The air guide hose 121 is connected to the air guide seat 122, and the air guide seat 122 is used for stably connecting the connection pipe 2 to prevent the connection pipe 2 from falling. As shown in fig. 1, the connection pipe 2 is connected between the adaptive work shed 1 and the work shed cleaning integration equipment 3.
As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the integrated studio cleaning equipment 3 mainly comprises a box 31, a blower 32, an electrostatic precipitator 33, an air cooler 34 and a connector 35. The box body 31 mainly comprises a controller 311, a first handle 3121, a second handle 3122, an air inlet pipe 313, an air outlet pipe 314, a universal wheel 315, a first louver 3161, a second louver 3162 and a drain pipe 317. The controller 311 may control the blower 32, the electrostatic precipitator 33, and the air cooler 34. The first handle 3121 and the second handle 3122 are installed at both sides of the cabinet 31 to facilitate the transportation of the integrated equipment for booth cleaning 3. The intake pipe 313 is connected to the blower 32. The outlet pipe 314 is connected to the electrostatic precipitator 33. Four are installed in the equipartition universal wheel 315 in the bottom of box 31 is used for conveniently removing clean integrated equipment 3 of worker's canopy. The first louver 3161 and the second louver 3162 are respectively installed at two sides of the box 31, and are used for exchanging the inside air and the outside air of the integrated equipment 3. The drain pipe 317 is connected to the air cooler 34, and is configured to discharge condensed water in the air cooler 34.
As shown in fig. 6, the blower 32, the electrostatic precipitator 33 and the air cooler 34 are connected by the connector 35 and are installed and fixed in the box 31. External air enters from the blower 32 and the air cooler 34, and enters the electrostatic precipitator 33 through the connector 35. A first silencing and buffering cotton 361 is disposed between the blower 32 and the electrostatic precipitator 33. A second silencing and buffering cotton 362 is arranged between the blower 32 and the connecting piece 35. A third sound-absorbing buffering sponge 363 is arranged between the connecting piece 35 and the air cooler 34. A fourth silencing and buffering cotton 364 is arranged under the electrostatic dust collector 33 and the air cooler 34. A fifth sound-deadening and buffering cotton 365 is arranged between the electrostatic precipitator 33 and the connecting piece 35. The silencing and buffering cotton is used for eliminating noise caused by machine vibration and avoiding collision between machines, and the second silencing and buffering cotton 362, the third silencing and buffering cotton 363 and the fifth silencing and buffering cotton 365 on the connecting piece 35 can also play a role of sealing to prevent gas leakage.
After the outside air enters the blower 32 and the cooling fan 34, moisture, impurities and large particles of dust in the outside air can be removed, and the temperature and humidity of the air can be controlled within a proper range. The primarily cleaned air is then fed through the connection 35 into the electrostatic precipitator 33, where small particles of dust are removed. The purified clean air continuously enters the self-adaptive work shed 1 through the connecting pipe 2 and the air duct 12, so that the original turbid air in the self-adaptive work shed 1 is continuously discharged, and the air in the self-adaptive work shed 1 can be rapidly and effectively purified.
In conclusion, the intelligent installation environment control device can be freely stretched in the length direction, the width direction and the height direction, and can adapt to cables and cable brackets with different sizes and positions. The air after the clean integrated equipment of worker's canopy 3 purifies passes through connecting pipe 2 constantly gets into in the self-adaptation worker canopy 1, purify the air in the self-adaptation worker canopy 1.

Claims (10)
1. An intelligent installation environment control device is characterized in that the intelligent installation environment control device consists of a self-adaptive work shed, a connecting pipe and work shed cleaning integrated equipment; the self-adaptive work shed consists of a work shed main body, an air duct and shed cloth; the working shed main body can be stretched in the length direction, the width direction and the height direction; the shed cloth is used for covering all side surfaces of the shed main body; the air guide pipe is arranged on the inner wall surface of the work shed main body and is used for enabling the flow direction of the gas flowing out of the air guide pipe to be always kept from top to bottom, so that the air in the self-adaptive work shed is orderly discharged; the connecting pipe is connected between the air duct of the self-adaptive work shed and the clean integrated equipment of the work shed; the clean integrated equipment of worker's canopy be used for purifying outside air to temperature and humidity control with the air after purifying is in suitable scope, through the connecting pipe with the air duct will purify and temperature and humidity control carry in the clean air of suitable scope the inside of self-adaptation worker's canopy, make simultaneously the original cloudy air in the inside of self-adaptation worker's canopy is constantly discharged.

The intelligent installation environment control device of claim 1, wherein the studio main body consists of a studio main body component I, a studio main body component II, a studio main body component III, a studio main body component IV, a studio main body component V, a studio main body component six and six studio main body components seven; the connected work shed main body components can be mutually nested, so that the work shed main body can be stretched in the length direction, the width direction and the height direction; after the size of the work shed main body is determined, the relative positions of the two connected work shed main body components are fixed by using a connecting sleeve at the connecting part of the two connected work shed main body components so as to fix the size of the work shed main body.

The intelligent installation environment control device of claim 2, wherein the first shed body component comprises a first rod, a second rod and a third rod, and the first rod, the second rod and the third rod are mutually perpendicular in pairs and fixedly connected at one end of each rod; the structures of the work shed main body component III, the work shed main body component IV and the work shed main body component VI are the same as the structure of the work shed main body component I; the second shed body component comprises a first rod piece, a second rod piece and a third rod piece, and one end part of the second rod piece and one end part of the third rod piece are vertically and fixedly connected to the middle part of the first rod piece; the structure of the work shed main body component five is the same as that of the work shed main body component two; the main component seven of the work shed is a straight rod piece.

The intelligent installation environment control device of claim 1, wherein the shed cloth comprises a rear shed cloth, a left shed cloth, a front shed cloth and a right shed cloth, which are respectively used for covering four rear left, front right and side surfaces of the shed main body; and zippers from top to bottom are arranged on the rear shed cloth, the left shed cloth, the front shed cloth and/or the right shed cloth.

The intelligent installation environment control device according to claim 4, wherein the shed cloth on both sides of the zipper is cut, or the shed cloth without the zipper is directly cut, and round rough surfaces of the magic tapes are arranged on both sides of the cut position; the round hair surfaces of the magic tapes are respectively provided with a lining, one end of each lining is provided with a hair pricking surface of the magic tape, and the other end of each lining is provided with a binding belt; the thorn hair side of bush can be fixed on the optional position of the circle hair side that the magic was pasted, makes the self-adaptation worker canopy can adapt to the position of different cables and different cables to and can adapt to different cable support and cable support's position.

The intelligent installation environment control device of claim 1, wherein the studio cleaning integration equipment consists of a box body, a blower, an electrostatic precipitator, an air cooler and a connecting piece; the box body consists of a controller, a first handle, a second handle, an air inlet pipe, an air outlet pipe, a universal wheel, a first shutter, a second shutter and a drain pipe; the controller is used for controlling the air blower, the electrostatic dust collector and the air cooler; the first handle and the second handle are arranged on two sides of the box body and are used for conveniently carrying the integrated equipment for the clean shed; the air inlet pipe is connected with the air feeder; the air outlet pipe is connected with the electrostatic dust collector; four universal wheels are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the box body and are used for conveniently moving the work shed cleaning integrated equipment; the first louver and the second louver are respectively arranged on two sides of the box body and used for exchanging the internal air and the external air of the integrated equipment for the cleanness of the work shed; the water drain pipe is connected with the air cooler and used for discharging condensed water in the air cooler; the air feeder, the electrostatic dust collector and the air cooler are connected through the connecting piece and are installed and fixed in the box body; and external air enters from the air feeder and the air cooler and enters the electrostatic dust collector through the connecting piece.

The intelligent installation environment control device of claim 9, wherein a first sound deadening and buffering cotton is disposed between the blower and the electrostatic precipitator; a second silencing and buffering cotton is arranged between the air feeder and the connecting piece; a third silencing buffer cotton is arranged between the connecting piece and the air cooler; a fourth silencing and buffering cotton is arranged below the electrostatic dust collector and the air cooler; a fifth silencing and buffering cotton is arranged between the electrostatic dust collector and the connecting piece; the silencing and buffering cotton is used for eliminating noise caused by machine vibration and avoiding collision between machines, and the second silencing and buffering cotton, the third silencing and buffering cotton and the fifth silencing and buffering cotton on the connecting piece can also play a role in sealing to prevent gas leakage.
