本发明涉及一种含稀土氮肥增效剂,有效组分(按总重量的百分比)包括以氢醌或双氰胺作为脲酶抑制剂或硝化抑制剂,其含量为5~20%、以腐殖酸、炉渣、草碳、锰泥、或褐煤其组分之一作为载体,其含量为70~94%,其特征在于:由上述组分组成的增效剂中加有稀土,其含量为1~10%。该增效剂可单独与氮肥配合使用,也可作为专用复合肥的原料,制成长效专用复合肥,适用于各种土壤和作物,能使肥效期延长一倍以上,农作物增产10~20%。

一种合稀土氮肥增效剂
本发明涉及一种氮肥增效剂,具体地说是一种含稀土氮肥增效剂。
氮肥增效剂是施用氮肥的一种助剂,它可以延缓氮肥的分解转化速度,使其肥效期延长,利用率提高,使农业达到增产,节肥和省工的综合效益。目前生产和使用的氮肥增效剂有硝化抑制剂,脲酶抑制剂其添加载体的专利产品:氮肥增效剂(申请号:90106467.X)、新型氮肥长效增效剂(申请号:94110132.0)。
本发明的目的是提供一种不但能延长氮肥有效期,而且能促进作物根系对养分的吸收,提高作物的光合作用。改善作物品质,增强作物抗逆性的含稀土的氮肥增效剂。
为实现上述的发明目的,采取的方案如下:
本发明的有效组分(按总重量百分比)包括以氢醌或双氰胺作为脲酶抑制剂或硝化抑制剂,其含量为5~20%、以腐殖酸、炉渣、草碳、锰泥、或褐煤其组分之一作为载体,其含量为70~94%,其特征在于:由上述组分组成的增效剂中加有稀土,其含量为1~10%。
本发明所采用的稀土为络合稀土、硝酸稀土或氯化稀土,在上述组分组成的增效剂中加有的稀土含量可为3~8%。
本发明与现有技术相比有益效果如下:
本发明工艺简单、操作方便、生产成本低,给农业带来更大的效益。该产品可单独与氮肥配合使用,也可以作为专用复合肥的原料,制成新型专用复合肥。应用该发明在同等施肥量条件下,可使作物增产10~20%,并可提高产品质量,在同等目标产量条件下可节省肥料用量20%,并可做到一次基肥,不必追肥,节省追肥用工。
下面对本发明的实施方式进一步祥细说明(有效组分按总重量的百分比):
实施例1:
将组分脲酶抑制剂氢醌含量为10%、络合稀土含量为5%、载体为腐殖酸,其含量为85%,经粉碎、过筛后加入混合器,在混合器中充分混合,再经计量、包装制成含稀土的增效剂产品。
实施例2
将组分硝化抑制剂双氰胺含量为15%、硝酸稀土含量为3%、载体为炉渣,其含量为82%,经上述工艺可制成本发明产品。
实施例3:
将组分脲酶抑制剂氢醌含量为15%、氯化稀土含量为8%、载体为草碳,其含量为77%,经上述工艺即可制成本发明产品。
实施例4:
将组分硝化抑制剂双氰胺含量为8%、络合稀土含量为3%、以锰泥为载体,其含量为89%,经上述工艺可制成本发明产品。
实施例5:
将组分硝化抑制剂双氰胺含量为12%、络合稀土含量为6%、载体为褐煤,其含量为82%,经上述工艺可制成本发明产品。

Claims (2)

1、一种含稀土氮肥增效剂,按总重量的百分比计,包括以氢醌或双氰胺作为脲酶抑制剂或硝化抑制剂,其含量为5~20%,以腐殖酸、炉渣、草碳、锰泥、或褐煤其组分之一作为载体,其含量为按总重量的百分比计70~94%,其特征在于:由脲酶抑制剂或硝化抑制剂和载体组成的增效剂中加有稀土,其含量按总重量的百分比计为1~10%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种含稀土氮肥增效剂,其特征在于:所添加的稀土含量为按总重量的百分比计1~8%。
