Abstract

本发明提供一种输入装置的按压结构,包括电路板、穹顶件以及触发件。穹顶件设置于电路板上,且穹顶件具有导电性与弹性。触发件设置于穹顶件的中央,且触发件具有电绝缘性与可挠性。触发件具有导电层,面对电路板,其中穹顶件适于被按压而使触发件通过导电层抵接至电路板的触发电路而产生触发信号。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按压结构,尤其涉及一种输入装置的按压结构。
背景技术
随着信息科技时代的来临,计算机或手机等携带式电子装置的普及应用,用以作为数据输入或对电子装置进行操控的键打模块也越来越重要,同时也越来越多样化。
以键盘为例,其通常是以键帽、弹性件、连动机构与触发电路作为其主要组成构件,使用者施压于键帽,而后通过连动机构、弹性件的实体抵接动作而使触发电路产生触发信号。
然而,随着使用者对于使用手感及噪音防止等需求,同时面临电子装置逐渐朝向轻薄化的发展趋势,现有的键盘或相关的键打模块并无法同时符合上述条件,或即使符合上述需求但却需要较为复杂的制作工艺或较高的制造成本。
发明内容
本发明是针对一种输入装置的按压结构,其兼具低按压行程与静音效果。
根据本发明的实施例,输入装置的按压结构,包括电路板、穹顶件以及触发件。穹顶件设置于电路板上,且穹顶件具有导电性与弹性。触发件具有电绝缘性且设置于穹顶件的中央。触发件具有导电层,面对电路板,其中穹顶件适于被按压而使触发件通过导电层抵接至电路板的触发电路而产生触发信号。
基于上述,在输入装置的按压结构中,穹顶件具有导电性与弹性,而触发件设置于穹顶件的中央且具有电绝缘性与可挠性,同时触发件具有面对电路板的导电层。据此,在穹顶件被按压时,除能顺利地通过触发件的导电层抵接至电路板的触发电路以产生触发信号之外,在触发的同时,也因触发件具可挠性而能有效地减缓构件之间的冲击力,进而降低构件因相互冲击所产生的噪音。同时,穹顶件因按压变形而蓄积弹力。
相对地,在穹顶件未受按压时,穹顶件于前述所蓄积的弹力即能驱动触发件顺利地复位而远离电路板,也就是对于按压结构而言,仅依据穹顶件便能顺利地复位而毋须藉助其他构件,进而使按压结构得以简单化且具有较短的按压行程,同时也能避免构件堆栈所造成无法轻薄化的情形。

具体实施方式
现将详细地参考本发明的示范性实施例,示范性实施例的实例说明于附图中。只要有可能,相同组件符号在附图和描述中用来表示相同或相似部分。
图1是依照本发明一实施例的按压结构的示意图,在此将部分构件予以虚线化以利于识别。图2是图1的按压结构的局部剖视图。请同时参考图1与图2,在本实施例中,按压结构100包括电路板130、穹顶件110以及触发件120。穹顶件110设置于电路板130上,且穹顶件110具有导电性与弹性。触发件120设置于穹顶件110的中央,且触发件120具有电绝缘性与可挠性。触发件120还具有导电层122,面对电路板130,其中穹顶件110适于被按压而使触发件120通过导电层122抵接至电路板130的触发电路TR而产生触发信号,且此时穹顶件110被按压变形而蓄积弹力。一旦使用者释放施力而不在按压穹顶件110,则前述蓄积弹力便能驱动穹顶件110与其上的触发件120复位。
需先说明的是,图2另提供键帽140以作为例示,然本实施例的输入装置实质上可为键盘、按键、按钮或触摸板(touch pad)等通过使用者的按压动作而产生对应电子触发信号的相关装置。再者,本实施例的触发件120的材质为硅橡胶,穹顶件110的材质为金属,其在中央处挖空,以让触发件120通过埋入射出(insert molding)工艺而嵌合于穹顶件110的中央,如图2所示,触发件120的嵌合部121嵌合于穹顶件110,而导电层122位于嵌合部121的底部。
详细来说,穹顶件110具有主体(dome body)112与环绕主体112的周缘(surrounding edge)111,周缘111抵接于电路板130,以使主体112覆盖且立于电路板130上方而形成空间SP。触发件120的嵌合部121嵌合且穿过主体112的中央,导电层122位于触发件120的嵌合部121穿入空间SP的局部,且触发件120在穹顶件110未被按压时与电路板130保持间隙G1。在此,穹顶件110例如是以接着层(未示出)将周缘111与电路板130上非触发电路TR的部分相互接着在一起。
相对地,触发电路TR包括彼此电性断路的第一电路131与第二电路132,穹顶件110抵接且立于第二电路132,也就是让周缘111抵接于第二电路132,而使主体112覆盖且立于电路板130上方,并使触发件120的导电层122与第一电路131保持间隙G1,且在穹顶件110未被按压时,触发件120(及其导电层122)是与第一电路131保持间隙G1。反过来说,当穹顶件110被按压时,即能带动触发件120通过导电层122抵接第一电路131,以使第一电路131与第二电路132通过导电层122与穹顶件110电性导通。
请再参考图2,在本实施例中,穹顶件110还具有另一导电层113,设置于主体112的内壁,所述另一导电层113电性连接在第二电路132与导电层122之间。当穹顶件110被按压时,第一电路131依序经由导电层122、所述另一导电层113而电性连接至第二电路132,进而对第一电路131与第二电路132因电性导通以产生触发信号。
综上所述,在本发明的上述实施例中,在输入装置的按压结构中,穹顶件具有导电性与弹性,而触发件设置于穹顶件的中央且具有电绝缘性与可挠性,同时触发件具有面对电路板的导电层。据此,在穹顶件被按压时,除能顺利地通过触发件的导电层抵接至电路板的触发电路以产生触发信号之外,在触发的同时,也因触发件具可挠性而能有效地减缓构件之间的冲击力,进而降低构件因相互冲击所产生的噪音。同时,穹顶件因按压变形而蓄积弹力。
相对地,在穹顶件未受按压时,穹顶件于前述所蓄积的弹力即能驱动触发件顺利地复位而远离电路板,也就是对于按压结构而言,仅依据穹顶件便能顺利地复位而毋须藉助其他构件,进而使按压结构得以简单化且具有较短的按压行程,同时也能避免构件堆栈所造成无法轻薄化的情形。
换句话说,相较于现有技术中以单纯以橡胶弹性件作为按压结构的穹顶件(即rubber dome)而言,其虽能达到静音效果,但却无法有效轻薄化而无助于降低按压行程。反之,相较于现有技术中单纯以金属弹片作为按压结构的穹顶件(即metal dome),其虽能有效降低按压行程,但其在按压过程中因构件撞击所产生的噪音却无可避免。据此,本发明通过将触发件与穹顶件分拆为不同材质,且特别是让触发件是以埋入射出工艺嵌合在穹顶件的中央,故能有效地改善上述情形,而兼具低按压行程与静音效果。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种输入装置的按压结构,其特征在于,包括:
电路板;
穹顶件,设置于所述电路板上,所述穹顶件具有导电性与弹性;以及
触发件,嵌合于所述穹顶件的中央,所述触发件具有电绝缘性与可挠性,所述触发件具有导电层,电性连接所述穹顶件且面对所述电路板,其中所述触发件通过埋入射出工艺而嵌合于所述穹顶件的中央,所述穹顶件适于被按压而使所述触发件通过所述导电层抵接至所述电路板的触发电路,而产生触发信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输入装置的按压结构,其特征在于,所述触发件的材质是硅橡胶,所述穹顶件的材质是金属。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输入装置的按压结构,其特征在于,所述穹顶件具有主体与环绕所述主体的周缘,所述周缘抵接于所述电路板,以使所述主体覆盖且立于所述电路板上方而形成空间,所述触发件穿过所述主体的中央,所述导电层位于所述触发件穿入所述空间的局部,且所述触发件在所述穹顶件未被按压时与所述电路板保持间隙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的输入装置的按压结构,其特征在于,所述触发电路包括彼此电性断路的第一电路与第二电路,所述穹顶件抵接且立于所述第二电路,且在所述穹顶件未被按压时,所述触发件与所述第一电路保持间隙,当所述穹顶件被按压时,所述触发件通过所述导电层抵接所述第一电路,以使所述第一电路与所述第二电路通过所述导电层与所述穹顶件电性导通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的输入装置的按压结构,其特征在于,所述穹顶件包括主体与环绕所述主体的周缘,所述周缘抵接于所述第二电路,以使所述主体覆盖且立于所述电路板上方而使所述触发件的所述导电层与所述第一电路保持间隙。
6.根据权利要求5所述的输入装置的按压结构,其特征在于,所述穹顶件还具有另一导电层,设置于所述主体的内壁,所述另一导电层电性连接在所述第二电路与所述导电层之间。
7.根据权利要求4所述的输入装置的按压结构,其特征在于,所述穹顶件还具有另一导电层,电性连接在所述第二电路与所述导电层之间,当所述穹顶件被按压时,所述第一电路依序经由所述导电层、所述另一导电层而电性连接至所述第二电路。
