Because the lifting device provided by the invention realizes lifting by inserting the supporting claw 8 into the inner ring of the spiral steel spring 9 to hook the spiral steel spring 9, the lifting device can realize convenient lifting of the spiral steel spring 9 before and after thermal shrinkage.
