In addition, if no communication signal exists in the working environment and communication connection with the cloud server is impossible, the default wire tray is legal and can work normally, the strapping machine stores the information codes read by the record reader in the nonvolatile storage, the stored information codes are sent to the cloud server for comparison when the strapping machine arrives at the place with the communication signal, whether the illegal wire tray exists or not is confirmed, and used wire tray code information is processed in the server for identification work. If an illegal wire tray is in use, the user can be informed that the legal wire tray is to be used so as not to cause unnecessary damage to the tool.
Preferably, in the step 21, when the primary verification is not passed and the anti-counterfeit data is confirmed to be illegal, an alarm is sent out. Preferably, in the step 22, when the secondary verification is not passed and the anti-counterfeit data is confirmed to be illegal, an alarm is sent out. Specifically, the alarm reminding can be a buzzer reminding on the strapping machine, or can be a notification of a cloud server through telephone or information.
Preferably, in the step 3, the information unit read by the information unit identification device is sent to the cloud server or the mobile phone for verification through the communication module, and after verification, a working instruction is sent to the communication module, and the control device controls the strapping machine to work according to the working instruction.

1. An adaptation system for a strapping machine and a wire tray, characterized by: the wire-tying machine comprises a tying machine, a wire tray and a cloud server;
the wire tray can be installed in a bundling machine and is provided with an information unit; the information unit is at least one or a combination of a two-dimensional code and a bar code;
the binding machine comprises a machine shell, a control device, a wire feeding mechanism, a looping mechanism, a wire cutting mechanism, a twisting mechanism, an information unit identification device and a communication module, wherein the control device reads anti-counterfeiting data stored in the information unit through the information unit identification device and transmits the anti-counterfeiting data to a cloud server through the communication module in an uplink manner, and the uplink transmission manner comprises one or more of the direct interaction of the cloud server based on wide area communication and the switching of the cloud server through a mobile terminal based on short-distance communication;
the cloud server stores verification data corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting data, and is used for verifying the anti-counterfeiting data according to the verification data when the anti-counterfeiting data is received, and feeding back a verification result in a downlink mode to instruct the control device to execute work enabling control logic of the strapping machine;
the cloud server verifies the anti-counterfeiting data according to the verification data, and feeds back a verification result in a downlink mode to instruct the control device to execute work enabling control logic of the strapping machine, and the cloud server is configured to further comprise:
transmitting a continuous working instruction to the strapping machine when the two conditions of a) and b) are simultaneously met, wherein the condition a) is configured that verification data corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting data exists in the database, and the condition b) is configured that the knotting number of the wire reels of the anti-counterfeiting data does not exceed a maximum fixed value;
the cloud server also stores target data corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting data, wherein the target data comprises at least one or more of manufacturer information, wire tray numbers, wire tray knotting numbers, wire tray bundling wire states and region codes;
and after the cloud server passes the verification, acquiring corresponding target data according to the anti-counterfeiting data, and transmitting the corresponding target data to the control device in a downlink manner so as to control the corresponding binding machine to correct control parameters according to the target data.
2. An adaptation system for a strapping machine and wire tray in accordance with claim 1 wherein: the communication module comprises a SIM card module and/or a Bluetooth module;
the Bluetooth module is used for establishing a link communicated with the cloud server through the mobile terminal;
the SIM card module is used for establishing a link for communication with the cloud server in a Bluetooth communication limited state.
3. An adaptation system for a strapping machine and wire tray in accordance with claim 1 wherein: the adaptation system further comprises a fault reminding device arranged on the shell, the control device is triggered by a fault signal transmitted by the cloud server in a downlink mode, the fault reminding device is controlled to execute warning logic, and the downlink transmission mode comprises one or more of telephone and short messages.
4. A strapping machine and wire tray adaptation system in accordance with claim 3 wherein: the fault reminding device comprises a buzzer and/or a display screen.
5. An adaptation system for a strapping machine and wire tray in accordance with claim 1 wherein: the anti-counterfeiting data are unique numbers contained in the two-dimensional codes and/or the code shapes in the bar codes.
6. An adapting system for a strapping machine and wire tray as in claim 5 wherein,
the control device stores a set two-dimensional code or bar code coding rule;
the control device further performs, before uplink transmission:
performing preliminary verification locally based on whether the code shape in the two-dimensional code or the bar code accords with the coding rule, and transmitting the preliminary verification to the cloud server to perform the verification after the preliminary verification is passed; and/or
In an offline state, verification is performed locally based only on whether the code shape in the two-dimensional code or the bar code meets the encoding rule.
7. A method of adapting a strapping machine and a wire tray, applied to the adapting system of a strapping machine and a wire tray as in any one of claims 1-6, comprising:
step 1, controlling an information unit identification device to read anti-counterfeiting data in an information unit on a silk tray; the information unit is at least one or a combination of a two-dimensional code and a bar code;
step 2, the anti-counterfeiting data are transmitted to a cloud server in an uplink mode through a communication module, and verification results fed back by the cloud server are received;
step 3, executing work enabling control logic of the binding machine according to the verification result;
the step 2 further comprises:
step 22, controlling the cloud server to match with the verification data stored in the cloud server after receiving the anti-counterfeiting data, and feeding back a continuous working instruction when the matching is passed, otherwise feeding back a limited use instruction;
the step 22 further comprises:
transmitting a continuous working instruction to the strapping machine when the two conditions of a) and b) are simultaneously met, wherein the condition a) is configured that verification data corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting data exists in the database, and the condition b) is configured that the knotting number of the wire reels of the anti-counterfeiting data does not exceed a maximum fixed value;
the cloud server also stores target data corresponding to the anti-counterfeiting data, wherein the target data comprises at least one or more of manufacturer information, wire tray numbers, wire tray knotting numbers, wire tray bundling wire states and region codes;
the step 22 further comprises:
and when the matching is passed, acquiring corresponding target data according to the anti-counterfeiting data, and transmitting the corresponding target data to the control device in a downlink manner so as to control the corresponding binding machine to correct the control parameters according to the target data.
8. The method for adapting a strapping machine to a wire tray according to claim 7, wherein the anti-counterfeiting data is a unique number contained in a two-dimensional code and/or a code shape in a bar code;
the step 2 further comprises:
and step 21, performing primary verification locally based on whether the code shape in the two-dimensional code or the bar code accords with the coding rule pre-stored in the control device, prohibiting the operation enabling of the binding machine if the verification fails, and otherwise, transmitting the result to the cloud server to perform secondary verification.
