Specifically, the grille 33 and the two side plates 34 of the panel assembly 30 are detachably disposed on the side of the face frame 31 away from the casing 10, and the grille 33 disposed at the second air return opening 30a can perform dust filtering and flow guiding functions.
Further, the face frame 31 has a plurality of fastening holes 31a for fastening with the housing 10. In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 7 and 11, the panel assembly 30 includes a hook 32 disposed on the face frame 31, the water pan 20 includes a pan body 21 and a rib 22 disposed on the pan body 21, and the hook 32 is hooked with the rib 22.
Specifically, the reinforcing ribs 22 are arranged on the tray body 21 to enhance the strength and rigidity of the tray body 21, and the panel assembly 30 and the water-receiving tray 20 are hooked through the hooks 32 and the reinforcing ribs 22. Therefore, in the process of mounting the panel assembly 30, the hook 32 is hung on the reinforcing rib 22, so that the panel assembly 30 and the water pan 20 can be pre-mounted.
In some embodiments, the face frame 31 may also be provided with a reinforcing rib 22, and the water pan 20 is provided with a hook 32 with a hanging end facing downward, so that the face frame 31 can be hung on the water pan 20 by hanging the reinforcing rib 22 on the hook 32, thereby completing the pre-installation.
The number of the reinforcing ribs 22 and the hooks 32 can be adjusted as required, for example, please refer to fig. 1, 2 and 11, a plurality of hooks 32 are arranged on the face frame 31, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 22 are arranged on the tray body 21, the plurality of hooks 32 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the face frame 31, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 22 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first air return opening 10aa, and each hook 32 is hooked with a corresponding reinforcing rib 22, so that the face frame 31 can be hung on the water pan 20 more stably through hooking and matching of a plurality of groups of hooks 32 and reinforcing ribs 22, and the panel assembly 30 is pre-installed more stably.
When a plurality of hooks 32 are provided, the hooking portions of the hooks 32 may be bent in the same direction or in opposite directions.
In some embodiments, when the hooks 32 and the reinforcing ribs 22 have sufficient strength and rigidity to stably connect the panel assembly 30 and the water pan 20, or the panel assembly 30 is light enough, only one hook 32 may be disposed on the face frame 31, one reinforcing rib 22 may be disposed on the water pan 20, and the pre-installation between the face frame 31 and the water pan 20 is achieved only by one set of hooks 32 and reinforcing ribs 22.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the number of the hooks 32 is two, and the two hooks 32 are bent in opposite directions. It should be noted that the hooking ends of the two hooks 32 are relatively bent, that is, any one hook 32 of the two hooks 32 is bent toward the other hook 32. Therefore, the two hooks 32 can be hung from one side of the two reinforcing ribs 22 away from each other, and the face frame 31 can be prevented from shaking along the length direction, so that the stability of the pre-installed panel assembly 30 is enhanced.
In some embodiments, the two hooks 32 may also be curved in opposite directions, i.e., any one hook 32 of the two hooks 32 is curved away from the other hook 32.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 7, one end of each hook 32 is connected to the face frame 31, the other end of each hook 32 has a guiding surface 321, and the guiding surface 321 of each hook 32 is matched with the corresponding reinforcing rib 22 to guide each hook 32 to be hooked on the corresponding reinforcing rib 22.
Specifically, taking two hooks 32 bent in opposite directions as shown in fig. 2 as an example, the hooks 32 have certain elasticity, and in the hooking process of the panel assembly 30, after the guide surfaces 321 of the hooks 32 contact the reinforcing ribs 22, the guide surfaces 321 guide the hooking ends to deviate in the direction away from each other, so that the hooks 32 escape from the corresponding reinforcing ribs 22 until the hooking ends where the guide surfaces 321 are located rebound and hook on the reinforcing ribs 22.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, when the hooks 32 are curved in opposite directions, the guide surfaces 321 guide the hooking ends towards each other to avoid the ribs 22 during hooking of the panel assembly 30.
When the hooks 32 are bent in the same direction, the hooks 32 can be directly hooked on the reinforcing bars 22.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 11, the stiffener 22 has a limiting groove 22a, and the hook 32 is hung in the limiting groove 22 a.
The limiting groove 22a enables the panel assembly 30 to be pre-positioned on the drain pan 20 so that the fastening holes 31a of the panel frame 31 are aligned with the corresponding fastening holes on the housing 10 without the need for an installer to adjust the position of the panel assembly 30, whereby the installation efficiency of the fastener can be improved. In addition, the limiting groove 22a can also limit the hook 32, so that the stability of the hook 32 and the reinforcing rib 22 during hooking can be improved.
Illustratively, the reinforcing rib 22 extends along the width direction of the first air return opening 10aa, the width of the limiting groove 22a along the extending direction of the reinforcing rib 22 is the same as or slightly larger than the width of the hanging end of the hook 32, and the hook 32 can be clamped in the limiting groove 22a, so that the limiting groove 22a can limit the hook 32 to move along the extending direction of the reinforcing rib 22, and the stability of the hook 32 can be improved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4, 9 and 10, a part of the opening 10a forms a first air return opening 10aa, another part of the opening 10a forms a first air outlet 10ab, and the first air outlet 10ab is located at one side of the first air return opening 10aa along the width direction.
The water pan 20 divides the first air return opening 10aa into a first sub air return opening 10aa ' and a second sub air return opening 10aa ″, the first sub air return opening 10aa ' is located between the first air outlet 10ab and the second sub air return opening 10aa ″, and the reinforcing rib 22 is disposed at the first sub air return opening 10aa '. The first air return opening 10aa is divided into two sub air return openings, so that the width size of a single sub air return opening is effectively reduced, and the phenomenon that the arranged reinforcing ribs 22 are too long can be avoided, so that the reinforcing effect of the reinforcing ribs 22 is reduced.
The panel assembly 30 further has a second outlet 30b, and the second outlet 30b is communicated with the first outlet 10 ab.

Specifically, the evaporator 40 is disposed at the opening 10a of the casing 10, the first water receiving groove 21a is used for receiving the condensed water on the evaporator 40, and the second water receiving groove 21b is used for receiving the condensed water drained from the side wall of the air outlet frame 50 close to the evaporator 40.
