Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of foamed aluminum processing, in particular to a through-hole foamed aluminum plate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Foamed aluminum is one of foamed metals, is rapidly developed internationally in the later period of the 80 th century, is a novel porous material which takes aluminum, aluminum alloy or aluminum-based composite material as a raw material and forms a large number of bubbles in the material after foaming treatment, has the characteristics of a continuous metal phase and a dispersed air phase, shows the characteristics of integrating structure and function, and becomes one of the key research and development topics in the scientific research field of various countries in the world.
The foamed aluminum is mainly divided into closed-cell foamed aluminum and open-cell foamed aluminum from the metal structure. Closed cell aluminum foam contains a plurality of individual cells connected by boundaries (cell edges and cell nodes) and contains blowing agent residues and other microscopic heterogeneous inclusions in the cell walls. Can be prepared by a hollow filler method, a liquid foaming method and the like. The through-hole foamed aluminum is a continuous through three-dimensional porous permeable structure, the through-hole structure is also called metal sponge, and the through-hole foamed aluminum can be obtained by methods such as cast metal casting and cast metal casting, but the steps of the cast metal casting are complicated, the cast metal casting is not suitable for industrial continuous production, and the cost is high; the cast metal producing process is one direct cast metal process with easy-to-control pore structure and porosity, short production period, low cost, simple technological process and other advantages. The time for vacuumizing is determined according to the specific conditions of the experiment, generally 2s-10s, after solidification and cooling, a sample is taken out, and filler particles are removed to obtain the porous foam metal. However, the filler particles commonly used at present are mainly salt, magnesium sulfate and the like, which easily cause pollution, and salt, magnesium sulfate and the like remain in the finished foamed aluminum, which corrodes the foamed aluminum product and shortens the service life of the product.

As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As mentioned above, the invention provides a preparation method of a through-hole foamed aluminum plate, which comprises the steps of pushing the foamed aluminum material subjected to the heat preservation procedure and a mold into a shot blasting chamber while the foamed aluminum material is hot, and impacting and cutting the foamed aluminum material in the mold by using steel shots thrown by a shot blasting machine; and then cooling the die and the foamed aluminum material in the die, demolding, cutting off the foamed aluminum close to the bottom of the die, recovering steel shots, and cutting the foamed aluminum material according to a preset specification size to obtain the through-hole foamed aluminum plate.
In the technical scheme provided by the invention, a steel shot is thrown out by using a shot blasting machine, the foamed aluminum plate subjected to heat preservation reaction is impacted while the steel shot is hot, the steel shot has a certain speed under the throwing of the shot blasting machine and penetrates through the foamed aluminum material to form a penetrating through hole structure, and the foamed aluminum plate with a certain thickness, specification and size is obtained after cutting treatment; the through-hole foamed aluminum plate is formed by the scheme provided by the invention, the method is simple and convenient, and because the hot process is carried out, the energy requirement for the steel shot to penetrate into the foamed aluminum material is not high, the operability is high, and the continuous production operation can be realized; compared with the traditional method for preparing the through-hole foamed aluminum plate, the method provided by the invention is environment-friendly and pollution-free.
According to the invention, the shot blasting device can be used for blasting the steel shots on the surface of the foamed aluminum material according to the thickness of the foamed aluminum material, and the thicker the foamed aluminum material is, the longer the steel shots are blasted.
In addition, for a foamed aluminum material with a certain thickness, the shot blasting time also needs to be within a certain range, and particularly, if the shot blasting time is too short, the shot blasting time is not favorable for forming a sufficient through hole structure on the foamed aluminum material, so that a good sound absorption effect cannot be realized; if the shot is projected for too long, too much through-hole structure formed on the foamed aluminum material may damage the overall mechanical properties, such as compressive strength, etc. Preferably, in the invention, the shot blasting device can be used for 3-5min when the shot blasting device is used for blasting steel shots on the surface of the foamed aluminum material.
According to the invention, the diameter of the steel shot used can be selected within wide limits, preferably from 0.6 to 1.2 mm.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, at least two shot blasting devices which are obliquely arranged are arranged in the shot blasting chamber, and the included angles between the shot blasting direction of the shot blasting devices and the surface of the foamed aluminum material are respectively 120-150 degrees and 30-60 degrees.
