After the slope of the railway to be detected is detected, the wedge-shaped limiting frame 105 and the devices on the wedge-shaped limiting frame can be reset successively by pulling the wedge-shaped clamping rod 107, and then the two rack frames 87 are reset under the reset action of the two third reset springs 88, wherein the two rack frames 87 drive the two gears 86 and the devices on the gears to reset.
