技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,特别是涉及一种建筑用复合板、其加工方法及采用该复合板的移动房屋。
背景技术
现有的建筑用复合板,大多为实木板、强化板、岩棉板等,随着生产技术的日趋成熟以及人民生活的不断提高,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高,各种复合强化板也日益受到人们的青睐,但这些复合板在使用过程中均存在一定的缺陷,例如:
实木板:从原木到成品的加工过程中,保留了天然木材的整体结构形态及其天然的植物生物活性,正是由于木材的天然活性特征,这种实木复合板在使用过程中具有怕火、怕水、怕潮等属性,会随着环境因素(湿度、温度等)的变化而产生湿涨干缩和变形。当这种变形超出许可范围时,就出现了产品质量问题(起拱、翘曲、开裂、内裂等等);特别是在潮湿环境中易霉变和腐蚀,易生白蚁,实木复合板受潮后整体膨胀拱起而无发使用,且需要消耗大量宝贵的森林资源,随着环境保护观念和政策的推广,其前景将愈来愈受到资源性的制约,而且产品使用后无法回收利用。
强化板:又称为浸渍纸层压木质板,以一层或多层专用纸浸渍热固性氨基树脂,铺装在刨花板、中密度纤维板、高密度纤维板等人造板基材表面,背面加平衡层,正面加耐磨层,经热压而成。产品特点是地板表面超耐磨,适合各种公共场所使用;由于强化板采用的是高密度纤维板为基材,该基材由于是采用木材纤维与尿醛胶制造的,该地板的吸水厚度膨胀率≤2.5-4.5%,无法做到防水防潮,在使用过程中易出现边缘吸水膨胀,易发霉,易生虫等现象,具有怕火、怕水、怕潮等属性严重影响地板使用寿命。
岩棉板:是以玄武石为主要原料,经高温熔融后,由高速离心设备制成无机纤维,同时均匀加入一定比例的粘合剂烘烤成大板,根据生产需要切割成岩棉条。岩棉为非燃烧体,其具有防火性能好,保温隔热性能好,隔声吸音效果显著等特点。但岩棉具有吸水易潮解的特点,用于外墙板时需定期维护。
因此,亟需一种建筑用复合板、其加工方法及采用该复合板的移动房屋,能够解决现有复合板防水性差、易燃烧、耐磨性差、易腐蚀等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种建筑用复合板、其加工方法及采用该复合板的移动房屋,以解决上述现有复合板防水性差、易燃烧、耐磨性差、易腐蚀等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明提供一种建筑用复合板,包括基材层,所述基材层的上方设有保温层,所述保温层的两侧均设有碳纤维层。

优选地,所述碳纤维层包括内层碳纤维板和外层碳纤维板,所述内层碳纤维板设置于所述保温层的上方,所述外层碳纤维板设置于所述保温层与所述基材层之间。
本发明还提供了上述建筑用复合板的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.加工第一板材:将玻璃钢板置于水平面上,对其上表面进行砂光处理后,于其上表面涂覆胶粘剂,将外层碳纤维板粘合在玻璃钢板的上方并进行冷压压合,得到第一板材;
S2.加工第二板材:将第一板材置于水平面上,对外层碳纤维板的上表面进行砂光处理后,于其上表面涂覆胶粘剂,在设计位置放置加强筋、线管和水管,剩余空间铺设XPS挤塑板并用发泡胶填充间隙形成保温层,平整处理后压合,得到第二板材;
S3.加工建筑用复合板:将第二板材置于水平面上,对保温层的上表面进行砂光处理后,于其上表面涂覆胶粘剂,将内层碳纤维板粘合在保温层的上方并进行冷压压合,得到建筑用复合板。
本发明还提供一种采用上述建筑用复合板的移动房屋,包括底盘,所述底盘的上方铺设有底板,所述底盘的前侧竖直设有前框,所述前框内安装有断桥铝门窗,所述底盘的后侧设有背板,所述底盘的左侧和右侧均设有侧板,所述前框的顶部、所述背板的顶部和所述侧板的顶部设有顶板,所述底板、所述背板、所述侧板和所述顶板均采用上述建筑用复合板。

本发明提供的一种建筑用复合板、其加工方法及采用该复合板的移动房屋,建筑用复合板包括基材层,所述基材层的上方设有保温层,所述保温层的两侧均设有碳纤维层,建筑用复合板具有阻燃、防水、耐潮、耐腐蚀、结构强度高、保温性能持久、重量轻、用途范围更广泛等优点,且内外层表面光滑,可内置复合功能性结构,一体成型,用于移动房屋主体结构时,无需二次装修;复合板的制造方法简单,可形成大批量大规模的生产,适用于需要保温、隔音的建筑装饰,以及承受一定强度范围内的建筑结构;移动房屋可制成无缝一体式,更便于房屋拆装和运输。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种建筑用复合板、其加工方法及采用该复合板的移动房屋,以解决现有复合板防水性差、易燃烧、耐磨性差、易腐蚀等问题。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1:
本实施例提供一种建筑用复合板,如图1所示,包括基材层2,基材层2的上方设有保温层3,保温层3的两侧均设有碳纤维层1。
其中,基材层2采用玻璃钢板,其绝缘性好,拉伸强度高,伸长小,机械强度高;弹性系数高,刚性佳;弹性限度内伸长量大且拉伸强度高,故吸收冲击能量大;为无机纤维,不易燃烧,绝缘性好,耐化学性佳,吸水性小,耐热性强。
进一步地,如图2所示。保温层3包括XPS挤塑板3.1,XPS挤塑板3.1中分布有加强筋3.2、线管3.3和水管3.4;XPS挤塑板3.1具有高热阻、低线性、膨胀比低的特点,保温性能持久稳定,抗压强度极高、抗冲击性极强。
进一步地,碳纤维层1包括内层碳纤维板1.1和外层碳纤维板1.2,内层碳纤维板1.1设置于保温层3的上方,外层碳纤维板1.2设置于保温层3与基材层2之间,内层碳纤维板1.1和外层碳纤维板1.2均具有轴向强度和模量高的特点,且密度低、比性能高,无蠕变,非氧化环境下耐超高温,耐疲劳性好,热膨胀系数小且具有各向异性,耐腐蚀性好。
本实施例中使用玻璃钢板为外侧板材,不易燃烧,防腐效果强,且具有良好的防水性能,使复合板具有用作室外板材的能力;内侧保温材料使用XPS挤塑板,使复合板具有持久稳定保温性能,且具有良好的阻燃效果;保温层可复合功能性结构,使复合板具有更多得功能,适应更多应用场景;夹层使用碳纤维板,使复合板相对于其他具有相同的的强度复合板质量更轻。
本实施例还提供了上述建筑用复合板的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.加工第一板材:将玻璃钢板置于水平面上,采用精密砂光机对其上表面进行砂光处理后,于其上表面通过涂胶机涂覆胶粘剂,将外层碳纤维板粘合在玻璃钢板的上方并进行常温冷压压合,得到第一板材;
S2.加工第二板材:将第一板材置于水平面上,对外层碳纤维板的上表面进行刮灰修补并采用精密砂光机进行砂光处理后,于其上表面通过涂胶机涂覆胶粘剂,根据结构所需在设计位置放置加强筋、线管和水管,剩余空间铺设XPS挤塑板并用发泡胶填充间隙形成保温层,平整处理后压合,得到第二板材;
S3.加工建筑用复合板:将第二板材置于水平面上,采用精密砂光机对保温层的上表面进行砂光处理后,于其上表面涂覆胶粘剂,将内层碳纤维板粘合在保温层的上方并进行冷压压合,得到建筑用复合板。
建筑用复合板的制造方法简单,可形成大批量大规模的生产,适用于需要保温、隔音的建筑装饰,以及承受一定强度范围内的建筑结构。
本实施例还提供一种采用上述建筑用复合板的移动房屋,如图3所示,包括底盘4,底盘4的上方铺设有底板5,底盘4的前侧竖直设有前框10,前框10内安装有断桥铝门窗6,底盘4的后侧设有背板8,底盘4的左侧和右侧均设有侧板7,前框10的顶部、背板8的顶部和侧板7的顶部设有顶板9,底板5、背板8、侧板7和顶板9均采用上述建筑用复合板。
本实施例提供的采用建筑用复合板的移动房屋,可制成无缝一体式,加强筋、水管、线管、XPS挤塑板都是预埋内置复合在板材中,更坚固,更便于房屋拆装,便于运输;改善了现有的移动房屋在生产时,仅使用简单板材,板材之上再单独焊骨架、布线、或人工填充管材、隔热保温等结构,多为多块拼装,整体拆装复杂,效果不佳等缺点。

Claims (6)

1.建筑用复合板,其特征在于:包括基材层,所述基材层的上方设有保温层,所述保温层的两侧均设有碳纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用复合板,其特征在于:所述基材层采用玻璃钢板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用复合板,其特征在于:所述保温层包括XPS挤塑板,所述XPS挤塑板中分布有加强筋、线管和水管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用复合板,其特征在于:所述碳纤维层包括内层碳纤维板和外层碳纤维板,所述内层碳纤维板设置于所述保温层的上方,所述外层碳纤维板设置于所述保温层与所述基材层之间。
5.建筑用复合板的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1.加工第一板材:将玻璃钢板置于水平面上,对其上表面进行砂光处理后,于其上表面涂覆胶粘剂,将外层碳纤维板粘合在玻璃钢板的上方并进行冷压压合,得到第一板材;
S2.加工第二板材:将第一板材置于水平面上,对外层碳纤维板的上表面进行砂光处理后,于其上表面涂覆胶粘剂,在设计位置放置加强筋、线管和水管,剩余空间铺设XPS挤塑板并用发泡胶填充间隙形成保温层,平整处理后压合,得到第二板材;
S3.加工建筑用复合板:将第二板材置于水平面上,对保温层的上表面进行砂光处理后,于其上表面涂覆胶粘剂,将内层碳纤维板粘合在保温层的上方并进行冷压压合,得到建筑用复合板。
6.采用建筑用复合板的移动房屋,包括底盘,所述底盘的上方铺设有底板,所述底盘的前侧竖直设有前框,所述前框内安装有断桥铝门窗,所述底盘的后侧设有背板,所述底盘的左侧和右侧均设有侧板,所述前框的顶部、所述背板的顶部和所述侧板的顶部设有顶板,其特征在于:所述底板、所述背板、所述侧板和所述顶板均采用权利要求1-4所述的建筑用复合板。
