooling.

Claims (10)
1. A milk powder beneficial to bone joint health of middle-aged and elderly people is characterized by comprising: the formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight, wherein the basic components comprise more than or equal to 70% of one or more of cow milk, goat milk, camel milk, yak milk, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, desalted whey powder, whey protein powder and lactose, 0.03-0.05% of taurine, 0.01-0.02% of colostrum basic protein and 0.02-0.04% of sodium hyaluronate; 7-9% of inulin; 0.01-0.02% of hydrolyzed yolk powder, and the compound vitamins comprise vitamin D and vitamin E.
2. The milk powder beneficial to the health of middle-aged and elderly bone joints as claimed in claim 1, further comprising 1.2% of a compound mineral, wherein the compound mineral comprises ferrous lactate and zinc lactate.
3. The milk powder beneficial to bone and joint health of middle-aged and elderly people according to claim 1, further comprising 1-2% of a mixture of isomaltooligosaccharide, xylooligosaccharide and raffinose oligosaccharide.
4. The milk powder for promoting bone and joint health of middle-aged and elderly people as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vitamin complex further comprises vitamin A and vitamin B6And vitamin C.
5. A preparation method of milk powder beneficial to the health of bones and joints of middle-aged and elderly people is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. filtering and purifying accepted milk, goat milk, camel milk or yak milk, and adding a mixture of taurine colostrum basic protein, isomaltooligosaccharide, xylooligosaccharide and cotton seed oligosaccharide according to a ratio; vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin B6Vitamin C, sodium hyaluronate, inulin, hydrolyzed yolk powder, ferrous lactate and zinc lactate, and stirring thoroughly;
b. carrying out ultrahigh-temperature instantaneous sterilization on the raw milk, and carrying out vacuum concentration to 20-30% of the volume of the raw milk;
c. filtering the concentrated milk, and spray drying to obtain milk powder;
the spray drying is that filtered air is sucked by an air blower, heated to 140-150 ℃ by an air heater and then sent into a spray drying tank, meanwhile, filtered concentrated milk is sprayed into 15-20 micron emulsion drops to be fully contacted with hot air, heat exchange and mass exchange are carried out, moisture is rapidly removed, evaporation and drying are completed instantly, prepared milk powder is settled on the lower part of a drying chamber, the milk powder is continuously discharged by a powder discharging mechanism, and powder sieving and packaging are carried out after cooling.
6. The method for preparing milk powder beneficial to the health of middle-aged and elderly bone joints according to claim 5, wherein the spray drying tank comprises a steam pipe, an air outlet device and a spray pipe, the spray pipe also enters the spray drying machine, and a spray head is fixed at the end of the spray pipe; the air outlet device is used for balancing the pressure inside the spray dryer; the sampling device is arranged at the lower part of the spray drying tank and comprises a sampling cylinder arranged on the side wall of the spray drying tank, a gear is arranged in the sampling cylinder, a first rack positioned on one side far away from the center of the spray drying tank and a second rack positioned on the other side of the gear are respectively meshed with the two sides of the gear, and a first permanent magnet is arranged on the outer side of the first rack; the sampling tube is internally provided with a separation plate, the separation plate divides the interior of the sampling tube into a first cavity for mounting a gear and a closed second cavity, the lower part of the second cavity is provided with a fixing piece, the fixing piece is provided with an air vent, the fixing piece is connected with a spring, the top end of the spring is provided with a piston, a second permanent magnet is arranged in the piston, the ends, close to each other, of the first permanent magnet and the second permanent magnet are mutually attracted, the top of the second cavity is provided with an external joint for communicating with external air, the bottom of the second cavity is provided with an exhaust tube, the exhaust tube is externally connected with the sample storage tube, the sample storage tube is externally connected with an air pump, and the air pump is used for keeping the interior of the sample storage tube lower than external air pressure; a fixed pipe is arranged on the outer side of the second rack, an elastic sampling pipe is connected onto the fixed pipe, a guide sheet is arranged on the outer side of the sampling cylinder above the second rack and used for guiding the sampling pipe to extend into the spray drying tank, a flexible pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the fixed pipe and communicated with the sample storage cylinder;

The method for preparing milk powder beneficial to bone and joint health of middle-aged and elderly people as claimed in claim 6, wherein the spray drying tank is provided at its lower part with three sampling devices installed at three different heights, and the three sampling devices are all communicated with the sample storage cylinder.

The method for preparing milk powder beneficial to the health of middle-aged and elderly bone joints according to claim 8, wherein a rotating shaft is arranged in the sample storage cylinder, rotating blades are arranged on the rotating shaft, the rotating blades are arc-shaped, and arc-shaped pieces protruding out of the rotating blades are arranged on the outer sides of the rotating blades.
