(1) preparation of a first-stage rubber compound: putting 65 parts of natural rubber into an internal mixer for plasticating for 30-40 seconds, adding 35 parts of butadiene rubber for mixing for 20-30 seconds, then adding 50 parts of carbon black, 2 parts of softener, 2 parts of anti-aging agent, 30 parts of flame retardant and 0 part of anti-adhesion agent, controlling the mixing temperature at 90-95 ℃ to obtain a first-stage mixed rubber, and cooling to room temperature;
(2) preparation of the two-stage rubber compound: continuously putting the first-stage rubber compound prepared in the step (1) and 6 parts of vulcanizing agent into an internal mixer for mixing for 60-80 seconds, controlling the mixing temperature at 90-100 ℃ to obtain a second-stage rubber compound, and cooling to room temperature;
(3) preparing a three-section extrusion mixing rubber sheet: extruding the two-stage rubber compound in a calender, wherein the extrusion temperature is controlled to be 90-105 ℃, and the calendering speed is controlled to be 5-8 m/s, so as to obtain a three-stage extruded rubber sheet;
(4) and (3) vulcanization: and (3) after the three-section mixing rubber sheet is molded into a belt blank by a molding machine, vulcanizing by a vulcanizing machine, controlling the vulcanizing temperature to be 145-150 ℃, controlling the vulcanizing time to be 40-50 minutes, and controlling the vulcanizing pressure to be 10-12 MPa to obtain the ultra-wear-resistant cold-resistant flame-retardant anti-adhesion conveying belt.
The super wear-resistant cold-resistant flame-retardant anti-adhesion conveyor belt covering rubber prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 3 was subjected to basic mechanical property tests, and the specific results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the addition of the anti-adhesion agent in example 3 and the absence of the anti-adhesion agent in comparative example 3 have no significant effect on the basic mechanical properties of the formulation and have no effect on the service life of the flame-retardant conveyor belt, such as mechanical strength use and the like.
The super wear-resistant cold-resistant flame-retardant anti-adhesion conveyor belt covering rubber prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 3 was subjected to a cold resistance test, and the test results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the natural rubber and the butadiene rubber are used together in the formula, so that the cold resistance is excellent, and in the example 3 and the comparative example 3, the anti-adhesion agent has little influence on the cold resistance of the flame-retardant conveyor belt.
The super wear-resistant cold-resistant flame-retardant anti-adhesion conveyor belt cover rubber prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 3 was subjected to a flame-retardant performance test, and the test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the flame retardant property of the formulation changes with the change of the amount of the flame retardant, but the anti-adhesion agent has little influence on the flame retardant property of the flame retardant conveyor belt in example 3 and comparative example 3.
The super wear-resistant cold-resistant flame-retardant anti-adhesion conveyor belt cover rubber prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 3 was subjected to an anti-adhesion performance test, and the test results are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, the anti-adhesion performance of the formula changes with the change of the dosage of the anti-adhesion agent, and the anti-adhesion effect of the anti-adhesion agent on the flame retardant conveyor belt is obvious from example 3 and comparative example 3.
According to the conveyor belt covering rubber, natural rubber and butadiene rubber are used together, the flame retardant and the anti-adhesion agent are added in the formula, so that the flame retardant performance and the anti-adhesion icing performance of the conveyor belt are enhanced, the actual service life of the conveyor belt is prolonged, the prepared product simultaneously meets two standard requirements of a GB/T10822-2014 general purpose fabric core flame retardant conveyor belt and a HG/T3647-2014 cold-resistant conveyor belt, and the technical difficulty of the flame retardant conveyor belt in the aspects of cold resistance and release adhesion performance is overcome.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The conveyor belt covering rubber is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of natural rubber, 30-40 parts of butadiene rubber, 40-60 parts of carbon black, 1-3 parts of a softening agent, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent, 20-40 parts of a flame retardant, 10-20 parts of an anti-adhesion agent and 5-8 parts of a vulcanizing agent.
2. The conveyor belt cover compound of claim 1, wherein the softening agent is selected from one or more of microcrystalline wax, paraffin wax, rubber oil, and coumarone.
3. The conveyor belt cover rubber according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is one or more selected from the group consisting of antioxidant RD, antioxidant 4020 and antioxidant MB.
4. The conveyor belt cover rubber according to claim 1, wherein the flame retardant is one or more selected from chlorinated paraffin, antimony trioxide, zinc borate and aluminum hydroxide.
5. The conveyor belt cover rubber according to claim 1, wherein the anti-adhesion agent is one or more selected from the group consisting of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, oleamide and mercapto silicone oil.
6. The conveyor belt cover compound of claim 1, wherein the vulcanizing agent is selected from one or more of sulfur, vulcanizing agent DTDM and insoluble sulfur.
7. The preparation method of the conveyor belt covering rubber is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation of a first-stage rubber compound: adding 60-70 parts of natural rubber into an internal mixer for plasticating, then adding 30-40 parts of butadiene rubber for mixing, then adding 40-60 parts of carbon black, 1-3 parts of softener, 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent, 20-40 parts of flame retardant and 10-20 parts of anti-adhesion agent for mixing, controlling the mixing temperature to be 90-95 ℃, obtaining a first-stage mixed rubber, and cooling to room temperature;
(2) preparation of the two-stage rubber compound: mixing the first-stage mixing rubber obtained in the step (1) and 5-8 parts of vulcanizing agent in an internal mixer for 60-80 seconds, controlling the mixing temperature to be 90-100 ℃ to obtain second-stage mixing rubber, and cooling to room temperature;
(3) preparing a three-section extrusion mixing rubber sheet: putting the two-section rubber compound obtained in the step (2) into a calender for extruding to obtain a three-section extruded rubber compound;
(4) and (3) vulcanization: and (4) forming the three-section extruded mixing rubber sheet in the step (3) into a belt blank by a forming machine, and vulcanizing by a vulcanizing machine to obtain the super wear-resistant cold-resistant flame-retardant anti-adhesion conveying belt.
8. The preparation method of the conveyor belt cover rubber according to claim 7, wherein the plastication time in the step (1) is 30-40 seconds, and the mixing time is 20-30 seconds.
9. The preparation method of the conveyor belt cover rubber according to claim 7, wherein the extrusion temperature in the step (3) is controlled to be 90-105 ℃, and the calendering speed is controlled to be 5-8 m/s.
10. The preparation method of the conveyor belt cover rubber according to claim 7, wherein in the step (4), the vulcanization temperature is controlled to be 145-150 ℃, the vulcanization time is controlled to be 40-50 minutes, and the vulcanization pressure is controlled to be 10-12 MPa.
