the height adjusting device (3) comprises a lead screw (31), a driving motor (32), a sliding groove (33), a sliding mounting plate (34), a damping rotating shaft (35), an arc-shaped connecting rod (36), a mounting plate (37), an angle adjusting mechanism (38) and a height adjusting mechanism (39), wherein the lead screw (31) is rotatably mounted in the middle of the lower end of the mounting frame (1), the upper end of the lead screw (31) is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor (32), the driving motor (32) is mounted on the upper side of the mounting frame (1) through a motor top seat, the sliding grooves (33) are symmetrically formed in the left side and the right side of the front end of the mounting frame (1), the sliding mounting plate (34) is arranged in the sliding groove (33) in a sliding mode, the damping rotating shaft (35) is mounted in the middle of the front end of the sliding mounting plate (34), the arc-shaped connecting rods (36) are uniformly mounted on the outer side wall of the damping rotating shaft (35) along the circumferential direction of the damping rotating shaft, the mounting plate (37) is fixed with the mounting plate (37), the left side and the right side of the rear end of the mounting plate (37) are connected with the sliding mounting plate (34) through the angle adjusting mechanism (38) which are symmetrically arranged, and the height adjusting mechanism (39) is arranged on the mounting plate;
