201. And acquiring a first file to be printed and a second file to be printed.
In some embodiments, the printing device is responsive to receiving an instruction to activate a print job, the instruction to activate a print job comprising an instruction entered by a user via a user interface of the printing device, such as by clicking a button of a print job list of the user interface to activate a print job. The printing device calls the printing tasks in the cache server to be displayed in the printing task list, and the user can select files to be printed through the user interaction interface, wherein the files comprise a first file to be printed and a second file to be printed. The first file to be printed is in a non-editable state, and/or the second file to be printed is in a non-editable state, namely at least one of the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed is in a non-editable state. For example, the first file to be printed is in a non-editable state. For another example, the second file to be printed is in a non-editable state. For another example, both the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed are in an uneditable state. The non-editable state is that, at the electronic device side, the user cannot edit the content of the print file, for example, cannot insert, merge, or delete any page, cannot rotate or scale the image related to the file, and cannot perform operations such as watermarking on the print file, which are not listed here. For example, in the case where the first file to be printed is a read-only file, the first file to be printed is in an uneditable state. For another example, in a case where the format of the first file to be printed stored in the electronic apparatus is a Portable Document Format (PDF) and the electronic apparatus cannot run software that can edit a PDF file, the first file to be printed is in an uneditable state.
In addition, in other modes of acquiring the file to be printed, the method further comprises the step that the first printing device receives the first file to be printed input by the user through the input component. The above-mentioned input assembly includes: keyboard, mouse, touch screen, touch pad, audio input device, etc.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the step of acquiring the first file to be printed and the step of acquiring the second file to be printed may be performed separately or simultaneously. For example, the first printing apparatus may acquire the first file to be printed first and then acquire the second file to be printed. For another example, the first printing apparatus may acquire the second file to be printed first and then acquire the first file to be printed. For another example, the first printing apparatus acquires the second file to be printed in the process of acquiring the first file to be printed, or acquires the first file to be printed in the process of acquiring the second file to be printed.
202. And combining the first content in the first file to be printed and the second content in the second file to be printed to obtain the target file to be printed.
In the embodiment of the application, a user selects first content in a first file to be printed and second content in a second file to be printed respectively through a user interaction interface of a printing device, and after the printing device responds to a received selected task instruction, the first content and the second content selected by the user are combined according to the instruction to obtain a target file to be printed.
The content in the document to be printed includes at least one of: characters and pictures. The first content may be the entire content in the first file to be printed, or the first content may be a part of the content in the first file to be printed. The second content may be all content in the second file to be printed, and the second content may also be partial content in the second file to be printed.
For example, the first file to be printed includes three paragraphs of characters, the first content may be one paragraph of characters in the three paragraphs of characters, and the first content may also be the three paragraphs of characters in the first file to be printed. For another example, the second file to be printed includes characters and pictures, the second content may be pictures in the second file to be printed, the second content may also be characters in the second file to be printed, and the second content may also be characters and pictures in the second file to be printed.
The first printing device combines the first content and the second content, namely, the first content and the second content are combined to the same printing layout. The first printing device combines the first content and the second content to obtain a target file to be printed, wherein the target file to be printed comprises both the first content and the second content.
203. And printing the target file to be printed.
The first printing device obtains the target file to be printed by combining the first content and the second content, so that the first content and the second content can be printed out simultaneously by printing the target file to be printed. Therefore, the first content and the second content can be printed out simultaneously under the condition that the first content and the second content cannot be combined by editing the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed, and the printing efficiency is improved.
As an optional implementation manner, in a case that the first printing apparatus detects a merging printing instruction for the first content and the second content, the first printing apparatus performs a step of merging the first content in the first file to be printed and the second content in the second file to be printed to obtain a target file to be printed.
In the embodiment of the present application, the merged printing instruction may be input to the first printing apparatus by a user. For example, the user sends a merged print instruction for the first content and the second content to the first printing device through a mobile phone, so that the first printing device prints the first content and the second content at the same time. For another example, the user inputs a merged print instruction for the first content and the second content to the first printing device through the input component to cause the first printing device to print the first content and the second content at the same time.
Based on the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the application provides a possible application scene. The document a and the document b stored in the computer are printed in the same page, but the document a is a PDF format document, and the computer is not provided with software capable of editing the PDF document. At this time, based on the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the file a and the file b can be merged and printed, and then the file a and the file b can be printed in the same page.
In this embodiment, when detecting the merge print instruction, the first printing device executes a step of merging the first content and the second content to obtain the target file to be printed, which can improve user experience.
As an alternative embodiment, the first content comprises a first image and the second content comprises a second image. In this embodiment, before performing merging of the first content in the first file to be printed and the second content in the second file to be printed to obtain the target file to be printed, the first printing apparatus further performs the following steps:
1. and acquiring a coordinate conversion relation.
In the embodiment of the present application, the coordinate transformation relationship represents a transformation relationship between a pixel coordinate system of the first image and a pixel coordinate system of the second image, that is, a coordinate of a first pixel in the first image in the first pixel coordinate system can be transformed into a coordinate of a second pixel in the second pixel coordinate system through the coordinate transformation relationship, where the second pixel is a pixel in the third image that is a same-name point as the first pixel, and the pixel coordinate system of the third image is the second pixel coordinate system.
Since the pixel coordinate system of the third image is the second pixel coordinate system, that is, the pixel coordinate system of the third image is the same as the pixel coordinate system of the second image, the image viewing angle of the third image is the same as the image viewing angle of the second image.
For example, the first image includes a pixel a and a pixel b. And converting the image points in the first image through a coordinate conversion relation to obtain a third image, wherein a pixel coordinate system of the third image is the same as that of the second image, namely an image visual angle of the third image is the same as that of the second image.
If the coordinate of the image point a in the first pixel coordinate system is converted through the coordinate conversion relationship to obtain an image point b in the second pixel coordinate system, the image point b is the image point b in the third image, which is the same name point as the image point a.
In one implementation of obtaining the coordinate conversion relationship, the first printing device receives a coordinate conversion relationship input by a user through an input component.
In another implementation manner of obtaining the coordinate conversion relationship, the first printing device receives the coordinate conversion relationship sent by the electronic device.
2. And converting the image visual angle of the first image according to the coordinate conversion relation to obtain a third image, wherein the image visual angle of the third image is the same as the image visual angle of the second image.
As described in step 1, the first printing device converts the coordinates of the image point in the first image in the first pixel coordinate system according to the coordinate conversion relationship to obtain a third image, where an image perspective of the third image is the same as an image perspective of the second image, and an image content of the third image is the same as an image content of the first image.
That is, the first printing apparatus converts the first image into the third image through the coordinate conversion relationship, that is, converts the image angle of view of the first image into the same image angle of view as the second image without changing the image content of the first image.
In the case where the third image is obtained, the first printing apparatus performs, in performing the step of merging the first content in the first file to be printed and the second content in the second file to be printed to obtain the target file to be printed, the steps of:
3. and combining the third image and the second image to obtain the target file to be printed.
In a possible implementation manner, the first printing device obtains the target file to be printed by splicing the third image and the second image.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first printing device may first correct the image viewing angle of the first image by performing steps 1 to 3, so that the image viewing angle of the first image is the same as the image viewing angle of the second image, thereby obtaining a third image. Therefore, the target file to be printed is obtained by combining the third image and the second image, the combination effect can be improved, and the printing effect can be improved when the target file to be printed is printed.
As an alternative embodiment, the first printing device executing the printing method described hereinbefore is one of at least one second printing device belonging to a printing system, which further comprises a terminal. In the printing system, any one of the at least one second printing device may establish a communication connection with the terminal, specifically, refer to a communication connection between the printing device 1001 and the terminal 1002 in the printing system 1000 shown in fig. 1.
That is, in this embodiment, the printing method is applied to the printing system, and the printing method includes not only one or more of the embodiments described above but also such an embodiment. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first printing device obtains the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed by receiving the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed which are sent by the terminal.
And before the first printing device receives the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed which are sent by the terminal, the terminal determines the second printing device which can establish communication connection from at least one second printing device as the first printing device. That is, the terminal determines, from among the at least one second printing apparatus, the second printing apparatus that can establish the communication connection as the first printing apparatus, and transmits the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed to the first printing apparatus.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second printing apparatus that can establish a communication connection satisfies at least one of the following conditions: the second printing device supports the use of the short-range communication technology used by the terminal, the second printing device is located within a communication range of the short-range communication technology used by the terminal, and the terminal has the authority to connect to the second printing device.
For example, the short-range communication technology used by the terminal is zigbee communication technology (zigbee), and in the case where the second printing apparatus supports communication using zigbee, the second printing apparatus supports use of the short-range communication technology used by the terminal.
For another example, the short-range communication technology used by the terminal is bluetooth, and in the case where the second printing apparatus is located within the bluetooth communication range of the terminal, the second printing apparatus is located within the communication range of the short-range communication technology used by the terminal.
As another example, the office area of company a includes a B area and a C area, where the second printing apparatus in the B area allows the employees in department a to use, and the second printing apparatus in the C area allows the employees in department B to use. If the terminal is a Zhang III terminal and Zhang III is an employee of the department a, the terminal has the authority of connecting with the second printing device in the area B.
Optionally, the terminal determines that the second printing device is the first printing device and establishes a communication connection with the first printing device when detecting that the second printing device can establish the short-distance connection. For example, the at least one second printing apparatus includes a second printing apparatus a and a second printing apparatus b. After Zhang III enters an office area, the mobile phone of Zhang III detects that the second printing device a is the second printing device capable of establishing communication connection, further determines that the second printing device a is the first printing device, and automatically establishes communication connection with the first printing device.
In this embodiment, the terminal determines that the second printing device capable of establishing the communication connection is the first printing device, and determines the second printing device capable of being used without the perception of the user, so as to improve the user experience.
As an alternative embodiment, the terminal determines, from among the at least one second printing device, a second printing device that can establish a communication connection as the first printing device by performing the steps of:
4. the terminal determines, from among the at least one second printing apparatus, at least one third printing apparatus that can establish a communication connection.
In this step, the terminal determines, as at least one third printing apparatus, at least one printing apparatus capable of establishing a communication connection from among the at least one second printing apparatus.
5. The terminal determines, as the first printing apparatus, the third printing apparatus having the shortest queuing wait time from among the at least one third printing apparatus.
In the embodiment of the application, the printing equipment determines the printing sequence of the printing tasks indicated by the printing instructions according to the sequence of the received printing instructions. For example, the printing apparatus a receives a print instruction a at time t1 and receives a print instruction B at time t2, where time t2 is earlier than time t1, the print jobs indicated by the print instruction a are to print the file C and the file D, and the print jobs indicated by the print instruction B are to print the file E and the file F. At this time, the printing device a prints the file E and the file F first, and then prints the file C and the file D, that is, the print job indicated by the print instruction a is in a queue waiting state during the printing of the file E and the file F by the printing device a.
In the embodiment of the present application, the queue waiting time is a time required for the printing apparatus to execute the print job indicated by the received print instruction. For example, the print instruction that the printing apparatus a has received includes a print instruction a and a print instruction B, and the time required for the printing apparatus a to execute the print job indicated by the print instruction a and the print job indicated by the print instruction B is 20 minutes, then the queuing waiting time of the printing apparatus a is 20 minutes.
In this embodiment, the terminal determines, as the first printing device, the third printing device with the shortest queuing waiting time from among the at least one third printing device, so that the terminal sends the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed to the first printing device, and prints the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed by the first printing device, thereby shortening the waiting time and improving the printing efficiency.
As another alternative, the terminal determines, from among the at least one second printing device, a second printing device that can establish a communication connection as the first printing device by performing the following steps:
6. the terminal determines at least one third printing device capable of establishing a communication connection from among the at least one second printing device.
In this step, the terminal determines, as at least one third printing apparatus, at least one printing apparatus capable of establishing a communication connection from among the at least one second printing apparatus.
7. The terminal determines the third printing apparatus closest to the terminal from among the at least one third printing apparatus as the first printing apparatus.
In this step, the third printing apparatus closest to the terminal may be one of: and the third printing device is closest to the straight line distance between the terminal and the third printing device with the shortest route of the navigation route between the terminal and the third printing device.
For example, the at least one third printing device includes a third printing device a and a third printing device B, where the navigation route between the third printing device a and the terminal is route a, and the navigation route between the third printing device B and the terminal is route B. And if the distance of the route A is less than that of the route B, the third printing device a is the third printing device with the shortest distance to the navigation route between the third printing device a and the terminal.
In this embodiment, the terminal determines, from the at least one third printing device, the third printing device closest to the terminal as the first printing device, and the terminal sends the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed to the first printing device to print the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed by the first printing device, so that the distance from the user to the first printing device to take the printed file can be shortened, and the time for the user to take the printed file by the first printing device can be saved.
As an alternative implementation, the terminal performs the following steps in the process of performing step 7:
8. the terminal acquires a first position of the terminal and at least one second position of the at least one third printing device.
In this step, the first position represents a position where the terminal is located, the second position represents a position where the third printing device is located, and a second position corresponding to one third printing device. For example, the at least one third printing device includes a third printing device a and a third printing device B, the second position of the third printing device a is position a, the position of the third printing device B is position B, and then the at least one second position includes position a and position B.
In one implementation of obtaining the first location, the terminal receives the first location input by the user through the input component.
In another implementation manner of acquiring the first location, the terminal receives the first location sent by the electronic device.
In one implementation of obtaining the at least one second location, the terminal receives the at least one second location input by the user through the input component.
In another implementation manner of obtaining at least one second location, the terminal receives at least one second location sent by the electronic device.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the step of acquiring the first location and the step of acquiring the at least one second location may be performed separately or simultaneously. For example, the terminal may acquire the first location first and then acquire the at least one second location. For another example, the terminal may first acquire at least one second location and then acquire the first location. For another example, the terminal acquires the at least one second location during the process of acquiring the first location, or acquires the first location during the process of acquiring the at least one second location.
9. And the terminal determines at least one first navigation route from the terminal to the at least one third printing device according to the first position and the at least one second position.
In the embodiment of the application, the first navigation route is a navigation route from the terminal to the third printing device. The terminal can determine at least one first navigation route between the terminal and a third printing device corresponding to a second position according to the first position and the second position. For example, the at least one third printing apparatus includes a third printing apparatus a, and the second position of the third printing apparatus a is the position b. The terminal can determine at least one first navigation route from the terminal to the third printing device a according to the first position and the position b.
And the terminal can respectively determine a navigation route from the terminal to each third printing device according to the second position and the first position of each third printing device to obtain at least one first navigation route.
10. And the terminal determines the third printing device corresponding to the second navigation route as the first printing device.
In this embodiment of the application, the second navigation route is a shortest navigation route in the at least one first navigation route. For example, the at least one first navigation route includes a first navigation route a and a first navigation route b. And if the distance of the first navigation route a is shorter than that of the first navigation route b, the first navigation route a is the second navigation route. And if the first navigation route a is a navigation route from the terminal to a third printing device c in the at least one third printing device, the third printing device corresponding to the second navigation route is the third printing device c.
In this embodiment, the terminal determines that the third printing device corresponding to the second navigation route is the first printing device from at least one third printing device, and then the terminal sends the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed to the first printing device so as to print the first file to be printed and the second file to be printed by the first printing device.
As an optional implementation manner, the terminal and the at least one third printing device are both deployed in a printing scene. In this embodiment, the print scene may be an arbitrary scene. For example, the print scene is inside an office building; as another example, the print scenario is a campus; as another example, the print scenario is within a mall.
In this embodiment, before performing step 8, the terminal further performs the following steps:
11. the terminal acquires a fourth image of the print scene.
In an embodiment of the present application, the image content of the fourth image includes a print scene. In one implementation of acquiring the fourth image, the terminal receives the fourth image input by the user through the input component.
In another implementation of acquiring the first position, the terminal receives a fourth image sent by the electronic device.
In the case that step 11 is executed, the terminal performs the following steps in the process of executing step 8:
12. and the terminal acquires the position of the terminal in the fourth image as the first position.
In this step, the first position is a position of the terminal in the fourth image.
13. The terminal acquires a position of the at least one third printing device in the fourth image as the at least one second position.
In this step, the second position is a position of the third printing apparatus in the fourth image.
Optionally, since the position of the third printing device in the printing scene is usually fixed, the user may add the position of the third printing device in the fourth image to the fourth image by means of manual calibration. For example, the at least one third printing device includes a third printing device a and a third printing device B, where a position of the third printing device a in the printing scene is a position a, and a position of the third printing device B in the printing scene is a position B. In the pixel coordinate system of the fourth image, the position corresponding to the position a is the position C, and the position corresponding to the position B is the position D, and at this time, the user may add the position of the third printing apparatus a in the fourth image as the position C to the fourth image, and add the position of the third printing apparatus B in the fourth image as the position D to the fourth image.
In this way, the terminal can determine the position of the at least one third printing device in the fourth image from the information carried by the fourth image.
After step 12 and step 13, the terminal further performs the following steps after step 10:
14. the terminal displays the second navigation route in the fourth image.
In this embodiment, the terminal may display any one of the at least one first navigation route in the fourth image in a case where the first location and the at least one second location are acquired. Accordingly, the terminal displays the second navigation route in the fourth image after determining the second navigation route, thereby providing the navigation route to the first printing device for the user using the terminal.
By executing the steps 11 to 14, the terminal can visually display the position of the terminal in the printing scene and the position of the first printing device in the printing scene under the condition that the map data of the printing scene does not exist, and can visually display the second navigation route, so that the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the print scene lacks at least one of the following information in the map data: fixture information, passable area information.
In an embodiment of the present application, the fixture information includes at least one of: position information of a fixture, shape information of the fixture. The passable area information includes at least one of: position information of the passable area and shape information of the passable area.
The fixture includes at least one of: buildings, immobile objects. Wherein the indoor immovable object includes at least one of: pillars, tables, poles, railings, trees, flowers and plants. The passable area includes at least one of: roads and indoor walkable areas.
At least one of the following information of the print scene is absent in the map data: and in the case of the fixed object information and the passable area information, the position of the terminal in the printing scene and the position of the first printing device in the printing scene are visually displayed, and the second navigation route can be visually displayed, so that the user experience is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the at least one third printing device comprises a fourth printing device, i.e. the fourth printing device is any one of the at least one third printing device. The at least one second location includes a fourth location of the fourth printing device, wherein the fourth location is a location of the fourth printing device in the fourth image. The at least one first navigation route includes a third navigation route between the terminal and the fourth printing device.
In this embodiment, before performing step 9, the terminal further performs the following steps:
15. and the terminal acquires at least one reference navigation route in the fourth image.
In an embodiment of the application, the reference navigation route comprises a feasible route. For example, a person cannot cross a table, and a route through the table is not a viable route for the person. People can cross narrow passages in offices, and routes on the narrow passages are feasible routes for people. As another example, a vehicle cannot traverse a tree, and the path through the tree is not a viable path for the vehicle. A vehicle may travel on a road, and the route on the road is then a viable route for the vehicle. As another example, a person cannot cross a refrigerator placed in an office, and then a route through the refrigerator is not a viable route for the person. A person may normally pass through an office area by moving a chair placed within the office area, then a route through the chair is a viable route for the person.
In one implementation of obtaining at least one navigation route, the terminal receives at least one first navigation route input by a user through an input component.
In another implementation manner of obtaining at least one navigation route, the terminal receives at least one first navigation route sent by the electronic device.
In the case that step 15 is executed, the terminal performs the following steps in the process of executing step 9:
16. the terminal determines a navigation route passing through the first position and the fourth position from the at least one reference navigation route as the third navigation route.
The images typically do not include road network information, and thus a navigation route determined from two locations in the images may not be feasible. For example, a route through a desk in an office area is not feasible for a human, and if two locations in an image are used as two end points of a navigation route, respectively, the navigation route may be caused to pass through the desk.
In the implementation mode, the terminal determines the navigation routes of the first position and the fourth position from the at least one reference navigation route as the fourth navigation route, so that the fourth navigation route is more reasonable, and the user experience is further improved.
It should be understood that the fourth printing device, the fourth position and the third navigation route in this embodiment are only examples, and it should not be understood that the third navigation route in the at least one first navigation route can be obtained only through steps 15 to 16. In practical applications, the image processing apparatus may obtain any one of the first navigation routes by executing steps 15 to 16.
Optionally, in a case that the at least one third printing device includes at least one fifth printing device, and the at least one first navigation route includes at least one fourth navigation route corresponding to the at least one fifth printing device, the terminal performs the following steps while performing step 15 and step 16 in the process of performing step 9: the terminal determines at least one fourth navigation route from the at least one reference navigation route.
As an alternative embodiment, since the document printed by the first printing device may involve privacy, in order to improve the security of the document printed by the first printing device, the user needs to perform authentication before printing with the first printing device. Therefore, the first printing apparatus, before performing step 203, further performs the steps of:
17. and acquiring a face image to be detected, and performing face recognition according to the face image to be detected to obtain a face recognition result.
In the embodiment of the application, the face image to be detected is a face image of a target object of which the identity is to be confirmed, which needs to be printed by starting a printing device. For example, zhang san wants to print a document using a first printing apparatus. Before the third image is printed by using the first printing device, identity authentication needs to be performed on the third image, and at this time, the face image of the third image is the face image to be detected.
In the implementation of the application, the registered face images comprise face images of trusted people, wherein the trusted people are people capable of being printed by using the first printing device. For example, the at least one registered face image includes three sheets of face images, and then three sheets are trusted persons, that is, three sheets can be printed using the first printing apparatus.
And comparing the acquired face image to be detected with the registered face image stored in the face library to obtain a face recognition result. The recognition result comprises that the face recognition is successful or the face recognition is failed. And in response to the situation that the face recognition is successful, that is, the first printing device starts a print job when an image matching the face image to be detected exists in at least one registered face image, that is, step 203 is executed.
The identity information of the user who sends the printing task through the electronic equipment is associated with the suggested electronic equipment, and the user is in one-to-one correspondence with the electronic equipment and the printing task, so that the first printing equipment prints the target file to be printed appointed by the user according to the printing parameters under the condition that the image matched with the facial image to be detected exists in at least one registered facial image, and the safety of the file printed by the first printing equipment can be improved.
As an alternative embodiment, before performing step 203, the first printing apparatus further performs the following steps:
18. print parameters are acquired.
In an embodiment of the present application, the printing parameters include at least one of: printing mode, watermark content, printing page number, stamp typesetting and digital signature, wherein the printing mode comprises single-sided printing or double-sided printing.
In one implementation of obtaining the first printing parameters, the first printing device receives printing parameters input by a user through an input component. For example, the user inputs an instruction to set print parameters to the first printing apparatus, which displays a page on which the print parameters are set. And selecting an option of adding the watermark in the page with the printing parameters by the user, and popping up a watermark content input box by the first printing equipment. And inputting the watermark content into the watermark content input box by the user so as to realize the input of the watermark content into the first printing equipment.
In another implementation of acquiring the printing parameters, the first printing device receives the printing parameters sent by the electronic device.
After acquiring the printing parameters, the first printing apparatus performs the following steps in executing step 203: 2. and printing the target file to be printed according to the printing parameters.
In one possible implementation manner, the printing parameters include that the printing manner is a standard printing manner, and the first printing device prints the target file to be printed in the standard printing manner. For example, the standard printing method is single-sided printing. The first printing apparatus prints a target document to be printed in a single-sided printing manner.
In another possible implementation manner, the printing parameters include that the watermark content is a preset watermark, and the first printing device adds the preset watermark to the target file to be printed when printing the target file to be printed. For example, the predetermined watermark is the internal material. The first printing device adds a watermark whose content is internal data when printing a target document to be printed.
In one possible implementation, the first printing apparatus displays the page number selection page in a case where the page number selection instruction is detected. The user can then select the desired printed content on the page number selection page.
For example, the first printing device includes a touch display screen. The first printing device displays a page number selection page as shown in fig. 3 in a case where a page number selection instruction input through the touch display screen is detected.
As shown in fig. 3, the page number selection page includes: a print page number setting area, a text detail setting area, a print chapter setting area, and a print position setting area.
The user can set pages to be printed of the file to be printed in the printing page number setting area, if the first file to be printed comprises 5 pages in total, the user selects the 1 st page to the 3 rd page in the printing page number setting area, so that the first printing device prints the 1 st page to the 3 rd page in the first file to be printed.
The user can set chapters to be printed in the file to be printed in the print chapter setting area, and if the first file to be printed comprises 4 chapters in total, the user selects chapters 1 to 3 and 2 in the print page number setting area, so that the first printing device prints chapters 1 to 3 and 2 in the first file to be printed.
The user can set the print position in the print position setting area, such as the print position being the bottom. The user can view the contents to be printed in the text detail setting area, for example, the user selects pages 1 to 3 of the first document to be printed in the print page number setting area, and pages 1 to 3 of the first document to be printed can be viewed through the text detail viewing area. Or the user can view all the contents of the file to be printed in the text detail setting area, for example, the file to be printed is the first file to be printed, and all the contents of the first file to be printed can be viewed through the text detail viewing area.
In another possible implementation manner, the first printing apparatus displays the print setting page in a case where the print setting instruction is detected. The user can then input the watermark content, the stamp layout, and the digital signature on the print setting page. For example, fig. 4 shows a print setting page including a digital signature setting area, a watermark setting area, and a stamp layout setting area. The user can select whether to start the digital signature in the digital signature setting area, and the preset digital signature is used as the digital signature of the file to be printed under the condition of starting the digital signature. The user can select whether to add the watermark in the watermark setting area, and under the condition of selecting to add the watermark, the watermark content is input. And (3) editing the content of the file to be printed in the mark typesetting setting area by a user, wherein if the file to be printed comprises the first file to be printed, the user rotates the image a in the first file to be printed by 90 degrees clockwise in the mark typesetting setting area to obtain the typesetted first file to be printed. And the first printing equipment further prints the typeset first file to be printed.
In the embodiment, the first printing device prints the target file to be printed according to the printing parameters, so that the printing effect can be improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in the method of the present invention, the order of writing the steps does not imply a strict order of execution and any limitations on the implementation, and the specific order of execution of the steps should be determined by their function and possible inherent logic.
