Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
In the running state of the air conditioner, the indoor is in a closed state to ensure the cooling and heating effects. The concentration of carbon dioxide in the closed space is usually between 500PPM and 700PPM under the condition that no person exists; if a person moves in the closed space, the concentration of the carbon dioxide can be gradually increased along with the respiration of the person. The living conditions of people have a certain range of requirements on the concentration of carbon dioxide in air, and once the concentration of carbon dioxide exceeds the range, people can feel that the air is turbid, breathe smoothly, even feel headache and sleepy, cannot concentrate attention and harm the health of human bodies. In an outdoor open space, the concentration of carbon dioxide is 400-500 PPM, so that the mental state of people is good and the breath is smooth. However, the fresh air conditioner available on the market can increase the oxygen content in the indoor air, but still cannot reduce the carbon dioxide content.
In order to solve the above problems, embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention provide a method for adjusting indoor carbon dioxide concentration, which can effectively reduce indoor carbon dioxide concentration and enable indoor air quality to reach a user comfort index.
A method of adjusting the carbon dioxide concentration in a room according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, which at least includes steps S1 to S4, as shown in fig. 1.
Step S1, the indoor carbon dioxide concentration is collected.
In an embodiment, the indoor carbon dioxide concentration in the indoor air may be collected by providing a carbon dioxide concentration collector.
And step S2, determining that the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide reaches a preset concentration threshold value, and collecting the carbon dioxide in the indoor air.
The preset concentration threshold value can be understood as the concentration of carbon dioxide which is preset and meets the comfortable requirement of a user under the condition that the indoor space is certain. The preset concentration threshold may be set according to actual conditions, such as the size of the indoor space or the number of users, and is not limited thereto. For example, the preset concentration threshold value can be set to 600PPM, since it is beneficial to the health of the user when the indoor carbon dioxide concentration is controlled below 600 PPM.
In the embodiment, since the carbon dioxide concentration exceeds a certain range under the condition that the indoor space is constant, the human health is endangered, therefore, the embodiment of the invention detects the indoor carbon dioxide concentration in real time and compares the indoor carbon dioxide concentration with the preset concentration threshold value, so as to judge whether the content of the carbon dioxide in the indoor air exceeds the range of comfortable demands of users, collect the carbon dioxide in the indoor air when the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide meets certain conditions, namely reaches a preset concentration threshold, so that, by the following steps S3 and S4, the collected carbon dioxide is discharged to the outside of the room, therefore, the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide is effectively reduced, the indoor air quality reaches the comfortable index of a user, the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide is maintained in the range beneficial to the health of the user, and the problem that the content of carbon dioxide still rises due to the closed indoor space is solved.
Specifically, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention detects the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide in real time, and if the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide is determined to reach the preset concentration threshold, the content of carbon dioxide in indoor air exceeds the standard, which is not beneficial to the health of a user, so that carbon dioxide in indoor air needs to be collected to release the carbon dioxide exceeding the standard in indoor air to the outdoor, and the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide is reduced; if the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide is determined not to reach the preset concentration threshold, the content of the carbon dioxide in the indoor air does not exceed the standard, the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide meets the comfortable requirement range of a user, and under the condition, the carbon dioxide in the indoor air does not need to be collected. Therefore, the purpose of reducing the indoor carbon dioxide content is achieved, and the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide is ensured to be maintained in a range beneficial to the health of users.
Step S3, recording the time of carbon dioxide collection.
In an embodiment, a time sensor may be provided to detect and record the time at which carbon dioxide is collected.
And step S4, determining that the time for collecting the carbon dioxide is greater than or equal to a first preset time threshold value, and discharging the collected carbon dioxide to the outside.
The first preset time threshold value can be understood as a preset maximum allowable time value for collecting carbon dioxide. The first preset time threshold may be set according to actual conditions, which is not limited in this respect.
In an embodiment, in order to ensure that the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide is maintained within a range beneficial to the health of a user, the embodiment of the invention judges the degree of collecting the indoor carbon dioxide in the process of collecting the carbon dioxide in the indoor air by recording the time of collecting the carbon dioxide in real time and comparing the time with the first preset time threshold, so that when the time of collecting the carbon dioxide is determined to be greater than or equal to the first preset time threshold, the content of the carbon dioxide remaining in the indoor air can be maintained within the range of the indoor air quality health index of the user.
Specifically, the method of the embodiment of the invention records the time for collecting carbon dioxide in real time, and if the time for collecting carbon dioxide is determined to be greater than or equal to a first preset time threshold, the collected carbon dioxide is saturated, the content of the carbon dioxide left after the carbon dioxide in the indoor air is collected at this time meets the user comfort index, and the collected carbon dioxide is discharged to the outdoor so as to facilitate the next operation for collecting the indoor carbon dioxide; if the time for collecting the carbon dioxide is determined not to reach the first preset time threshold, the collected carbon dioxide is not saturated, and the content of the carbon dioxide in the indoor air is still in an overproof state. Therefore, the purpose of reducing the indoor carbon dioxide content is achieved, and the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide is ensured to be maintained in a range beneficial to the health of users.
According to the method for adjusting the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide, when the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide reaches the preset concentration threshold, the fact that the content of the carbon dioxide in the indoor air exceeds the standard is indicated, and the method is not beneficial to the health of a user, under the condition, the carbon dioxide in the indoor air is collected, and when the time for collecting the carbon dioxide is greater than or equal to the first preset time threshold, the collected carbon dioxide is discharged to the outside, so that the purpose of reducing the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide is achieved, the problem that the content of the carbon dioxide still rises due to the fact that the indoor space is closed is solved, and the quality of the indoor air reaches the comfortable index of the user.
In some embodiments, the carbon dioxide concentration in the room is reduced by heating the carbon dioxide collection module for collecting carbon dioxide, such as by electrical heating, to release the collected carbon dioxide and discharge the released carbon dioxide to the outside of the room.
In some embodiments, during the release of the collected carbon dioxide, the time for releasing the carbon dioxide is recorded in real time to judge the degree of release of the carbon dioxide along with the change of the time, and when the time for releasing the carbon dioxide is determined to be greater than a second preset time threshold, the completion of the discharge of the collected carbon dioxide is indicated, so that the heating of the carbon dioxide collection module is stopped.
The second predetermined time threshold is understood to be the predetermined time required to ensure complete release of carbon dioxide. The first preset time threshold may be set according to actual conditions, which is not limited in this respect.
Specifically, the method of the embodiment of the invention records the time for releasing carbon dioxide in real time, and if the time for releasing carbon dioxide is determined to be greater than a second preset time threshold, the release of the collected carbon dioxide is completed; and if the time for releasing the carbon dioxide is determined not to reach the second preset time threshold, the collected carbon dioxide is not completely released outdoors, and the carbon dioxide needs to be released continuously so as to be used for the next indoor carbon dioxide collection operation.
In some embodiments, the heating temperature of the carbon dioxide collection module is monitored, and when the heating temperature is lower than the preset carbon dioxide release temperature, the heating temperature does not reach the temperature condition that the carbon dioxide collection module releases carbon dioxide, so that the heating temperature is increased and continuously monitored, the carbon dioxide collection module reaches the temperature condition that the carbon dioxide is released, that is, the heating temperature reaches the preset carbon dioxide release temperature, the carbon dioxide collection module is controlled at the constant temperature by the heating temperature, the carbon dioxide collection module releases the absorbed carbon dioxide, and the purpose of discharging the carbon dioxide exceeding the standard in the indoor air to the outdoor so as to reduce the content of the indoor carbon dioxide is achieved.
In some embodiments, because the temperature control has a hysteresis problem, in the embodiments of the present invention, when the temperature difference between the heating temperature and the preset carbon dioxide release temperature is less than or equal to the preset temperature return difference, it may be determined that the carbon dioxide collection module reaches the temperature condition for releasing carbon dioxide, so as to improve the accuracy of temperature control and the degree of release of carbon dioxide.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, an apparatus for adjusting indoor carbon dioxide concentration is provided, as shown in fig. 2, an apparatus 10 for adjusting indoor carbon dioxide concentration includes a collection module 1, a carbon dioxide collection module 2, a time detection module 3, and a control module 4.
Specifically, the acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring indoor carbon dioxide concentration; the carbon dioxide collecting module 2 is used for collecting carbon dioxide in indoor air when the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide reaches a preset concentration threshold; the time detection module 3 is used for recording the time for collecting the carbon dioxide; the control module 4 is connected with the acquisition module 1, the carbon dioxide collection module 2 and the time detection module 3, and is used for controlling the carbon dioxide collection module 2 to discharge the collected carbon dioxide to the outside when the time for collecting the carbon dioxide is greater than or equal to a first preset time threshold.
It should be noted that a specific implementation manner of the apparatus 10 for adjusting indoor carbon dioxide concentration according to the embodiment of the present invention is similar to a specific implementation manner of the method for adjusting indoor carbon dioxide concentration according to any of the above embodiments of the present invention, and please refer to the description of the method for the specific implementation manner, and details are not repeated here for reducing redundancy.
According to the device 10 for adjusting the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide, when the carbon dioxide collection module 2 determines that the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide reaches the preset concentration threshold, it is indicated that the content of the carbon dioxide in the indoor air exceeds the standard, and the health of a user is not facilitated, in this case, the carbon dioxide in the indoor air is collected, and when the control module 4 determines that the time for collecting the carbon dioxide is greater than or equal to the first preset time threshold, the carbon dioxide collection module 2 is controlled to discharge the collected carbon dioxide to the outdoor, so that the purpose of reducing the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide is achieved, the problem that the content of the carbon dioxide still rises due to the closing of an indoor space is avoided, and the quality of the indoor air reaches the comfortable index of the user.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the carbon dioxide collection module 2 includes a filter element unit 5 and a drive unit 6.
Wherein the filter element unit 5 is used for absorbing carbon dioxide; the drive unit 6 is connected to the filter element unit 5 for driving the filter element unit 5 to move to the absorption position when carbon dioxide is collected in the chamber and for driving the filter element unit 5 to move to the release position when carbon dioxide is released.
It can be understood that under the condition that the indoor carbon dioxide concentration exceeds the standard, namely when the indoor carbon dioxide concentration reaches the preset concentration threshold, the carbon dioxide in the indoor air is collected by the carbon dioxide collecting module 2, therefore, when the indoor carbon dioxide concentration does not exceed the standard, the filter element unit 5 is suitable for being placed in a closed space to avoid contacting with the air. Therefore, when the condition that the concentration of the indoor carbon dioxide exceeds the standard is met, the filter element unit 5 is driven to move to the absorption position through the driving unit 6, namely to the proper position contacted with the indoor air, so that the carbon dioxide in the indoor air can be collected; and, when the indoor carbon dioxide concentration release condition is satisfied, the filter element unit 5 is driven by the driving unit 6 to move to the release position, i.e., to a position in contact with outdoor air, so as to release the collected carbon dioxide to the outside.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the means 10 for regulating the carbon dioxide concentration in the chamber further comprises a heating module 7 and a temperature sensing module 8.
Wherein the heating module 7 is used for heating the carbon dioxide collection module 2 to discharge the collected carbon dioxide; the temperature sensing module 8 is used for detecting the heating temperature of the carbon dioxide collecting module 2; the control module 4 is connected with the heating module 7 and the temperature sensing module 8, and is further used for controlling the heating module 7 according to the heating temperature.
In a third embodiment of the present invention, an air conditioner 20 includes an indoor unit 11, an outdoor unit 12, and the device 10 for adjusting the concentration of carbon dioxide in a room provided in the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3.
The device 10 for adjusting the indoor carbon dioxide concentration is arranged on the indoor unit 11, so that the device 10 for adjusting the indoor carbon dioxide concentration can improve the indoor carbon dioxide concentration and ensure that the indoor air quality reaches the comfortable index of a user.
In this embodiment, the specific implementation manner of the air conditioner 20 in the operating state is similar to the specific implementation manner of the apparatus 10 for adjusting the indoor carbon dioxide concentration according to any of the above embodiments of the present invention, and please refer to the description of the apparatus 10 for adjusting the indoor carbon dioxide concentration specifically, and for reducing redundancy, the detailed description is omitted here.
