The plasticizer is selected from at least one of plasticizer 911, plasticizer 124, plasticizer DPHP, aliphatic dibasic acid esters and epoxy vegetable oil plasticizer;
the stabilizer is a calcium zinc stabilizer; the stabilizer is selected from at least one of calcium stearate, calcium castor oil, zinc stearate, barium stearate or lanthanum stearate;
the antioxidant is selected from one or more of phosphite ester, trioctyl phosphite ester and tridecyl phosphite ester;
the ultraviolet absorbent is 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone or 4-benzoyloxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethyl piperidine;
the filler is formed by mixing one or more of calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, ceramic powder, silicon dioxide, sepiolite, talcum powder, calcium sulfate and magnesium sulfate.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples, so that those skilled in the art can fully understand the technical contents of the present invention. The specific process parameters and the like of the following examples are also only one example of suitable ranges, i.e., those skilled in the art can select the appropriate ranges through the description herein, and are not limited to the specific values exemplified below.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of the synthetic leather of the present invention, which includes a surface treatment layer 1, a surface coating layer 2, a foaming layer 3, an adhesive layer 4 and a base fabric 5. An adhesive layer 4 compounded on the base fabric layer 5, a foaming layer 3 compounded on the adhesive layer 4, a surface coating layer 2 coated on the foaming layer 3, and a surface treatment layer 1 coated on the surface coating layer 2. The surface coating layer 2, the foaming layer 3 and the adhesive layer 4 are made of PVC resin, the surface treatment layer 1 is made of polycarbonate type water-based polyurethane resin, and the base cloth 5 is made of terylene. The required performance index is achieved through reasonable formula and structure setting. The surface layer 2, the foamed layer 3 and the adhesive layer 4 can be prepared by conventional methods. The preparation method of the wear-resistant PVC artificial leather comprises the following steps:
s1 preparing release paper, namely preparing the release paper meeting the coating requirement so as to carry out the next procedure;
s2 surface coating, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-100 parts of plasticizer, 75-100 parts of PVC powder, 1-10 parts of stabilizer, 0.1-0.9 part of antioxidant, 0-0.8 part of ultraviolet absorber and 0-30 parts of filler are prepared into surface layer slurry, the surface layer slurry is coated on release paper by a coating machine to form a uniform thin layer, the thin layer is dried, the solvent is heated and volatilized, and a layer of thin film, namely a surface coating 2, is formed on the release paper;
s3 coating the foaming layer, namely, coating the prepared foaming layer slurry on the surface coating 2 of the step S2 by a coating machine in a scraping way, drying and foaming, controlling the foaming multiplying power and the size of foam holes, reducing the occurrence probability of large foam holes and forming a new layer of film, namely, the foaming layer 3;
s4 coating the adhesive layer, namely, coating the prepared adhesive layer slurry on the foaming layer in the step S3 by a coating machine in a scraping way to form a flat wet film;
s5, adhering the base fabric, namely adhering the low-elasticity base fabric and the adhesive material of the adhesive layer in the step S4 through a press roller of a laminating device, conveying the base fabric into an oven for curing, and stripping the base fabric from release paper to obtain a PVC base blank;
s6, surface treatment, namely, carrying out surface treatment on the PVC base blank processed in the step S5, coating the treating agent on the surface coating of the PVC base blank through a compression roller, and forming a layer of film through hot air drying to obtain the PVC artificial leather. The wear-resistant PVC artificial leather is subjected to performance detection, and the result is shown in Table 1.
Example 1:
the preparation method of the wear-resistant PVC artificial leather provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps: the PVC resin slurry of the top coat layer, the foaming layer, and the adhesive layer was coated on the release paper in this order using a coater. Wherein the surface coating formula is 50 parts of plasticizer; 90 parts of PVC powder; 3 parts of a stabilizer; 0.9 part of antioxidant; 0.5 part of ultraviolet absorber; and 5 parts of a filler. The coating weight of each layer was 45g/m of the surface-treated layer2Surface coating 300g/m2And a foam layer of 220g/m2And an adhesive layer of 90g/m2And then, attaching the base cloth layer to the adhesion layer surface to obtain the synthetic leather base blank. And then coating a surface treatment layer on the surface layer to obtain a synthetic leather semi-finished product, and finally carrying out embossing treatment to obtain a finished product.
Example 2:
the PVC resin slurry of the top coat layer, the foaming layer, and the adhesive layer was coated on the release paper in this order using a coater. Wherein the surface coating formula is 55 parts of plasticizer; 100 parts of PVC powder; 2 parts of a stabilizer; 0.5 part of antioxidant; 0.5 part of ultraviolet absorber; 10 parts of a filler. The coating weight of each layer was 50g/m of the surface-treated layer2270g/m of topcoat2And a foamed layer of 300g/m2And an adhesive layer of 85g/m2And then, attaching the base cloth layer to the adhesion layer surface to obtain the synthetic leather base blank. And then coating a surface treatment layer on the surface layer to obtain a synthetic leather semi-finished product, and finally carrying out embossing treatment to obtain a finished product.
Example 3:
the PVC resin slurry of the top coat layer, the foaming layer, and the adhesive layer was coated on the release paper in this order using a coater. Wherein the surface coating formula is 45 parts of plasticizer; 90 parts of PVC powder; 2.5 parts of a stabilizer; 0.6 part of antioxidant; 0.6 part of ultraviolet absorber; 3 parts of a filler. The coating weight of each layer was 40g/m of the surface-treated layer2Surface coating 330g/m2And a foamed layer of 250g/m2And an adhesive layer of 100g/m2And then, attaching the base cloth layer to the adhesion layer surface to obtain the synthetic leather base blank. Then coating a surface treatment layer on the surface layer to obtain a synthetic leather semi-finished product, and finally carrying out embossing treatment to obtain the synthetic leatherAnd (5) finishing.
The wear-resistant PVC artificial leather prepared according to the above method is subjected to performance test, and the results are shown in Table 1.

Reference test standard: HES _ D6511; testing an instrument: the chemical vibration abrasion of the Gakushin abrasion tester is promoted from the previous 4.9 Nx 10000 returns to 9.8 Nx 20000 returns, and the rating is more than 4 grades.

The wear-resistant PVC artificial leather is characterized in that: the paint comprises a surface coating, wherein the surface coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-100 parts of plasticizer, 75-100 parts of PVC powder, 1-10 parts of stabilizer, 0.1-0.9 part of antioxidant, 0-0.8 part of ultraviolet absorber and 0-30 parts of filler.
2. The wear-resistant PVC artificial leather according to claim 1, wherein: the plasticizer is selected from at least one of plasticizer 911, plasticizer 124, plasticizer DPHP, aliphatic dibasic acid esters and epoxy vegetable oil plasticizer.
3. The wear-resistant PVC artificial leather according to claim 1, wherein: the stabilizer is a calcium zinc stabilizer; the stabilizer is at least one of calcium stearate, calcium castor oil, zinc stearate, barium stearate or lanthanum stearate.
4. The wear-resistant PVC artificial leather according to claim 1, wherein: the antioxidant is selected from one or more of phosphite ester, trioctyl phosphite ester and tridecyl phosphite ester.
5. The wear-resistant PVC artificial leather according to claim 1, wherein: the ultraviolet absorbent is 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone or 4-benzoyloxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethyl piperidine.
6. The wear-resistant PVC artificial leather according to claim 1, wherein: the filler is formed by mixing one or more of calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, ceramic powder, silicon dioxide, sepiolite, talcum powder, calcium sulfate and magnesium sulfate.
7. The method for preparing wear-resistant PVC artificial leather according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1 preparing release paper, namely preparing the release paper meeting the coating requirement so as to carry out the next procedure;
s2 surface coating, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-100 parts of plasticizer, 75-100 parts of PVC powder, 1-10 parts of stabilizer, 0.1-0.9 part of antioxidant, 0-0.8 part of ultraviolet absorber and 0-30 parts of filler are prepared into surface layer slurry, the surface layer slurry is coated on release paper by a coating machine in a scraping way to form a uniform thin layer, the drying is carried out, the solvent is heated and volatilized, and a layer of thin film is formed on the release paper;
s3 coating a foaming layer, namely coating the prepared foaming layer slurry on the surface coating layer in the step S2 by a coating machine in a scraping manner, drying and foaming, controlling the foaming multiplying power and the size of foam holes, reducing the occurrence probability of large foam holes and forming a new layer of film;
s4 coating the adhesive layer, namely, coating the prepared adhesive layer slurry on the foaming layer in the step S3 by a coating machine in a scraping way to form a flat wet film;
s5, adhering the base fabric, namely adhering the low-elasticity base fabric and the adhesive material of the adhesive layer in the step S4 through a press roller of a laminating device, conveying the base fabric into an oven for curing, and stripping the base fabric from release paper to obtain a PVC base blank;
s6, surface treatment, namely, carrying out surface treatment on the PVC base blank processed in the step S5, coating the treating agent on the surface coating of the PVC base blank through a compression roller, and forming a layer of film through hot air drying to obtain the PVC artificial leather.
8. The method for preparing wear-resistant PVC artificial leather according to claim 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and S5, drying the oven at 125-135 deg.C for 2.5-3.5 min to dry at 70-80%.
