It should be noted that, after each row of egg trays is automatically transported, arranged and distributed, the group of egg trays located at the innermost layer is in contact with the buffer cushion 231 on the rear side plate 23, and after the sealing plate 44 seals the window 221, the group of egg trays located at the outermost layer is in contact with the front cotton blocking pad 441 on the sealing plate 44, so that the front and rear positions of each row of egg trays are buffered and protected.
As shown in fig. 4 and 10, the cold air plate 5 is horizontally and fixedly installed at the top ends of the front and rear side plates 22 and 23 by bolts. The cold air plate 5 is a hollow plate structure, a plurality of air inlet joints 51 communicated with the inner cavity of the cold air plate 5 are arranged on the side wall of the cold air plate 5, and a plurality of cold air holes 52 are uniformly distributed on the lower plate surface of the cold air plate 5. when the goods are transported and loaded, the closing plates 44 of the door sealing mechanism 4 are opened to open the windows 221, then the belt conveyor 24 is started to convey the egg trays which are stacked in multiple layers and provided with the egg products, three rows of egg tray groups are sequentially distributed and arranged on the three conveying belts 243, then each side clamp protection mechanism 3 is adjusted to clamp each row of egg trays between the two protection plates 32 for fixing protection, and finally the windows 221 are closed again through the closing plates 44; in the transportation process, whether the cold air plate 5 is started for fresh-keeping treatment is selected according to the actual temperature; during unloading, the window 221 is opened, the egg holders are driven to convey by operating the belt conveyor 24, so that each group of egg holders are unloaded in sequence at the position of the window 221, and unloading of the egg goods is completed.
