Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
In the embodiment, the concentration of the outdoor carbon dioxide is usually 400-500ppm, and based on the indoor air instruction standard, it is found that the comfort of the user can be high by controlling the indoor carbon dioxide concentration to be below 600ppm, so that it is necessary to control the indoor carbon dioxide concentration to be within the set concentration range.
A method for controlling the carbon dioxide collecting device according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a control method of a carbon dioxide collecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a carbon dioxide collecting device including a filter for absorbing carbon dioxide, is described below, as shown in fig. 1, the control method of a carbon dioxide collecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes at least steps S1, S2, and S3.
And step S1, when the filter element absorbs the carbon dioxide, acquiring a plurality of environmental wind data passing through the filter element according to a preset time interval.
Wherein, the environmental wind data is a wind speed value or a wind pressure value passing through the filter element, the wind speed value or the wind pressure value is recorded as F for example, a plurality of environmental wind data are obtained according to a preset time interval, for example, a plurality of wind speed values or wind pressure values are obtained at preset time intervals, and the plurality of wind speed values or the plurality of wind pressure values are respectively F1、F2And FnAnd when the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the indoor air exceeds the standard, absorbing the carbon dioxide in the indoor air through a filter element in the carbon dioxide collecting device so as to reduce the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the indoor air.
Specifically, the carbon dioxide concentration in the indoor air is detected through the carbon dioxide concentration detection module, when the carbon dioxide concentration in the indoor air reaches a preset concentration threshold value, the carbon dioxide concentration in the indoor air is considered to be over standard, at the moment, the carbon dioxide in the indoor air is absorbed through the filter element, and when the carbon dioxide is absorbed through the filter element, a plurality of wind speed values or wind pressure values passing through the filter element are obtained according to a preset time interval, for example, every t 1. It can be understood that, when the filter element absorbs carbon dioxide, the wind speed or wind pressure passing through the filter element gradually decreases with the increase of time, and simultaneously, the wind resistance of the filter element gradually increases.
In step S2, an absolute value of a first difference between the ambient wind data and the initial ambient wind data or an absolute value of a second difference between two adjacent ambient wind data is determined.
In an embodiment, the initial ambient wind data is a wind speed value or a wind pressure value, for example, denoted as F1, which first flows through the filter element. After obtaining a plurality of wind speed values or wind pressure values, determining the difference between the obtained wind speed value or wind pressure value and the wind speed value or wind pressure value which first flows through the filter element, e.g. calculating F2-F1Difference of (D), F3-F1Difference of (A) and (B)n-F1And the absolute value of the difference between the two is taken as the secondAn absolute value of a difference, the absolute value of the first difference being denoted for example as Δ F1
Alternatively, an absolute value of a second difference between two adjacent environmental wind data, which are wind speed values or wind pressure value differences of two adjacent environmental wind data, is determined, for example, F is calculated2-F1Difference of (D), F3-F2And calculating Fn-Fn-1And taking the absolute value of the difference of two adjacent times as the absolute value of a second difference, which is recorded as Δ f1. By determining the absolute value of the first difference Δ F or the absolute value of the second difference Δ F1So as to be dependent on the absolute value of the first difference Δ F1Or the absolute value of the second difference Δ f1And controlling the working state of the carbon dioxide collecting device.
And step S3, controlling the working state of the carbon dioxide collecting device according to the absolute value of the first difference or the absolute value of the second difference. It can be understood that the carbon dioxide collecting device can discharge the absorbed carbon dioxide to the outside after absorbing the carbon dioxide, so as to realize the recycling of the carbon dioxide collecting device, thereby saving energy and avoiding waste.
In an embodiment, the absolute value of the first difference Δ F is determined1Or the absolute value of the second difference Δ f1Then, the absolute value of the first difference Δ F is calculated1Or the absolute value of the second difference Δ f1And comparing the difference value with the pre-stored preset difference value corresponding to the difference value respectively, so as to judge whether the carbon dioxide collecting device is started and releases carbon dioxide or not, and further realize the control of carbon dioxide release.
According to the control method of the carbon dioxide collecting device of the embodiment of the invention, based on the carbon dioxide collecting device absorbing the indoor carbon dioxide, the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide can be effectively reduced, the indoor carbon dioxide is in a proper concentration, the comfort is improved, when the carbon dioxide is absorbed by the filter element, a plurality of environmental wind data such as wind pressure values or wind speed values passing through the filter element are obtained according to the preset time interval, the absolute value of the first difference value between the initial environmental wind data and the plurality of environmental wind data is determined, or the absolute value of the second difference value between two adjacent environmental wind speed data is determined, whether the carbon dioxide collecting module reaches the saturated collecting state is judged according to the absolute value of the first difference value or the absolute value of the second difference value, so as to judge the concentration of the carbon dioxide absorbed by the filter element, and accurately control the working state of the carbon dioxide collecting device absorbing or releasing the carbon dioxide, for example, the filter element is controlled to release the adsorbed carbon dioxide, so that the reuse of the filter element is realized.
In some embodiments, controlling the operating state of the carbon dioxide collection device based on the absolute value of the first difference or the absolute value of the second difference comprises: and if the absolute value of the first difference is greater than or equal to a first preset difference, or the absolute value of the second difference is less than or equal to a second preset difference, controlling the carbon dioxide collecting device to release the absorbed carbon dioxide.
In an embodiment, the first predetermined difference is, for example, Δ FIs provided withThe second predetermined difference is, for example, Δ fIs provided withDetermining the absolute value of the first difference Δ F1Or the absolute value of the second difference Δ f1Then, the absolute value of the first difference Δ F is compared1Is different from the first preset difference value delta FIs provided withOr, comparing the absolute value of the second difference Δ f1Is different from the second preset difference value delta fIs provided withWhen the absolute value of the first difference is Δ F1Greater than or equal to a first preset difference value deltaFIs provided withI.e. Δ f1≤ΔfIs provided withWhen the carbon dioxide is saturated, the filter element is considered to be saturated with the carbon dioxide, and at the moment, the carbon dioxide collecting device needs to be controlled to release the absorbed carbon dioxide; otherwise, the filter element is not saturated, and at this time, the carbon dioxide collecting device needs to be controlled to continue to collect carbon dioxide. By determining the absolute value of the first difference Δ F1Is different from the first preset difference value delta FIs provided withOr, determining the absolute value Δ f of the second difference1Is different from the second preset difference value delta fIs provided withTo whether the carbon dioxide collection module reaches a saturated stateLine judgment is carried out, and the absolute value delta F of the first difference value is obtained1Greater than or equal to a first predetermined difference, or the absolute value of the second difference Δ f1Is less than or equal to a second preset difference value delta fIs provided withWhen the carbon dioxide collecting device reaches the release threshold, the carbon dioxide collecting device is controlled to release the collected carbon dioxide, and after the release is completed, the carbon dioxide continues to be absorbed, so that the carbon dioxide collecting module can be repeatedly and efficiently utilized.
In some embodiments, controlling the carbon dioxide collection device to release absorbed carbon dioxide comprises: and controlling the heating device to be started to heat the filter element so as to release carbon dioxide. Specifically, when the carbon dioxide collecting device is controlled to release carbon dioxide, the heating device is controlled to be turned on to heat the filter element, and it can be understood that the heating of the filter element includes electric heating, microwave heating, infrared heating, steam heating, and the like, and when the electric heating is used to heat the filter element, the heating temperature can be controlled to be in a temperature range of 60 ℃ to 150 ℃, for example, the heating temperature is controlled to be 80 ℃. Wherein, when the temperature of the filter element reaches a preset temperature, such as 80 ℃, the efficiency of the filter element for releasing carbon dioxide is higher.
In some embodiments, before controlling the heating device to be turned on, the method further includes: and controlling the filter element to move to a release area and controlling the exhaust fan to be started.

Specifically, when the filter element collects carbon dioxide and is saturated, the filter element is controlled through the motion module to move the filter element to a release area, the exhaust fan is controlled to be started, the exhaust channel is controlled to be opened, it is guaranteed that indoor air can be discharged to the outdoor through the exhaust channel, and therefore carbon dioxide is discharged to the outdoor through the exhaust channel.
In some embodiments, after the heating device is controlled to be turned on to heat the filter element, the method further comprises: acquiring a first temperature value of the filter element; judging whether the first temperature value reaches a target temperature threshold value, wherein the target temperature threshold value is the difference value between a preset filter element release temperature threshold value and a preset temperature return difference; if so, controlling the heating device and/or the exhaust fan to maintain the first temperature at the target temperature threshold, otherwise, controlling the heating device to continuously heat the filter element until the first temperature reaches the target temperature threshold.
In an embodiment, the first temperature value is, for example, denoted T, and the predetermined filter release temperature threshold value is, for example, denoted TIs provided withAfter the heating device is started to heat the filter element, a first temperature value T of the filter element is obtained, and the first temperature value T is compared with a preset filter element release temperature threshold value TIs provided withWhen the first temperature value T is less than the preset filter element release temperature threshold value TIs provided withAnd controlling the heating device to continuously heat the filter element, and when the first temperature value T is greater than or equal to a preset filter element release temperature threshold value TIs provided withAnd when the first temperature value T reaches the target temperature threshold value, the temperature of the filter element is considered to be at a normal temperature value, at the moment, the heating device and/or the exhaust fan are controlled to enable the filter element to be kept at the target temperature threshold value, wherein the filter element is controlled to be kept at the target temperature threshold value, and the air speed of the exhaust fan can be properly adjusted, or the power of the heating device is adjusted to regulate and control the temperature of the filter element. When the first temperature does not reach the target temperature threshold, for example, the first temperature value is not equal to the target temperature threshold, the heating device is controlled to be continuously started to heat the filter element, the size relation between the temperature value of the filter element and the target temperature threshold is continuously judged in the heating process, and when the temperature value of the filter element reaches the target temperature threshold, the temperature of the filter element is kept at the target temperature threshold. The preset temperature return difference value is, for example, Δ T. The size relation between the first temperature value and the target temperature value of the filter element is judged, so that the temperature value of the filter element is regulated and controlled, and the efficiency of releasing carbon dioxide by the filter element is improved.
In some embodiments, after controlling the carbon dioxide collection device to release carbon dioxide, the method further comprises: when the filter element releases carbon dioxide, acquiring a plurality of environmental wind data passing through the filter element according to a preset time interval; calculating the absolute value of a third difference value between the environmental wind data and the initial environmental wind data, or the absolute value of a fourth difference value between two adjacent environmental wind data; and when the absolute value of the third difference is greater than or equal to the first preset difference, or the absolute value of the fourth difference is less than or equal to the second preset difference, the heating device is closed, so that the carbon dioxide collection device stops releasing the carbon dioxide.
In the embodiment, when the filter element releases carbon dioxide, a plurality of wind speed values or wind pressure values passing through the filter element are obtained at preset time intervals, for example, at intervals of t1, the absolute value of the difference between the obtained wind speed value or wind pressure value and the initial wind speed value or wind pressure value is calculated, and the absolute value of the difference between the obtained wind speed value or wind pressure value and the initial wind speed value or wind pressure value is used as the absolute value of a third difference, for example, recorded as Δ F2Or, comparing the absolute value of the third difference Δ F2Is different from the first preset difference value delta FIs provided withIn the magnitude relation of the third difference, the absolute value of the third difference Δ F2Greater than or equal to a first preset difference, i.e. Δ F2≥ΔFIs provided with(ii) a Or, the absolute value of the difference between two adjacent wind speed or wind pressure values is calculated and the absolute value of the difference is taken as the absolute value of the fourth difference, for example, recorded as Δ f2And comparing the absolute value of the fourth difference with a second predetermined difference Δ fIs provided withIn the magnitude relation between, and the absolute value of the fourth difference Δ f2Is less than or equal to a second preset difference value delta fIt is provided that,i.e., Δ f2≤ΔfIs provided withWhen the carbon dioxide is released, the filter element is considered to be finished; if the absolute value of the third difference is Δ F2Less than a first predetermined difference Δ FIs provided withAnd the absolute value of the fourth difference Δ f2Greater than a second predetermined difference Δ fIs provided withAnd controlling the filter element to continuously release the carbon dioxide when the carbon dioxide of the filter element is not released completely.
