Example 1
Easy-to-decontaminate high-wear-resistance synthetic leather for sofa and preparation method thereof
The easy-to-clean and high-wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa is prepared by coating anti-pollution and wear-resistant slurry on the bottom surface of a polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa; the polyurethane synthetic leather blank bottom for the sofa is formed by compounding a polyurethane membrane and base cloth, and the polyurethane membrane is formed by extruding polyurethane slurry through a T-shaped casting head; the polyurethane slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 30 parts of N, N-dimethylformamide, 5 parts of superfine lignin and 10 parts of nano calcium carbonate.
The anti-fouling wear-resistant slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 15 parts of acrylate mixture, 5 parts of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, 1 part of initiator, 5 parts of nano filler, 6 parts of nano modified gelatin and 2 parts of thickener. The acrylic ester mixture is a mixture composed of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate according to a mass ratio of 1:1; the nano filler is nano calcium carbonate; the particle size of the nano filler is less than or equal to 200nm.
The preparation method of the nano modified gelatin comprises the following steps:
s1, adding gelatin into water to uniformly disperse to prepare gelatin solution with the concentration of 20%; adding a hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 1mol/L into a gelatin solution, stopping adding when the pH value is 3, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution;
s2, dissolving titanium alkoxide in absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring until the titanium alkoxide is completely dissolved, adding acetylacetone, heating to 30 ℃, and fully stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a modifier;
and S3, dripping the modifier obtained in the step S2 into the mixed solution obtained in the step S1, heating to 30 ℃, stirring for 2 hours, regulating the pH value to 8 by using ammonia water, and continuing constant-temperature stirring for 1 hour to obtain the nano modified gelatin.
The preparation method of the easy-to-clean high-wear-resistance synthetic leather for the sofa comprises the following steps of:
(1) Melting and blending the water-based polyurethane, N-dimethylformamide, superfine lignin and nano calcium carbonate in parts by weight, and extruding the mixture through a double-screw extruder to obtain polyurethane slurry; extruding and molding the polyurethane slurry through a T-shaped casting head to obtain a polyurethane membrane; the polyurethane membrane is compounded and formed with the base cloth through an embossing wheel to obtain a polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa;
(2) Mixing the above aqueous polyurethane emulsion with the above acrylic acid mixture, stirring and mixing thoroughly, adding the above dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate and initiator, polymerizing and dispersing thoroughly to obtain modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion;
(3) Mixing and grinding the nano filler and the nano modified gelatin in parts by weight, uniformly stirring and mixing the nano filler and the modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion obtained in the step (2), and then adding the thickener in parts by weight, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry;
(4) And (3) coating the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a coating process, and drying, cooling and drying to obtain the high wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa.
In the step (4), the coating process is that the sprayed anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) is uniformly sprayed on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a pressurized spraying device; the coating weight was 20g/m.
Example 2
Easy-to-decontaminate high-wear-resistance synthetic leather for sofa and preparation method thereof
The easy-to-clean and high-wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa is prepared by coating anti-pollution and wear-resistant slurry on the bottom surface of a polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa; the polyurethane synthetic leather blank bottom for the sofa is formed by compounding a polyurethane membrane and base cloth, and the polyurethane membrane is formed by extruding polyurethane slurry through a T-shaped casting head; the polyurethane slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 35 parts of N, N-dimethylformamide, 6 parts of superfine lignin and 13 parts of nano calcium carbonate.
The anti-fouling wear-resistant slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 18 parts of acrylate mixture, 6 parts of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, 1.5 parts of initiator, 8 parts of nano filler, 8 parts of nano modified gelatin and 3 parts of thickener. The acrylic ester mixture is a mixture composed of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate according to the mass ratio of 1.2:1; the nano-filler is a combination of nano-calcium carbonate and nano-titanium dioxide; the particle size of the nano filler is less than or equal to 200nm.
The preparation method of the nano modified gelatin comprises the following steps:
s1, adding gelatin into water to uniformly disperse to prepare gelatin solution with the concentration of 20%; adding a hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 1mol/L into a gelatin solution, stopping adding when the pH value is 4, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution;
s2, dissolving titanium alkoxide in absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring until the titanium alkoxide is completely dissolved, adding acetylacetone, heating to 35 ℃, and fully stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a modifier;
and S3, dripping the modifier obtained in the step S2 into the mixed solution obtained in the step S1, heating to 35 ℃, stirring for 2 hours, regulating the pH value to 8 by using ammonia water, and continuing constant-temperature stirring for 1 hour to obtain the nano modified gelatin.
The preparation method of the easy-to-clean high-wear-resistance synthetic leather for the sofa comprises the following steps of:

(3) Mixing and grinding the nano filler and the nano modified gelatin in parts by weight, uniformly stirring and mixing the nano filler and the modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion obtained in the step (2), and then adding the thickener in parts by weight, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry;
(4) And (3) coating the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a coating process, and drying, cooling and drying to obtain the high wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa.
In the step (4), the coating process is that the sprayed anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) is uniformly sprayed on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a pressurized spraying device; the coating weight was 25g/m.
Example 3
Easy-to-decontaminate high-wear-resistance synthetic leather for sofa and preparation method thereof
The easy-to-clean and high-wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa is prepared by coating anti-pollution and wear-resistant slurry on the bottom surface of a polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa; the polyurethane synthetic leather blank bottom for the sofa is formed by compounding a polyurethane membrane and base cloth, and the polyurethane membrane is formed by extruding polyurethane slurry through a T-shaped casting head; the polyurethane slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 38 parts of N, N-dimethylformamide, 8 parts of superfine lignin and 15 parts of nano calcium carbonate.
The anti-fouling wear-resistant slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 17 parts of acrylate mixture, 8 parts of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, 2.2 parts of initiator, 8 parts of nano filler, 8 parts of nano modified gelatin and 3 parts of thickener. The acrylic ester mixture is a mixture composed of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate according to a mass ratio of 2:1; the nano-filler is a combination of nano-calcium carbonate, nano-titanium dioxide, nano-silicon dioxide and nano-zinc dioxide; the particle size of the nano filler is less than or equal to 200nm.
The preparation method of the nano modified gelatin comprises the following steps:
s1, adding gelatin into water to uniformly disperse to prepare gelatin solution with the concentration of 20%; adding a hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 1mol/L into a gelatin solution, stopping adding when the pH value is 5, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution;

The preparation method of the easy-to-clean high-wear-resistance synthetic leather for the sofa comprises the following steps of:

(3) Mixing and grinding the nano filler and the nano modified gelatin in parts by weight, uniformly stirring and mixing the nano filler and the modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion obtained in the step (2), and then adding the thickener in parts by weight, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry;
(4) And (3) coating the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a coating process, and drying, cooling and drying to obtain the high wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa.
In the step (4), the coating process is that the sprayed anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) is uniformly sprayed on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a pressurized spraying device; the coating weight was 30g/m.
Example 4
Easy-to-decontaminate high-wear-resistance synthetic leather for sofa and preparation method thereof
The easy-to-clean and high-wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa is prepared by coating anti-pollution and wear-resistant slurry on the bottom surface of a polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa; the polyurethane synthetic leather blank bottom for the sofa is formed by compounding a polyurethane membrane and base cloth, and the polyurethane membrane is formed by extruding polyurethane slurry through a T-shaped casting head; the polyurethane slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7590 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 40 parts of N, N-dimethylformamide, 8 parts of superfine lignin and 20 parts of nano calcium carbonate.
The anti-fouling wear-resistant slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 48 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 20 parts of acrylate mixture, 7 parts of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, 2 parts of initiator, 10 parts of nano filler, 9 parts of nano modified gelatin and 4 parts of thickener. The acrylic ester mixture is a mixture composed of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate according to a mass ratio of 1-2:1; the nano-filler is a combination of nano-titanium dioxide and nano-zinc dioxide; the particle size of the nano filler is less than or equal to 200nm.
The preparation method of the nano modified gelatin comprises the following steps:
s1, adding gelatin into water to uniformly disperse to prepare gelatin solution with the concentration of 20%; adding a hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 1mol/L into a gelatin solution, stopping adding when the pH value is 4, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution;

(4) And (3) coating the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a coating process, and drying, cooling and drying to obtain the high wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa.
In the step (4), the coating process is that the sprayed anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) is uniformly sprayed on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a pressurized spraying device; the coating weight was 25g/m.
Example 5
Easy-to-decontaminate high-wear-resistance synthetic leather for sofa and preparation method thereof
The easy-to-clean and high-wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa is prepared by coating anti-pollution and wear-resistant slurry on the bottom surface of a polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa; the polyurethane synthetic leather blank bottom for the sofa is formed by compounding a polyurethane membrane and base cloth, and the polyurethane membrane is formed by extruding polyurethane slurry through a T-shaped casting head; the polyurethane slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 42 parts of N, N-dimethylformamide, 9 parts of superfine lignin and 25 parts of nano calcium carbonate.
The anti-fouling wear-resistant slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 22 parts of acrylate mixture, 8 parts of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, 2.5 parts of initiator, 12 parts of nano filler, 10 parts of nano modified gelatin and 5 parts of thickener. The acrylic ester mixture is a mixture composed of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate according to the mass ratio of 1.8:1; the nano-filler is a combination of nano-calcium carbonate, nano-silicon dioxide and nano-zinc dioxide; the particle size of the nano filler is less than or equal to 200nm.
The preparation method of the nano modified gelatin comprises the following steps:
s1, adding gelatin into water to uniformly disperse to prepare gelatin solution with the concentration of 20%; adding a hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 1mol/L into a gelatin solution, stopping adding when the pH value is 4.5, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution;
s2, dissolving titanium alkoxide in absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring until the titanium alkoxide is completely dissolved, adding acetylacetone, heating to 40 ℃, and fully stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a modifier;
and S3, dripping the modifier obtained in the step S2 into the mixed solution obtained in the step S1, heating to 40, stirring for 2-4 hours, regulating the pH value to 9 by using ammonia water, and continuously stirring at constant temperature for 1.5 hours to obtain the nano modified gelatin.

(4) And (3) coating the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a coating process, and drying, cooling and drying to obtain the high wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa.
In the step (4), the coating process is that the sprayed anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) is uniformly sprayed on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a pressurized spraying device; the coating weight was 28g/m.
Example 6
Easy-to-decontaminate high-wear-resistance synthetic leather for sofa and preparation method thereof
The easy-to-clean and high-wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa is prepared by coating anti-pollution and wear-resistant slurry on the bottom surface of a polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa; the polyurethane synthetic leather blank bottom for the sofa is formed by compounding a polyurethane membrane and base cloth, and the polyurethane membrane is formed by extruding polyurethane slurry through a T-shaped casting head; the polyurethane slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 45 parts of N, N-dimethylformamide, 5-10 parts of ultrafine lignin and 28 parts of nano calcium carbonate.
The anti-fouling wear-resistant slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 25 parts of acrylate mixture, 10 parts of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, 3 parts of initiator, 15 parts of nano filler, 12 parts of nano modified gelatin and 6 parts of thickener. The acrylic ester mixture is a mixture composed of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate according to a mass ratio of 2:1; the nano-filler is a combination of nano-calcium carbonate, nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide; the particle size of the nano filler is less than or equal to 200nm.

(4) And (3) coating the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a coating process, and drying, cooling and drying to obtain the high wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa.
In the step (4), the coating process is that the sprayed anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) is uniformly sprayed on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a pressurized spraying device; the coating weight was 30g/m.
Comparative example 1
The difference compared to example 3 is that the raw material of the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry lacks the acrylate mixture, dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate.
Comparative example 2
The difference compared to example 3 is the lack of nano-modified gelatin in the raw material of the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry.
Test examples
In order to determine the performances of the easy-to-clean and high-wear-resistant synthetic leather for sofas prepared by the invention, the easy-to-clean and high-wear-resistant synthetic leather for sofas prepared by examples 1-6, and the easy-to-clean and high-wear-resistant synthetic leather for sofas prepared by comparative examples 1 and 2 are subjected to performance tests respectively:
(1) Abrasion resistance test of synthetic leather: according to GB/T3920-2008 "textile color fastness test- -rubbing color fastness", an HT-1004 Martindale abrasion resistance instrument is adopted for testing, and the effective size diameter of a sample is 2.8cm.
The test results are shown in tables 1 and 2:

(2) And (3) testing the wear resistance of the synthetic leather: the effective size of the sample is set to have an outer diameter of 108cm and an inner diameter of 8mm, and the wear resistance of the synthetic leather product is measured by a TABER wear resistance tester.

the anti-fouling wear-resistant slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-60 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 15-25 parts of acrylate mixture, 5-10 parts of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, 1-3 parts of initiator, 5-15 parts of nano filler, 6-12 parts of nano modified gelatin and 2-6 parts of thickener;
the preparation method of the nano modified gelatin comprises the following steps:
s1, adding gelatin into water to uniformly disperse to prepare gelatin solution with the concentration of 20%; adding a hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 1mol/L into a gelatin solution, stopping adding when the pH value is 3-5, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed solution;
s2, dissolving titanium alkoxide in absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring until the titanium alkoxide is completely dissolved, adding acetylacetone, heating to 30-45 ℃, and fully stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a modifier;
and S3, dripping the modifier obtained in the step S2 into the mixed solution obtained in the step S1, heating to 30-45 ℃, stirring for 2-4 hours, regulating the pH value to 8-9.5 by ammonia water, and continuously stirring at constant temperature for 1-1.5 hours to obtain the nano modified gelatin.

The soil release and high wear resistant synthetic leather for sofa according to claim 1, wherein the soil release and wear resistant slurry comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 17 parts of acrylate mixture, 8 parts of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, 2.2 parts of initiator, 8 parts of nano filler, 8 parts of nano modified gelatin and 3 parts of thickener.
3. The synthetic leather with easy decontamination and high wear resistance for sofa according to claim 1, wherein the acrylic ester mixture is a mixture composed of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate according to a mass ratio of 1-2:1.

The synthetic leather with easy decontamination and high wear resistance for sofa according to claim 1, wherein the nano filler is any one or more than two of nano calcium carbonate, nano titanium dioxide, nano silicon dioxide and nano zinc dioxide; the particle size of the nano filler is less than or equal to 200nm.
5. The method for preparing the high-wear-resistance synthetic leather easy to decontaminate for the sofa according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Melting and blending the water-based polyurethane, N-dimethylformamide, superfine lignin and nano calcium carbonate in parts by weight, and extruding the mixture through a double-screw extruder to obtain polyurethane slurry; extruding and molding the polyurethane slurry through a T-shaped casting head to obtain a polyurethane membrane; the polyurethane membrane is compounded and formed with the base cloth through an embossing wheel to obtain a polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa;
(2) Mixing the water-based polyurethane emulsion with the acrylic acid mixture, fully stirring and uniformly mixing, adding the dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate and the initiator in the weight parts, and fully polymerizing, dispersing and emulsifying to obtain a modified water-based polyurethane emulsion;
(3) Mixing and grinding the nano filler and the nano modified gelatin in parts by weight, uniformly stirring and mixing the nano filler and the modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion obtained in the step (2), and then adding the thickener in parts by weight, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry;
(4) And (3) coating the anti-fouling and wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for the sofa obtained in the step (1) through a coating process, and drying, cooling and drying to obtain the high wear-resistant synthetic leather for the sofa.
6. The method for preparing the high wear-resistant synthetic leather easy to decontaminate for sofas, which is characterized in that in the step (4), the coating process is that the sprayed anti-fouling wear-resistant slurry obtained in the step (3) is uniformly sprayed on the bottom surface of the polyurethane synthetic leather blank for sofas, obtained in the step (1) through a pressurized spraying device; the coating weight is 20 g/m-30 g/m.
