Optionally, a tension spring is arranged between the fixed mounting plate and the movable mounting plate.
Optionally, when the tension spring is stretched down to a limit state by the movable mounting plate, the height of the movable mounting plate is higher than the height of the control panel.
Optionally, a pressure sensor is arranged at the bottom of the fixed mounting plate at a position corresponding to the permanent magnet.

The movable mounting plate 2 is movably mounted on the electric pole 11 and is located below the fixed mounting plate 1, and can slide up and down along the electric pole 11. The storage frame 3 is located on the movable mounting plate 2 and is used for storing a controller 7. The permanent magnet 4 is fixedly arranged at the top of the storage frame 3. The coil assembly 5 is located above the fixed mounting plate 1 and is used for generating a magnetic field with different polarity to attract the permanent magnet 4 or generating a magnetic field with the same polarity to repel the permanent magnet 4. The control panel 6 is located at the lower end of the pole 11, and is electrically connected to the coil assembly 5, for controlling the magnetic field direction of the coil assembly 5.
It should be noted that, in general, the coil assembly 5 generates a magnetic field with different polarity, the permanent magnet 4 is attracted by the magnetic field with different polarity and is fixed at the upper end of the electric pole 11, so that the movable mounting plate 2, the storage frame 3 and the controller 7 stored in the storage frame 3 are all located at a higher position, passers-by can not easily touch, and the risk of false contact of pedestrians is reduced. When operation and maintenance personnel need to overhaul the controller 7, the coil assembly 5 generates the homopolar magnetic field through operating the control panel 6, the permanent magnet 4 is repelled by the homopolar magnetic field and is unattractive, the movable mounting plate 2, the storage frame 3 and the controller 7 stored in the storage frame 3 move downwards to the lower end of the electric pole 11 along the electric pole 11 under the action of gravity, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can work after standing on the ground. After the maintenance is finished, the coil assembly 5 is enabled to generate a heteromagnetic field again, and then the movable mounting plate 2 is sent upwards, so that the movable mounting plate 2 can be reset. Optionally, a pressure sensor 8 is disposed at a position corresponding to the permanent magnet 4 at the bottom of the fixed mounting plate 1, and further, a buffer pad 9 is disposed between the pressure sensor 8 and the fixed mounting plate 1. When the strength of the anisotropic magnetic field generated by the coil assembly 5 is too high, the pressure value sensed by the pressure sensor 8 from the permanent magnet 4 exceeds the threshold value, and the strength of the anisotropic magnetic field generated by the coil assembly 5 can be automatically controlled to be reduced.
In this embodiment, the fixed mounting plate 1 and the movable mounting plate 2 are made of insulating materials, so as to reduce the risk of leakage. Further, the insulating material is a resin board or a wood board.
Optionally, the controller 7 is electrically connected to the switch body through a spiral cable, so as to adapt to the change of the distance between the controller 7 and the switch body caused by the up-and-down movement of the controller 7.

the movable mounting plate is used for being movably mounted on the electric pole and is positioned below the fixed mounting plate, and can slide up and down along the electric pole;
the storage frame is positioned on the movable mounting plate and used for storing the controller;
the permanent magnet is fixedly arranged at the top of the storage frame;
the coil assembly is positioned above the fixed mounting plate and is used for generating a magnetic field with different polarity to attract the permanent magnet or generating a magnetic field with the same polarity to repel the permanent magnet;
and a control panel electrically connected with the coil assembly,
the control panel is positioned at the lower end of the electric pole and used for controlling the magnetic field direction of the coil assembly;
a tension spring is arranged between the fixed mounting plate and the movable mounting plate;
when the tension spring is stretched downwards to a limit state by the movable mounting plate, the height of the movable mounting plate is higher than that of the control panel;
a pressure sensor is arranged at the bottom of the fixed mounting plate and corresponds to the position of the permanent magnet, and a buffer cushion is arranged between the pressure sensor and the fixed mounting plate; when the strength of the anisotropic magnetic field generated by the coil assembly is overlarge, the pressure value sensed by the pressure sensor from the permanent magnet exceeds a threshold value, and the strength of the anisotropic magnetic field generated by the coil assembly can be automatically controlled to be reduced.
2. The pole-mounted switch controller lifting device of claim 1, wherein a cushion is disposed between the pressure sensor and the stationary mounting plate.
3. The pole-mounted switch controller lifting device of claim 1, wherein the fixed mounting plate and the movable mounting plate are each made of an insulating material.
4. The pole-mounted switch controller lifting device of claim 1, wherein the controller is electrically connected to the switch body by a spiral cable.
