In this embodiment, the magnetic member 8 is a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, when the permanent magnet is adopted, the permanent magnet is the same as the N, S pole of the magnet, and when the electromagnet is adopted, the current direction is adjusted to ensure that the electromagnet is the same as the N, S pole of the magnet, thereby achieving the purpose of repelling the exhaust valve plate 2 and reducing the impact.
