Abstract
本发明公开了一种使用改性聚氨酯粘接的装饰保温一体化板,包括面板和保温层,所述面板为方形铝板,所述保温层由岩棉填充形成,所述保温层背面还设有玻璃纤维薄毡,所述铝板与岩棉以及岩棉与玻璃纤维薄毡之间均填充改性聚氨酯。本发明的有益效果:在由岩棉和铝质面板组成一体化板中填充改性聚氨酯,大大提高了一体化板的保温性能和结构强度,同时相较于单纯采用改性聚氨酯作为保温层,节约了成本,有利于市场推广,改性聚氨酯采用在线发泡制作而成,生产效率更高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用改性聚氨酯粘接的装饰保温一体化板。
背景技术
装饰保温一体化板是近几年研发的新型建筑外墙装饰保温一体化材料;集外墙保温与装饰功能于一体,符合建筑节能“模块化”技术发展方向。
目前的装饰保温板一般外层为金属板层,内层为单层的保温材料,但是,单层的保温材料容易受到温度和湿度等因素的影响,发生收缩变形,结构稳定性较差进而影响保温效果。
聚氨酯是一种新型高分子材料,具有容重小,导热系数低,闭孔率高和耐腐蚀的优良性能,聚氨酯和其他高分子材料一样,其性能受主链分子结构的基本构成、分子量、分子间的作用力、结晶倾向、支化和交联,以及取代基的性能、位置和体积大小等因素的影响,由不同的原材料制得的聚氨酯在性能上存在着一定的差异,但是其价格昂贵,不利于进行市场推广。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的上述技术问题,本发明提出一种使用改性聚氨酯粘接的装饰保温一体化板,节约了生产成本,保温效果好。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种使用改性聚氨酯粘接的装饰保温一体化板,包括面板和保温层,所述面板为方形铝板,所述保温层由岩棉填充形成,所述保温层背面还设有玻璃纤维薄毡,所述铝板与岩棉以及岩棉与玻璃纤维薄毡之间均填充改性聚氨酯。
进一步的,所述面板两端内折形成中部凹槽,所述凹槽中设置所述保温层,所述保温层与所述面板上相贴合的面之间均填充改性聚氨酯
进一步的,所述玻璃纤维薄毡由玻璃纤维聚合水泥浆形成。
进一步的,所述玻璃纤维薄毡完全覆盖所述保温层背面。
进一步的,所述改性聚氨酯采用在线发泡制作而成。
本发明的有益效果:在由岩棉和铝质面板组成一体化板中填充改性聚氨酯,大大提高了一体化板的保温性能和结构强度,同时相较于单纯采用改性聚氨酯作为保温层,节约了成本,防火性能更好,有利于市场推广,改性聚氨酯采用在线发泡制作而成,生产效率更高。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的一种使用改性聚氨酯粘接的装饰保温一体化板,包括面板和保温层,所述面板为方形铝板1,所述保温层由岩棉4填充形成,所述保温层背面还设有玻璃纤维薄毡3,所述铝板1与岩棉4以及岩棉4与玻璃纤维薄毡3之间均填充改性聚氨酯2进行粘接。
如图2所示,根据本发明实施例的一种使用改性聚氨酯粘接的装饰保温一体化板,包括面板和保温层,所述面板为方形铝板1,其两端内折形成中部凹槽,所述凹槽中设置所述保温层,所述保温层背面覆盖固定有玻璃纤维薄毡3,所述保温层与所述面板上相贴合的面之间以及所述保温层与玻璃纤维薄毡3之间均填充改性聚氨酯2进行粘接。
本发明一种实施例中,所述改性聚氨酯采用高压发泡机在线发泡制作并进行浇筑填充,采用在线发泡制作的改性聚氨酯性能更好,生产效率更高。在具备较好的保温性能情况下,能较好的控制生产成本。
本发明一种实施例中,所述保温层由岩棉4填充形成,具有优益的防火保温性能,同时其成本低廉,具有较好的生产效益。
本发明一种实施例中,所述玻璃纤维薄毡3由玻璃纤维聚合水泥浆形成,采用由玻璃纤维聚合水泥浆形成的玻璃纤维薄毡3,有效提高了保温一体化板的韧性和抗开裂性。
本发明一种实施例中,所述玻璃纤维薄毡3与所述改性聚氨酯之间通过粘胶粘接固定,粘接更加牢固,耐候性更加持久。
本发明在由岩棉和铝质面板组成一体化板中填充改性聚氨酯,大大提高了一体化板的保温性能和结构强度,同时相较于单纯采用改性聚氨酯作为保温层,节约了成本,有利于市场推广,改性聚氨酯采用在线发泡制作而成,生产效率更高。

1.一种使用改性聚氨酯粘接的装饰保温一体化板,包括面板和保温层,所述面板为方形铝板(1),所述保温层由岩棉(4)填充形成,其特征在于,所述保温层背面还设有玻璃纤维薄毡(3),所述铝板(1)与岩棉(4)以及岩棉(4)与玻璃纤维薄毡(3)之间均填充改性聚氨酯(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用改性聚氨酯粘接的装饰保温一体化板,其特征在于,所述面板两端内折形成中部凹槽,所述凹槽中设置所述保温层,所述保温层与所述面板上相贴合的面之间均填充改性聚氨酯(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用改性聚氨酯粘接的装饰保温一体化板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维薄毡(3)由玻璃纤维聚合水泥浆形成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种使用改性聚氨酯粘接的装饰保温一体化板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维薄毡(3)完全覆盖所述保温层背面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种使用改性聚氨酯粘接的装饰保温一体化板,其特征在于,所述改性聚氨酯(2)采用在线发泡制作而成。
