The water inlet hose 402 is connected to the side wall of the connecting pipe 9 to prevent the bottom of the connecting pipe 9 from entering the transparent casing 401 with the water flow if there is impurities such as sand and sand. In addition, the rotating rod 605 is rotatably connected with the limiting sleeve 606, the limiting sleeve 606 is of a square cylinder structure, and the outer wall of the limiting sleeve 606 is matched with the rectangular groove 607, so that the limiting sleeve 606 is limited. The isolation pipe 611 is to prevent water from flowing into more gaps from the filtering pipe 601 and the moving pipe 602.
