本发明公开了一种用于钢筋挤压套筒的轴向挤压装置的轴向挤压方法,其特征在于:包括控制中心、台架及设置在台架上的送料机构、夹紧装置、背压装置、挤压模具、丝杆;所述送料机构及丝杆分别设置在台架的两端,在送料机构与丝杆之间依次设置夹紧装置、背压装置和挤压模具;所述送料机构用于向丝杆方向输送一端带有挤压套筒的钢筋;所述夹紧装置用于夹紧并固定钢筋,所述挤压模具用于挤压钢筋带有挤压套筒的一端;所述背压装置用于顶紧挤压套筒靠近夹紧装置的那一端。本发明结合了顶压和引拔的挤压方法,对挤压套筒进行挤压,可提高设备丝杆的使用寿命和设备稳定性,提高挤压套筒的挤压质量,同时提高挤压套筒的加工效率。
