技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理设备形成的多功能家用环保清洁水。
背景技术
无论是地面水还是地下水,均不同程度的含有有机污染物。活性炭是一种很好的吸附剂,它能吸附水中的多种有机的、无机的离子型和非离子型的污染物。活性炭可以去除水中微生物难以降解、或一般氧化法不能分解的溶解性有机污染。活性炭过滤器广泛应用于石油化工、冶金电力、轻工食品、医药交通等行业的给水处理,或污水深度处理。超滤技术是一种膜过滤方法,在一定的压力和流速下,利用不对称的微孔结构和半透膜介质,以膜两侧的压差为驱动力,以错流方式进行超滤,使溶剂和小分子物质通过,而蛋白质、水溶性聚合物、细菌等大分子物质和颗粒被膜截留,从而达到分离、分类、纯化和浓缩的目的,是一种新型的膜分离技术。电解功能水是被电激发、活化的水,是真正的绿色、无碳产品。电解强碱性水(pH9.0~14.0)又称加电水,可取代现有的化学清洗剂;电解自来水又称水触媒、冷等离子,可以完成果蔬、餐具的清洗、消毒、去农残。
发明内容
为解决家用清洁剂含有化学成分,对人体有刺激有伤害的问题,发明本专利,本发明不含任何化工原料,对人体无害。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明从总进水口到总出水口之间设有活性炭过滤器、超滤器、强碱设备(电解室)三种污水处理设备。活性炭过滤器用于去除异味、胶体、色素及重金属离子,超滤器采用超滤膜过滤去除较大的微粒、细菌和污染物,强碱设备(电解室)采用电解原理,将水电解生成电解水,制得多功能家用环保清洁水。
本发明的有益效果是本发明制得的多功能家用环保清洁水不含任何化工原料,无色无味,可直接用于家庭清洁,无需稀释,用于油烟机、灶具、微波炉、儿童玩具、奶瓶、汽车、家具、地板、墙壁、沙发、家电、手机、电脑、手表、金银首饰、皮具、旅游鞋、猫狗宠物的清洁,把果蔬浸泡在多功能家用清洁水中数分钟后用清水冲洗,可减少农药残留或放射性物质,有效防止氧化和保持新鲜度,将毛巾浸泡在已稀释的多功能家用清洁水数分钟然后拧干,可达到消毒和除臭的功效,本发明的多功能家用环保清洁水的制备方法绿色、安全、节能、环保。

具体实施方式
本发明装置出水口与进水口用水管连接。打开出水管开关,开启水泵,使水流进入活性炭过滤器,过滤后水流进入超滤器,超滤器过滤后水流进入强碱设备(电解室),电解水流入液体罐装生产线,成品完成。
