Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, in particular to a powdery paper tube adhesive.
Background
With the rapid development of economy in China, the demand of paper tubes in the fields of daily necessities, textiles, light industry, packaging, leather and the like is increasing. Such as paper tubes for pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, paper tubes for toilet rolls, textile bobbins, composite packaging cans for food and beverage, rolls for plastic films, and paper tubes for mechanized production of rolls for silk, cloth, paper, leather, etc., require a large number of paper tubes and rolls. As an auxiliary material of the product, a paper tube and a winding drum thereof need to have a paper tube adhesive with excellent performance and high bonding strength so as to ensure the quality of the paper tube adhesive. The adhesive for paper tube is commonly called paper tube adhesive, etc. and is one kind of special adhesive for making various paper tubes, paper cans and other paper products. The paper, cloth, plastic film, metal foil and other soft materials are usually wound into bundles by paper tubes (paper tubes) to be made into paper tube core roll-shaped finished products. These paper rolls are generally made by rolling and gluing kraft paper or other paper-based machinery, and the adhesive used is called paper roll glue.
The conventional commonly used paper tube glue mainly comprises gelatin, gelatinized starch (including oxidized starch and modified starch), polyvinyl formal liquid (107) adhesive, polyvinyl acetate emulsion (white latex), PVA solution and the like. The common polyvinyl formal paper tube glue has uneven quality, the temperature, the pH value and the time of condensation reaction are difficult to control, formaldehyde has great harm to human bodies in the production and use processes, although a certain amount of formaldehyde neutralizer is added, inevitable residues still harm the health of paper tube glue production personnel and paper tube factory operators, a small amount of formaldehyde residues also exist in rolled paper tubes, potential harm is caused to the health of human bodies, the initial adhesion is low, and the compression strength and the creep resistance of the bonded paper tubes are poor.
The paper tube adhesive mainly used in the current market is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-80% of water; 10% -15% of kaolin; 4% -8% of polyvinyl alcohol soluble at 90 ℃; 1-3% of corn starch capable of being gelatinized at 80 ℃; 0.5 to 1 percent of boric acid; 0.1 percent of sodium hexametaphosphate; 0.5 to 1.5 percent of formaldehyde; 0.1 to 0.5 percent of hydrochloric acid; 0.1 to 0.3 percent of defoaming agent and the like. The paper tube adhesive finished product is in a water-based state, needs to be contained in a special packaging barrel, is higher in production cost and transportation cost, low in yield, and easily generates waste water in the manufacturing process, so that the environmental pollution is easily caused. Therefore, a new paper tube adhesive needs to be developed to meet the needs of people.

Further, the alcoholysis degree of the polyvinyl alcohol is 88%.
Further, the crosslinking agent is boric acid.
Further, the dispersing agent is sodium hexametaphosphate.
Further, the antifoaming agent is in a solid state.
The preparation method of the powdery paper tube adhesive comprises the following specific steps: and sequentially adding polyvinyl alcohol, pregelatinized starch, a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent, a cross-linking agent and kaolin into a stirring tank, and keeping stirring for 20 minutes to obtain a powdery paper tube adhesive finished product.
After the scheme is adopted, the gain effect of the invention is as follows:
the production process is simple, only one stirring tank is needed, the production equipment is simple, the cost is low, zero pollution and zero emission are realized, and the production cost can be greatly reduced. Compared with the existing water-based paper tube adhesive, the paper tube adhesive is powder-like, has small volume and small occupied area, and can greatly improve the transportation amount and reduce the transportation cost.
