One is in the form of discussing specific subjects, after a conference is created according to the specific conference subjects, conference participants can fill in related discussion information, upload or associate documents needing to share discussion according to needs, record follow-up tasks or associated discussion results into existing project tasks according to conference discussion results, can mark states (completed, unfinished and needing to be completed), and can finally search in multiple dimensions, keywords contained in conference titles or contents, states, responsible persons, projects and the like. The other type exists in the form of a question, after a conference is created, relevant items discussed at this time are selected, questions are created under the items, the questions are solved, states (completed, unfinished and needing to be completed) can be marked, and finally multi-dimensional retrieval can be carried out on the questions or keywords, states, responsible persons, items and the like contained in the contents. The conference created in the conference management module may include one of: study conference, topic conference, week conference, and question consultation conference. For the week convention, if the user fills in the next week planning information in the week convention, which is equivalent to filling in the daily contents, the next week planning information in the daily contents can be automatically associated with the next week planning in the week convention.
The schedule management module 134 is configured to add a schedule and perform schedule reminding at a specified time, and when the meeting management module includes a meeting management module and is connected to the schedule management module, the schedule management module creates a schedule for a task or an event having a time node according to information in the project management module and the meeting management module, and performs schedule reminding at the specified time.
Referring to fig. 7, the schedule management module 134 includes: an information acquisition unit 1341, a schedule creation unit 1342 and a schedule reminding unit 1343 connected in sequence; an information obtaining unit 1341, configured to obtain, according to the project management module, the meeting management module, and other modules having time information, information related to a task or an event having time nodes; a schedule creating unit 1342, configured to create a schedule according to the related information of the task or the event; the information corresponding to the schedule comprises: event or task content, start time, end time, reminder time, project coding, and user information; and a schedule reminding unit 1343, configured to perform corresponding reminding according to the user information when the reminding time is reached.
The schedule management module plans all the time plans including projects, tasks, recruiting, production and the like of all the work activities together, can see all the subsequent schedule plans of the user at a glance through the schedule, can assist the user in better and reasonable time arrangement, and can prevent the user from missing the subsequent schedule by reminding before the schedule starts. Tasks with deadline in the project can be automatically added into the schedule, or other production activities in actual generation can be automatically added into the schedule as long as the tasks with time nodes are automatically added into the schedule; the creation of the schedule may be created by the user himself or the project integrated management system automatically creates the association according to the action of the time node.
The daily report management module 135 is configured to classify and summarize the item progress feedback content of the user on the current day, and associate the classified and summarized item progress feedback content with a corresponding item.
Referring to fig. 8, the daily report management module 135 includes a content acquiring unit 1351, a daily report summarizing unit 1352, and a daily report associating unit 1353, which are connected in sequence; a content acquiring unit 1351, configured to acquire daily report content fed back by all users in a given day (the daily report content may include, for example, a next week plan filled by the users in a week meeting); the daily newspaper content comprises: user identification, project identification and work content; the daily report summarizing unit 1352 is used for classifying and summarizing the work content fed back by all the users according to the user identification; and the daily report association unit 1353 is configured to associate the classified daily reports to corresponding items according to the item identifiers.
Through the daily newspaper management module, the daily newspaper can be directly associated with the corresponding tasks, classification, collection and display can be conducted orderly, and the follow-up tracking of a certain task, a certain person and what is done on a certain day can be achieved. The daily reports filled by the users are fed back under specific projects, all the subordinates of the currently logged-in users are pulled when the daily reports are collected, the daily reports of the people on the same day are displayed by taking the people as units, each daily report has a corresponding task, and the clicked task can directly jump to the corresponding task.
The weekly report management module 136 is configured to associate a corresponding project with a subsequent task, push and manage the annotation information of the weekly reports, and perform weekly classification and summarization according to the project progress feedback information recorded in the daily report management module when the daily report management module is included and connected with the weekly report management module.
Referring to fig. 9, the weekly report management module 136 includes a weekly report summarizing unit 1361, a weekly report associating unit 1362 and an annotation managing unit 1363; a weekly report summarizing unit 1361, configured to classify and summarize daily report contents of all users in a specified week according to a user identifier or a project identifier, where the daily report contents include work content of the week, a week plan, a next week plan, an upper week comment, and a week comment; a weekly report association unit 1362, configured to associate the weekly reports after the classification aggregation with the corresponding project and subsequent tasks; the annotation management unit 1363 is configured to record and display annotation information of the user on the weekly reports, and push the annotation information to a specified user.
Through the weekly newspaper management module, weekly summarization of daily newspapers can be realized, and automatic classified summarization display according to people and projects is realized; by filling the next week plan and the leader annotations by the user, the current staff plan, the leader annotations in the last week, the next week plan, the information of the leader annotations in the current week and other extended subsequent tasks can be visually seen, so that the user can better plan the subsequent tasks; meanwhile, the annotation information can be automatically notified to the upper level of the annotated user, and if other users annotate the annotated information subsequently, the annotation information can be notified to the user annotated last time, so that the cooperation of work is better promoted, and the user who concerns the project can know the project progress in time.
As shown in fig. 10, the performance management module 12 includes a performance score generation unit 121 and a performance aggregation unit 122; the performance score generating unit 121 is configured to calculate a performance score corresponding to each user according to the score of at least one assessment item corresponding to each user and a preconfigured weight; the scores of the assessment items are graded and determined by the item responsible person according to the completion condition of the relevant assessment items of the user; and the performance summarizing unit 122 is used for classifying and summarizing the performance scores corresponding to the users according to the user identifiers, the project identifiers or the time ranges.
Further, the performance score generating unit 121 may further include: the assessment item determining unit is used for determining assessment items of the user within the specified time according to the related contents of other modules; the assessment items comprise at least one of the following items: project completion, literature sharing quantity, thinking and inspiration quantity, and conference participation; the score weight acquisition unit is used for searching the score and the weight corresponding to the assessment item; and the score calculating unit is used for calculating a weighted sum according to the score and the weight corresponding to the assessment item to obtain the performance score corresponding to the user.
The system calculates the final performance score according to the configured weight and the corresponding score, and can automatically generate a performance table corresponding to the month as long as the project is managed, so that the workload of performance appraisers can be reduced, the enthusiasm of the staff can be stimulated by result-oriented performance management, the staff is promoted to make monthly plan submission and approval at the beginning of the month, the task in the month is better planned, and the task completion rate is improved.
Referring to the specific working process diagram of each module shown in fig. 11, the project/task corresponds to the project management module, and the related contents include: personnel management, thinking and elicitation, subsequent tasks, related files, progress management and the like, wherein the thinking and elicitation, the subsequent tasks and the related files can be associated to public resources and correspond to a document management module; the time plan corresponds to a schedule management module, and the conference can comprise various conferences as shown in the figure and corresponds to a conference management module; the research platform corresponds to a same-row research module, and can be used for researching the related information of the same-row company and carrying out clinical research. Through the data support of all the contents on the left side, the personnel performance can be finally summarized and analyzed to obtain a performance assessment result, and through the working process shown in the figure 11, the traceability, quantification and assessment of management data and more efficient process management and target management can be realized.
In the project comprehensive management system provided by the embodiment of the application, through the association of the project management module and the article management module, a single user can quickly look up documents and patents related to a specific project, the requirement of convenient document sharing of multiple users can be met, and the documents and the patents can be read more purposefully.
The project management module is associated with the daily work management module, so that better time management is facilitated, the project schedule of a user is timely reminded, the project time is reasonably arranged, and the time utilization rate and the work efficiency are improved. The method is beneficial to summarizing the working content, and the summary of the working content is carried out in time before and after the summary, the problems are found, and the problems are solved in time; follow-up tasks extending out of the conference can be recorded in time so as to follow up in time. The information of the target company is summarized, so that the target company is more comprehensively evaluated, and timely and accurate decision making of the company is facilitated. The corresponding discussion content and result of the article can be recorded in time, and all the discussion content and record can be seen from the article reversely.
Through the association of the performance management module with the daily work management module and the project management module, performance appraisal can be carried out in a multi-dimensional manner, and backtracking, quantification and assessment of management data and more efficient project process management and target management are realized; the comprehensive ability, especially the executive power and the innovation power of the evaluation personnel can be examined in a multi-dimensional manner, the enthusiasm of the personnel is stimulated, the continuous learning and active thinking of the personnel are promoted, and the innovation ability is improved.
The following describes in detail the implementation process of each module in the project management module:
the project management module is realized by the following steps:

The page is provided with options to select whether to check the child nodes, only the item contents in the table are displayed without opening, and all the child node contents are displayed by traversing query after the page is selected to be opened.

The project types in the system are divided into three types and are distinguished through menucodeType (0: non-project 1: project 2: task), only non-project nodes and project nodes can be created under the non-project, the non-project nodes cannot set time, only task nodes can be newly added below the project nodes, and only task nodes can be added below the task nodes. In the embodiment of the application, the building of each module of the project comprehensive management system can be realized through the process, so that a user can quickly check Gantt charts of the shared collected projects; through the association of projects, subsequent tasks, thinking and elicitations, the user can look up the documents more purposefully; making a travel plan according to the schedule; the method comprises the steps of viewing a sorted and summarized display of organized daily and weekly reports associated with a project, and being capable of tracking tasks completed by a certain user on a specified date; through the postil of the weekly report, the follow-up task is better planned; through performance assessment with results as guidance, the enthusiasm of the staff is stimulated, and the completion rate of tasks is promoted; and providing a project management means with more complete functions and more accordance with the requirements of users for enterprises.
The system provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a computer-readable storage medium storing a program code, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the method described in the foregoing embodiment, and specific implementation may refer to the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again.

the daily work management module is used for managing daily work information and associating the daily work information with corresponding projects; the daily work information at least comprises one of the following information: schedule information, daily information, weekly information, meeting information, article information and research information;
the performance management module is used for acquiring the completion condition of the assessment project of the user within the appointed time according to the related content of the project management module and the daily work management module, and generating performance assessment data.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the project management module comprises a project editing unit, a project collection unit, and a project presentation unit;
the project editing unit is used for editing project contents according to an editing instruction of a user;
the item collection unit is used for acquiring the related information of the items to be collected according to the collection instruction of the user and generating a favorite according to the related information of the items to be collected;
and the item display unit is used for carrying out overview on the items and/or displaying the item information of the collected items through the favorites according to the viewing instruction of the user.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the item presentation unit is further configured to overview the item in a gantt chart manner or present item information of the collected item.

when the article management module comprises the article management module and other modules in at least one daily work management module, the article management module is connected with at least one other module; when the meeting management module and at least one of the article management module, the schedule management module, the daily report management module and the weekly report management module are included, the meeting management module is connected with at least one of the article management module, the schedule management module, the daily report management module and the weekly report management module; when the daily report management module and the weekly report management module are included, the daily report management module is connected with the weekly report management module;
the article management module is used for associating the basic information of the article, the subsequent tasks, the thinking and the elicitation, the related links and the corresponding items; wherein the article comprises: patents and/or literature;
the investigation module is used for recording investigation information, and when the article management module is connected with the investigation module, the investigation module is also used for associating the investigation information with corresponding items and corresponding articles; the investigation information comprises related information of a specified company and/or related information of a clinical test;

the schedule management module is used for adding schedules and reminding schedules at specified time, and when the schedule management module comprises a conference management module and is connected with the schedule management module, the schedule management module creates schedules for tasks or events with time nodes according to the information in the project management module and the conference management module and reminds the schedules at the specified time;
the daily report management module is used for classifying and summarizing project progress feedback contents of the user on the current day and associating the classified and summarized project progress feedback contents with corresponding projects;
and the weekly report management module is used for associating corresponding projects with subsequent tasks, pushing and managing the annotation information of the weekly reports, and carrying out weekly classification and summarization according to the project progress feedback information recorded in the daily report management module when the daily report management module is connected with the weekly report management module.

and the project association unit is used for associating the subsequent tasks, thinking and elicitations and related links to corresponding projects.

the conference recording unit is used for recording the conference state of the conference and recording answer information and/or discussion information of the conference subject for the set questions in the conference subject discussion process of personnel;
the conference retrieval unit is used for carrying out conference retrieval according to a retrieval instruction of a user; the retrieval instruction carries at least one retrieval index as follows: meeting subjects, keywords contained in meeting content, meeting states, meeting responsible persons and meeting related items;
the conference association unit is used for associating the conference with related items, related documents or related patents.
8. The system of claim 4, wherein the schedule management module comprises: the schedule management system comprises an information acquisition unit, a schedule creation unit and a schedule reminding unit which are connected in sequence;
the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the related information of the tasks or events of the time nodes according to the project management module, the conference management module and other modules with time information;
the schedule creating unit is used for creating a schedule according to the related information of the tasks or the events; the information corresponding to the schedule comprises: event or task content, start time, end time, reminder time, project coding, and user information;
and the schedule reminding unit is used for carrying out corresponding reminding according to the user information when the reminding time is up.
9. The system according to claim 4, wherein the daily report management module comprises a content acquisition unit, a daily report summarizing unit and a daily report associating unit which are connected in sequence;
the content acquisition unit is used for acquiring the daily report content fed back by all users in a specified day; the daily newspaper content comprises: user identification, project identification and work content;
the daily report summarizing unit is used for classifying and summarizing the working contents fed back by all the users according to the user identification;
and the daily report association unit is used for associating the classified and summarized daily reports to corresponding projects according to the project identifiers.

the weekly report summarizing unit is used for classifying and summarizing daily report contents of all users in a specified week according to user identification or project identification, wherein the daily report contents comprise work contents of the week, a week plan, a next week plan, postings of the week and postings of the week;

the assessment item determining unit is used for determining assessment items of the user within the specified time according to the related contents of other modules; the assessment items comprise at least one of the following items: project completion, literature sharing quantity, thinking and inspiration quantity, and conference participation;
the score weight acquisition unit is used for searching the score and the weight corresponding to the assessment item;
and the score calculating unit is used for calculating a weighted sum according to the score and the weight corresponding to the assessment item to obtain the performance score corresponding to the user.
