Abstract

本发明公开了一种双点支承止水隔振系统,包括主架,主架中安装有可上下升降的闸门,闸门通过提升组件安装在主架上,主架中安装有胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置,胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置均安装在闸门上,囊袋止水隔振装置连接驱动组件,胶条止水隔振装置包括P型止水胶条、O型止水胶条和刀型止水胶条,P型止水胶条、O型止水胶条和刀型止水胶条分别安装在闸门的边缘处,该系统通过胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置的配合,将闸门和水泵的振动与闸墩及底板隔开,避免发生振动破坏,同时能对闸门的荷载提供双支点的支撑,保证水闸运行稳定安全,双止水效果更好,能严密止水,本发明结构简单、实用性强、易于使用和推广。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及泵闸技术领域,具体是一种双点支承止水隔振系统。
背景技术
在各类的给排水、水利水电工程中,常使用到一体化泵闸,一体化泵闸将水闸和泵站的功能集于一身,并配备相配套的控制组件,一体化泵闸地发挥行洪和活水的双重作用。
在泵闸的使用中,其各个流程的实现依赖于闸门的开合及水泵的工作,水泵安装在泵闸处的泵坑中,在工作时必然产生振动,而闸门的开合的过程中,其刚性的与闸墩及底板发生碰撞接触,也必然伴随着较强的振动产生;这种工作过程中的振动,一方面影响泵闸的稳定工作,另一方面对泵闸中接触部位造成损害,影响泵闸的长久使用。
基于此,需要一种应用在泵闸中的止水隔振系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双点支承止水隔振系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种双点支承止水隔振系统,包括主架,所述主架中安装有可上下升降的闸门,闸门通过提升组件安装在主架上,所述主架中安装有胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置,其中胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置均安装在闸门上,囊袋止水隔振装置连接驱动组件。
更进一步的方案:所述胶条止水隔振装置包括P型止水胶条、O型止水胶条和刀型止水胶条,所述P型止水胶条、O型止水胶条和刀型止水胶条分别安装在闸门的边缘处。
更进一步的方案:所述P型止水胶条、O型止水胶条和刀型止水胶条均采用两组,分别设置在闸门的下端及侧面。
更进一步的方案:所述囊袋止水隔振装置包括囊袋组件和连接管,所述囊袋组件安装在与闸门槽相对的闸门边缘处,囊袋组件通过连接管连接外部的驱动组件。
更进一步的方案:所述驱动组件包括存储罐和动力泵组件,所述存储罐中存储有对囊袋组件进行鼓胀的工作介质,存储罐通过管路连接连接管,所述管路上安装有提供输送动力的动力泵组件,所述管路上还设有控制阀组件,所述动力泵组件和管路上的控制阀组件均连接控制系统。
更进一步的方案:所述存储罐中的存储的工作介质为水。
更进一步的方案:所述所述存储罐中的存储的工作介质为气体。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该系统通过胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置的配合,将闸门和水泵的振动与闸墩及底板隔开,避免发生振动破坏,同时能对闸门的荷载提供双支点的支撑,保证水闸运行稳定安全,双止水效果更好,能严密止水,本发明结构简单、实用性强、易于使用和推广。

请参阅图1~3,本发明实施例中,一种双点支承止水隔振系统,包括主架1,所述主架1中安装有可上下升降的闸门3,闸门3通过提升组件2安装在主架1上,所述主架1中安装有胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置,其中胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置均安装在闸门3上,囊袋止水隔振装置连接驱动组件。
具体的,所述胶条止水隔振装置包括P型止水胶条5、O型止水胶条6和刀型止水胶条7,所述P型止水胶条5、O型止水胶条6和刀型止水胶条7分别安装在闸门3的边缘处,在闸门3与主架1的门槽或底坎发生接触时,其提供必要的缓冲并通过其自身的弹力收缩效果,将闸门3与门槽或底坎紧密连接,实现所需的支承止水隔振效果。
进一步的,为了提升胶条止水隔振装置的效果,所述P型止水胶条5、O型止水胶条6和刀型止水胶条7均采用两组,分别设置在闸门3的下端及侧面,保证支承止水隔振的效果。
具体的,所述囊袋止水隔振装置包括囊袋组件8和连接管4,所述囊袋组件8安装在与闸门槽相对的闸门3边缘处,囊袋组件8通过连接管4连接外部的驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括存储罐11和动力泵组件10,所述存储罐11中存储有对囊袋组件8进行鼓胀的工作介质,存储罐11通过管路9连接连接管4,所述管路9上安装有提供输送动力的动力泵组件10,所述管路9上还设有控制阀组件,用于控制存储罐11中存储的介质向囊袋组件8中的输送,所述动力泵组件10和管路9上的控制阀组件均连接控制系统12。
优选的,所述存储罐11中的存储的工作介质为水,水通过动力泵组件10加压输送至囊袋组件8中,对囊袋组件8内进行充水,其内部的工作压力控制为1MPa,或根所实际情况调整压力,使充满水的囊袋组件8和门槽充分接触,发挥止水和隔振的功能。
在具体的工作时:
(1)、胶条止水隔振装置固定在闸门3上,随着闸门3进入工作门槽到达底坎,P型止水胶条5、O型止水胶条6和刀型止水胶条7均采用双重设置,P型止水胶条5、O型止水胶条6和刀型止水胶条7与门槽和底坎紧密接触后发挥作用;
(2)、囊袋止水隔振装置在水闸下降就位后,启动高压水泵对水囊充水,控制压力在1mpa左右,或根所实际情况调整压力,使囊袋组件8与门槽充分接触,发挥止水和隔振的功能;
(3)、胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置互相作用配合,起到双重保障;
该系统通过胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置的配合,将闸门和水泵的振动与闸墩及底板隔开,避免发生振动破坏,同时能对闸门的荷载提供双支点的支撑,保证水闸运行稳定安全,双止水效果更好,能严密止水。

本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
所述所述存储罐11中的存储的工作介质为气体,气体通过动力泵组件10加压输送至囊袋组件8中,对囊袋组件8内进行充气,同样使使充满气体的囊袋组件8和门槽充分接触,发挥止水和隔振的功能。

1.一种双点支承止水隔振系统,包括主架(1),其特征在于,所述主架(1)中安装有可上下升降的闸门(3),闸门(3)通过提升组件(2)安装在主架(1)上,所述主架(1)中安装有胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置,所述胶条止水隔振装置和囊袋止水隔振装置均安装在闸门(3)上,囊袋止水隔振装置连接驱动组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双点支承止水隔振系统,其特征在于,所述胶条止水隔振装置包括P型止水胶条(5)、O型止水胶条(6)和刀型止水胶条(7),所述P型止水胶条(5)、O型止水胶条(6)和刀型止水胶条(7)分别安装在闸门(3)的边缘处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双点支承止水隔振系统,其特征在于,所述P型止水胶条(5)、O型止水胶条(6)和刀型止水胶条(7)均采用两组,分别设置在闸门(3)的下端及侧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双点支承止水隔振系统,其特征在于,所述囊袋止水隔振装置包括囊袋组件(8)和连接管(4),所述囊袋组件(8)安装在与闸门槽相对的闸门(3)边缘处,囊袋组件(8)通过连接管(4)连接外部的驱动组件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双点支承止水隔振系统,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括存储罐(11)和动力泵组件(10),所述存储罐(11)中存储有对囊袋组件(8)进行鼓胀的工作介质,存储罐(11)通过管路(9)连接连接管(4),所述管路(9)上安装有提供输送动力的动力泵组件(10),所述管路(9)上还设有控制阀组件,所述动力泵组件(10)和管路(9)上的控制阀组件均连接控制系统(12)。
