Wherein the positioning buckle 27 may be disposed adjacent to the lower side edge of the cover plate 2, and the second connection portion 21 may be disposed adjacent to the upper side edge of the cover plate 2.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the cover plate 2 is provided with guide buttons 28 at both side edges of the housing 100 in the circumferential direction, the back plate 1 is provided with guide slots 15, and the guide buttons 28 are adapted to be inserted into the guide slots 15. From this, through setting up direction knot 28 and guide way 15, in the assembling process, can lead to apron 2 through the cooperation of direction knot 28 and guide way 15, avoid apron 2 off tracking, further reduced the assembly degree of difficulty.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, two side edges of the cover plate 2 in the circumferential direction of the casing 100 are a left side edge and a right side edge, and the left side edge and the right side edge of the cover plate 2 are both provided with a guide buckle 28, wherein the left side edge and the right side edge can be provided with one or more guide buckles 28, and when the left side edge is provided with a plurality of guide buckles 28, the plurality of guide buckles 28 can be arranged at intervals in the extending direction of the left side edge. When a plurality of guide buckles 28 are provided at the right side edge, the plurality of guide buckles 28 may be provided at intervals in the extending direction of the right side edge.
Optionally, the guide button 28 is interference fit with the guide slot 15. Therefore, the cover plate 2 can be fixed on the back panel 1 through the matching of the guide buckle 28 and the guide groove 15, when the structure of the buckle 26 is damaged, the cover plate 2 can be prevented from moving or falling off through the matching of the guide buckle 28 and the guide groove 15, and the reliability of assembly between the cover plate 2 and the back panel 1 is improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, the length of the upper side edge of the cover plate 2 is smaller than the length of the lower side edge of the cover plate 2. Therefore, the cover plate 2 is formed into a structure with a small top and a big bottom, and the whole appearance of the cover plate 2 is favorably improved.
Alternatively, the cover plate 2 is formed as an arc-shaped plate. The arc length of the upper side edge of the cover plate 2 is now smaller than the arc length of the lower side edge of the cover plate 2. Therefore, the cover plate 2 is arc-shaped, so that the casing 100 of the air conditioner 1000 is attractive in appearance, and the overall appearance of the air conditioner 1000 is more attractive.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the catch 26 and the guide catch 28 at the same side edge of the cover plate 2 in the circumferential direction of the housing 100 are connected by a connecting rib 29. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, adjacent buckles 26 and adjacent guide buckles 28 and adjacent two guide buckles 28 are connected by connecting ribs 29. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the connecting rib 29 is provided with a plurality of fourth reinforcing ribs 291, and the plurality of fourth reinforcing ribs 291 are spaced apart from each other in the length direction of the connecting rib 29. Alternatively, the fourth reinforcing bead 291 may be disposed substantially perpendicular to the connecting bead 29. Thus, by providing the fourth reinforcing rib 291, the structural strength of the connecting rib 29 can be improved, and the overall structural strength of the cover plate 2 can be further improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the cover plate 2 is provided with a pipe installation hole 201, and the outer circumference of the pipe installation hole 201 is provided with fifth reinforcing ribs 202.

For example, in some embodiments of the invention, there are three pipe mounting holes 201. The pipe installation hole 201 may be formed as a circular hole or a square hole. Thus, by providing the duct installation hole 201, the related duct of the air conditioner 1000 can be conveniently assembled.
Because set up behind the pipeline mounting hole 201 on apron 2, can reduce the structural strength of apron 2 to a certain extent, through setting up fifth strengthening rib 202 for fifth strengthening rib 202 encircles the periphery at pipeline mounting hole 201, can improve the overall structure intensity of apron 2 effectively, avoids apron 2 to damage or warp.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the fifth strengthening rib 202 may be connected with other strengthening ribs disposed near the fifth strengthening rib 202. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the fifth reinforcing rib 202 formed at the outer circumference of the first pipe installation hole 201 is connected to the first reinforcing rib 23, and the fifth reinforcing rib 202 formed at the outer circumference of the second pipe installation hole 201 is connected to the third reinforcing rib 25. Thereby, the overall structural strength of the cover plate 2 is further improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the cover plate 2 is provided with a handle portion 203, and the handle portion 203 is formed by an outer surface of the cover plate 2 being recessed inward. Referring to fig. 7 in conjunction with fig. 10 and 11, the gripping portion 203 may be two. The gripping part 203 is a pit structure formed on the outer surface of the cover plate 2. Therefore, when assembling, the handle part 203 can be grasped by the handle part 203, so that the cover plate 2 is conveniently assembled on the back panel 1, and the assembly efficiency is improved.

The lower edge of the cover plate 2 is provided with three positioning buckles 27, the left edge and the right edge of the adjacent cover plate 2 are respectively provided with two guiding buckles 28, the left edge of the adjacent cover plate 2 is provided with a buckle 26, the right edge of the adjacent cover plate 2 is provided with a buckle 26, and the upper edge of the adjacent cover plate 2 is provided with a second connecting part 21.
During assembly, referring to fig. 7, fingers can be inserted into the buckle portion 203 to grasp the cover plate 2, then the upper end of the cover plate 2 is inclined to a certain angle towards the direction away from the back panel 1, then the positioning buckle 27 is inserted into the positioning groove 14, then the guiding buckle 28 is inserted into the guiding groove 15, meanwhile, the buckle 26 can be clamped in the clamping groove 13, and finally the second connecting portion 21 is locked on the first connecting portion 12 through screws. Simple structure and convenient assembly.
The air conditioner 1000 according to the second aspect embodiment of the present invention includes the casing 100 of the air conditioner 1000 according to the above-described first aspect embodiment of the present invention. Other configurations of the air conditioner 1000, such as the heat exchanger 500, the electrical control box 600, etc., and operations thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
According to the air conditioner 1000 of the second aspect embodiment of the present invention, by providing the housing 100 of the air conditioner 1000 according to the above-described first aspect embodiment of the present invention and providing the protruding portion 22 on the first connection surface or the second connection surface, the contact area between the first connection surface and the second connection surface is reduced, the noise during the operation of the air conditioner 1000 is effectively reduced, the abnormal noise is reduced, and the use comfort of the air conditioner 1000 is improved.

1. An air conditioner case, comprising:

3. The air conditioner case according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the protrusion is formed in an elongated shape to form a line contact between the first connection face and the second connection face.

The casing of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are connected by a screw, the first connecting portion is provided with a first screw hole, the second connecting portion is provided with a second screw hole, and the screw is sequentially inserted into the second screw hole and the first screw hole.
5. The air conditioner case according to claim 4, wherein the second connecting portion is formed on the inner wall surface of the cover plate, and an end surface of the screw is located inside or flush with an outer surface of the cover plate.

7. The air conditioner case as claimed in claim 6, wherein a plurality of second ribs are further provided on the cover plate, and each of the second ribs is connected between adjacent two of the first ribs.

The air conditioner casing according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of third reinforcing ribs are provided on the cover plate, the plurality of third reinforcing ribs are provided at intervals in a height direction of the casing, and each of the third reinforcing ribs extends in a circumferential direction of the casing.

The casing of the air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the casing further comprises two snap structures, each of the snap structures comprises a snap-fit snap and a snap groove, the snap is disposed on the cover plate, the snap groove is disposed on the back panel, the two snap grooves are spaced in the circumferential direction of the casing, and the two snap grooves are respectively disposed adjacent to two side edges of the cover plate in the circumferential direction of the casing.

The casing of an air conditioner according to claim 9, further comprising a first positioning structure, the first positioning structure comprising a positioning buckle and a positioning groove, the positioning buckle being adapted to be inserted into the positioning groove, the positioning buckle being disposed on the cover plate, the positioning groove being formed on the back panel, wherein the positioning buckle and the second connecting portion are disposed adjacent to two side edges of the cover plate in a height direction of the casing, respectively.
11. The casing of an air conditioner according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the cover plate is provided with guide buttons at both side edges in the circumferential direction of the casing, and the back panel is provided with guide grooves adapted to be inserted into the guide grooves.
12. The air conditioner casing according to claim 11, wherein the catch and the guide catch at the same side edge of the cover plate in the circumferential direction of the casing are connected by a connecting rib.
13. The air conditioner case as claimed in claim 12, wherein a plurality of fourth reinforcing ribs are provided on the connecting rib, and the plurality of fourth reinforcing ribs are provided at intervals in a longitudinal direction of the connecting rib.
14. The casing of air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate is provided with a duct installation hole, and the outer circumference of the duct installation hole is provided with fifth reinforcing ribs.
15. The air conditioner casing according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate is provided with a catching portion formed by an outer surface of the cover plate being inwardly recessed.
16. An air conditioner characterized by comprising a casing of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 15.
