In an optional embodiment of the invention, the bottom plate is horizontally arranged, and the bottom plate is provided with an oil cylinder through hole IV; the oil cylinder through hole IV is cross-shaped or T-shaped and comprises a second passing part positioned at the central axis of the bottom plate and second connecting parts which are perpendicular to the second passing part and positioned at two sides of the second passing part; the amplitude-variable oil cylinder penetrates through the second passing part; the vertical plates are integrally formed and vertically arranged, extend from the upper part of the bottom plate to the lower part of the bottom plate, and are parallel to each other and fixed on the bottom plate; the lower part of the vertical plate is fixedly connected with the second connecting part; the upper part of the vertical plate is provided with an upper hinge point hole, and the lower part of the vertical plate is provided with a lower hinge point hole; the upper hinge point hole is positioned above the bottom plate; the center of the lower hinge point hole is as high as the lower end surface of the bottom plate. In the real-time mode, the center of the lower hinge point hole is as high as the bottom plate, and the vertical distance from the upper hinge point hole to the lower hinge point hole can be increased.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the bottom plate is horizontally arranged, and one end of the bottom plate is provided with a second extending part; the second extending part is arranged in an axisymmetric manner by taking the central axis of the bottom plate as an axis; the vertical plates are integrally formed and vertically arranged, extend from the upper part of the bottom plate to the lower part of the bottom plate, are parallel to each other and are fixed on the bottom plate, and the lower parts of the vertical plates are fixedly connected with the second extending parts; the upper part of the vertical plate is provided with an upper hinge point hole, and the lower part of the vertical plate is provided with a lower hinge point hole; the upper hinge point hole is positioned above the bottom plate; the lower hinge point hole is positioned below the bottom plate or the center of the lower hinge point hole is as high as the lower end surface of the bottom plate. In this embodiment, the vertical plate is fixed outside the bolt hole on the bottom plate by the arrangement of the second extending portion, that is, the lower hinge point hole is located outside the bolt hole.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, a groove is arranged at the joint of the vertical plate and the bottom plate. The form and the quantity of the grooves can be flexibly designed as required, the connecting area of the bottom plate and the vertical plate is increased, and the structural strength is ensured.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the turntable further comprises a stabilizing member; the steadying piece is used for improving the joint strength of riser and bottom plate. Can design the form and the quantity of steadiness spare in a flexible way as required, the steadiness spare can be used for connecting two sets of risers, also can connect riser and bottom plate.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the lower hinge point hole is positioned at the lower end of the vertical plate; the upper hinge point hole is positioned at the upper end of the vertical plate so as to increase the vertical distance between the lower hinge point hole and the upper hinge point hole as much as possible.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, lightening holes can be arranged on the bottom plate, the vertical plate and the steady piece according to requirements so as to lighten the weight of the rotary table.
The rotary table provided by the invention can be used for engineering machinery comprising the rotary table and the arm support, such as a concrete pump truck, a material distributor, a guniting truck and the like.
The embodiment of the invention also provides engineering machinery comprising the rotary table. The engineering machinery can be a concrete pump truck, a material distributor, a guniting truck and the like, and can also be other machinery with a rotary table and an arm support.
Example one
Referring to fig. 4(a) and 4(b), the turntable includes a first bottom plate 21, two sets of vertical plates, and a fixing member. The first bottom plate 21 is horizontally arranged, a cylinder through hole five 210 is formed in the central axis of the first bottom plate 21, and a plurality of lightening holes are formed in the bottom plate 21. Referring to fig. 4(a) and 5, the vertical plate includes a fourth upper vertical plate 22, a fourth upper vertical plate 23, a fourth lower vertical plate 24, and a fourth lower vertical plate 25. The fourth upper vertical plate 22 and the fourth upper vertical plate 23 are triangular flat plates with lightening holes, are vertically arranged and are parallel to each other, the lower ends of the triangular flat plates are fixedly connected with the upper end face of the first bottom plate 21, and the triangular flat plates are positioned at two sides of the fifth oil cylinder through hole 210. The fourth lower vertical plate 24 and the fourth lower vertical plate 25 are triangular flat plates which are vertically arranged and parallel to each other, the upper end face of the fourth lower vertical plate is fixedly connected with the lower end face of the first bottom plate 21 and is positioned on two sides of the first oil cylinder through hole 210. Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the upper ends of the four upper vertical plates 22 and 23An upper hinge point hole I10 is arranged; the fourth lower vertical plate 24 and the fourth lower vertical plate 25 are provided with a first lower hinge point hole 20. Referring to fig. 4(a) and 4(b), the stabilizing member includes a first connecting plate 26, a second connecting plate 27, a third connecting plate 28, a fourth connecting plate 29 and a first reinforcing plate 30. The first connecting plate 26 is a flat plate and is located between the fourth upper vertical plate 22 and the fourth upper vertical plate 23 and close to the first upper hinge point hole, two sides of the first connecting plate 26 are fixedly connected with the fourth upper vertical plate 22 and the fourth upper vertical plate 23, and the lower end of the first connecting plate is fixedly connected with the first bottom plate 21. The second connecting plate 27 is an arc-shaped plate, the inner side face of the second connecting plate is fixedly connected with the lower ends of the fourth upper vertical plate 22 and the fourth upper vertical plate 23 which are far away from the upper hinge point hole 10, and the lower end face of the second connecting plate is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the first bottom plate 21. The third connecting plate 28 is a bent plate, two sides of the third connecting plate are fixedly connected with the inner side surfaces of the fourth lower vertical plate 24 and the fourth lower vertical plate 25, and the upper end of the third connecting plate is fixedly connected with the lower end surface of the first bottom plate 21. The first reinforcing plate 30 is two flat plates and is positioned below the first upper hinge point hole 10, the inner side face of the first reinforcing plate is fixedly attached to the outer side faces of the fourth upper vertical plate 22 and the fourth upper vertical plate 23, and the lower end face of the first reinforcing plate is fixedly connected with the first bottom plate 21. The fourth connecting plate 29 is two arc plates, is close to the first upper hinge point hole 10, is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the first reinforcing plate 30 on the side surface, and is fixedly connected with the first bottom plate 21 on the bottom end. The upper hinge point hole I is used for being hinged with the arm support; and the lower hinge point hole I is used for being hinged with the amplitude variation oil cylinder. Referring to fig. 3, the vertical distance H from the center of the lower hinge point hole i 20 to the center of the upper hinge point hole i 101Is greater than the distance H from the center of the upper hinge point hole I10 to the lower end surface of the bottom plate I210
Example two
Referring to fig. 7, the turntable includes a second bottom plate 21 ', a first vertical plate 22 ', and a first vertical plate 23 '. Referring to fig. 8, the second bottom plate 21 ' is horizontally arranged and is a circular flat plate with lightening holes, a circle of first bolt holes 27 ' is arranged on the periphery, and a cylinder through hole six 26 ' is arranged at the central axis. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the first vertical plate 22 'and the first vertical plate 23' are integrally formed, the upper portion is a triangular flat plate with lightening holes, the lower portion is a triangular flat plate, the first vertical plate is vertically arranged, extends from the upper portion of the second bottom plate 21 'to the lower portion of the second bottom plate 21', is fixed on the second bottom plate 21 'in parallel and is positioned at two sides of the oil cylinder through hole six 26'; the upper ends of the first vertical plate 22 'and the first vertical plate 23' are provided with a second upper hinge point hole 25 ', and the lower ends thereof are provided with a second lower hinge point hole 24'; the second upper hinge point hole 25 'is positioned above the second bottom plate 21'; the second lower hinge point hole 24 'is positioned below the second bottom plate 21'. Referring to fig. 7, the second lower hinge point hole 24 'is located inside the first bolt hole 27'. Referring to fig. 8, a groove I211 is formed at the junction of the two sides of the oil cylinder through hole VI 26' and the outer side surface of the first vertical plate, so that the connection area of the second bottom plate and the first vertical plate is increased, and the structural strength is ensured. In the real-time example, the second lower hinge point hole is positioned at the lower mounting position of the engineering machinery, so that the vertical distance from the second upper hinge point hole to the second lower hinge point hole can be remarkably increased. The first vertical plate can be integrally formed through blanking.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the turntable includes a third bottom plate 31, a second vertical plate 32, and a second vertical plate 33. The third bottom plate 31 is a circular flat plate with lightening holes and is horizontally arranged, an oil cylinder through hole seventh 36 is arranged at the central axis, two long holes 311 are arranged at two sides of the oil cylinder through hole seventh 36, and grooves II are arranged at two sides of the long holes 311. The second vertical plate 32 and the second vertical plate 33 are integrally formed, the upper portion of the second vertical plate is a triangular flat plate with lightening holes, the lower portion of the second vertical plate is a triangular flat plate which is vertically arranged, and the second vertical plate 32 and the second vertical plate 33 penetrate through the strip holes 311, extend from the upper portion of the third bottom plate 31 to the lower portion of the third bottom plate 31, are fixed on the third bottom plate 31 in parallel and are positioned on two sides of the oil cylinder through hole seven 36. The upper parts of the second vertical plate 32 and the second vertical plate 33 are provided with a third upper hinge point hole 35, and the lower parts of the second vertical plate 32 and the second vertical plate 33 are provided with a third lower hinge point hole 34; the upper hinge point hole III 35 is positioned above the bottom plate III 31; the third lower hinge point hole 34 is positioned below the third bottom plate 31. The design of the strip hole and the groove II ensures that both sides of the vertical plate II can be connected with the bottom plate III, the connection area of the bottom plate III and the vertical plate II is increased, and the structural strength is improved. In the real-time example, the third lower hinge point hole is positioned at the lower mounting position of the engineering machinery, so that the vertical distance from the third upper hinge point hole to the third lower hinge point hole can be remarkably increased. The second vertical plate can be integrally formed through blanking.
Example four
Referring to fig. 11-13, the turntable includes a bottom plate four 41, an upright plate three 42, an upright plate three 43, and a stabilizing member. Referring to fig. 14, a bottom plate four 41 is horizontally arranged, a main body is circular and is provided with lightening holes, a circle of bolt holes two 55 is arranged on the periphery, and an extension part three 56 is arranged at one end; the third extension portion 56 is disposed axially symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the fourth base plate 41. Referring to fig. 14, the third extension part 56 is U-shaped, and a notch 411 is formed in the middle of the outer side of the third extension part, so that the luffing cylinder can conveniently penetrate through the notch. Referring to fig. 11, 12 and 15, the third vertical plate 42 and the third vertical plate 43 are integrally formed, the upper portion is a triangular flat plate, the lower portion is an irregular flat plate, a long-strip-shaped notch 421 is formed at the junction of the upper portion and the lower portion of the third vertical plate 42, and a long-strip-shaped notch 431 is formed at the junction of the upper portion and the lower portion of the third vertical plate 43. The third vertical plate 42 and the third vertical plate 43 are vertically arranged and parallel to each other, and extend from the upper side of the fourth bottom plate 41 to the lower side of the fourth bottom plate 41, the lower end surfaces of the upper parts of the third vertical plate 42 and the third vertical plate 43 are fixedly connected with the upper end surface of the fourth bottom plate 41, the upper end surfaces of the lower parts of the third vertical plate 42 and the third vertical plate 43 are fixedly connected with the lower end surface of the fourth bottom plate 41, and the third vertical plate 42 and the third vertical plate 43 are fixedly connected with the third extension part 56 through the notch 421 and the notch 431. Referring to fig. 11, the upper parts of the third vertical plate 42 and the third vertical plate 43 are provided with a fourth upper hinge point hole 40 ', and the lower parts thereof are provided with a fourth lower hinge point hole 50'; the upper hinge point hole four 40' is positioned above the bottom plate four 41; the lower hinge point hole four 50' is located below the bottom plate four 41. The lower hinge point hole four 50' is located outside the bolt hole two 55. Referring to fig. 11 to 13, the fixing piece comprises a connecting plate five 44, a connecting plate six 45, a connecting plate seven 46, a connecting plate eight 47, a connecting plate nine 48, a reinforcing plate two 49, a reinforcing plate two 50, a rib plate one 51, a rib plate one 52, a rib plate two 53 and a rib plate two 54. The connecting plate five 44 is a flat plate, is positioned between the vertical plate three 42 and the vertical plate three 43 and is close to the upper hinge point hole four 40', two sides of the connecting plate five 44 are fixedly connected with the vertical plate three 42 and the vertical plate three 43, and the lower end of the connecting plate five 44 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate four 41. Referring to fig. 11, the connecting plate six 45 is an arc-shaped plate, the lower end of the connecting plate is fixed on the bottom plate four 41, the lower end of the connecting plate is close to the extending portion three, and the two sides of the connecting plate are fixedly connected with the inner side surfaces of the vertical plate three 42 and the vertical plate three 43. The seventh connecting plate 46 is a bent plate, the upper end of the seventh connecting plate is fixedly connected with the upper end of the fifth connecting plate 44, and the two sides of the seventh connecting plate are fixedly connected with the inner sides of the third vertical plate 42 and the third vertical plate 43. The connecting plate eighth 47 is a bent plate and is in an inverted U shape, the upper end of the middle part is fixedly connected with the lower end of the connecting plate seventh 46, and the two sides are fixedly connected with the inner sides of the vertical plate third 42 and the vertical plate third 43. The connecting plate nine 48 is a bent plate, one upper end of the connecting plate nine 48 is connected with the lower end of the connecting plate eight 47, the other upper end of the connecting plate nine is fixedly connected with the lower end face of the extending part three 56, two sides of the connecting plate nine are fixedly connected with the inner sides of the vertical plate three 42 and the vertical plate three 43, and a hole is formed in the end part of the connecting plate nine 48, which is connected with the lower end of the connecting plate eight 47, so that an oil cylinder can pass through the hole. The connecting plate five 44, the connecting plate six 45, the connecting plate seven 46 and the connecting plate eight 47 connect the vertical plate three 42, the vertical plate three 43 and the bottom plate four 41 into a box body, so that the rigidity and the stability of the turntable structure can be enhanced. The second reinforcing plate 49 and the second reinforcing plate 50 are flat plates and are positioned below the fourth upper hinge point hole 40', the inner side surfaces of the second reinforcing plate and the second reinforcing plate are fixedly attached to the outer side surfaces of the third vertical plate 42 and the third vertical plate 43, and the lower end surfaces of the second reinforcing plate and the second reinforcing plate are fixedly connected with the fourth bottom plate 41. The first rib plate 51 and the first rib plate 52 are arc-shaped plates, the side edge of the first rib plate 51 is fixedly connected with the outer side face of the second rib plate 49, and the lower end face of the first rib plate 51 is fixedly connected with the fourth bottom plate 41; the side edge of the rib plate I52 is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the reinforcing plate II 50, and the lower end surface of the rib plate I is fixedly connected with the bottom plate IV 41. The second rib plate 53 and the second rib plate 54 are arc-shaped plates, the lower ends of the second rib plate 53 and the second rib plate 54 are fixed on the fourth bottom plate 41, the second rib plate is close to the third extending part, and the side surfaces of the second rib plate 53 and the second rib plate 54 are respectively fixedly connected with the outer side surfaces of the third vertical plate 42 and the third vertical plate 43. The rib plate I51, the rib plate I52, the rib plate II 53 and the rib plate II 54 are used for increasing the local rigidity and the strength of the rotary table.
EXAMPLE five
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, the turntable includes a bottom plate five 61, a vertical plate four 62, a vertical plate four 63, and a stabilizing member. Referring to fig. 17, a bottom plate five 61 is horizontally arranged, a main body is circular and is provided with lightening holes, a circle of bolt holes three 75 is arranged on the periphery, and an extension part four 76 is arranged at one end; the extension portion four 76 is disposed axially symmetrically with respect to the center axis of the bottom plate five 61. Referring to fig. 16 and 18, the fourth vertical plate 62 and the fourth vertical plate 63 are integrally formed, the upper portion is a triangular flat plate, the lower portion is an irregular flat plate, and a strip-shaped groove is formed at the junction of the upper portion and the lower portion of the fourth vertical plate 62 and the fourth vertical plate 63. The fourth vertical plate 62 and the fourth vertical plate 63 are vertically arranged and are parallel to each other, the fourth vertical plate 62 and the fourth vertical plate 63 extend from the upper side of the fifth bottom plate 61 to the lower side of the fifth bottom plate 61, the lower end faces of the upper portions of the fourth vertical plate 62 and the fourth vertical plate 63 are fixedly connected with the upper end face of the fifth bottom plate 61, the upper end faces of the lower portions of the fourth vertical plate 62 and the fourth vertical plate 63 are fixedly connected with the lower end face of the fifth bottom plate 61, and the fourth vertical plate 62 and the fourth vertical plate 63 are fixedly connected with the fourth extension portion 76 through strip-shaped grooves. the lower hinge point hole is hinged with a variable amplitude oil cylinder of the engineering machinery;
the amplitude variation oil cylinder of the engineering machinery is hinged with an arm support of the engineering machinery;
the vertical distance from the center of the upper hinge point hole to the center of the lower hinge point hole is not less than the distance from the center of the upper hinge point hole to the lower end surface of the bottom plate.

the upper hinge point hole is positioned above the bottom plate;
the two lower vertical plates II are parallel to each other and fixedly connected with the first connecting part; a lower hinge point hole is formed in the second lower vertical plate;

the oil cylinder through hole IV is cross-shaped or T-shaped and comprises a second passing part positioned at the central axis of the bottom plate and second connecting parts which are perpendicular to the second passing part and positioned at two sides of the second passing part;
the amplitude-variable oil cylinder penetrates through the second passing part;
the vertical plates are integrally formed and vertically arranged, extend from the upper part of the bottom plate to the lower part of the bottom plate, and are parallel to each other and fixed on the bottom plate; the lower part of the vertical plate is fixedly connected with the second connecting part; the upper part of the vertical plate is provided with an upper hinge point hole, and the lower part of the vertical plate is provided with a lower hinge point hole;
the upper hinge point hole is positioned above the bottom plate;
the center of the lower hinge point hole is as high as the lower end surface of the bottom plate.
