Abstract
The invention discloses a cut-part positioning device of a printing machine, which comprises a rack and a guide rail arranged on the rack, wherein a rotating shaft is arranged on the rack, a bracket and a baffle are arranged on the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected with a driving mechanism; the guide rail and the guide belt have a front-to-back gap, and the bracket and the baffle are located in the gap between the guide belt and the guide rail. The rotating shaft is driven by the driving mechanism to have two working positions, when the rotating shaft is positioned at a first working position, the baffle can block the bedplate which moves forwards along the guide rail, and the bracket is positioned below the bedplate; when the rotating shaft is in the second working position, the baffle is positioned below the bedplate, and the bedplate is lifted by the bracket and is conveyed forwards to the guide belt. Compared with the prior art, the cutting piece positioning device has an obvious front-back gap with the guide belt, and any part of the cutting piece positioning device is not likely to contact or rub with the guide belt; the bedplate is placed in the guide rails in sequence, and the bedplate placed in sequence cannot be in contact with or rub against the guide belt.

Patent document CN104260543A discloses a cutting piece positioning device for a printing machine and the printing machine. The cut-parts positioner is arranged on the guide belt, and in the cut-parts printing and dyeing process of the printing machine, initially, the limiting seat is positioned above the guide belt, the bedplate attached with the cut-parts is abutted against the limiting seat, and the bottom of the front end of the bedplate is in contact with the guide belt which has the trend of driving the bedplate to convey forwards. Then, the limiting seat is lifted, and the bedplate is driven by the guide belt to move forward along the guide belt. Thus, there are the following technical problems: firstly, the thickness of the bedplate can be thin, the bottom of the front end of the bedplate is contacted with the conduction band, the limiting seat blocks the front end of the bedplate to prevent the bedplate from advancing along the conduction band, so that the vertical distance between the limiting seat and the conduction band is small, even the limiting seat can be contacted with the conduction band to cause the limiting seat to rub the conduction band; second, a plurality of guide rails constitute a plurality of guide gaps, and a platen is placed to each guide gap, and cut-parts positioner can hold a plurality of platens, but, for spacing seat lifting once, a plurality of platens can move ahead in step, so, the platen of placing earlier is in the frictional state with the conduction band always, and the platen is all placed to all guide gaps, spacing seat lifting. In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a cut-parts positioning device of a decorating machine comprises a rack and a guide rail arranged on the rack, wherein a rotating shaft is arranged on the rack, a bracket and a baffle are arranged on the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected with a driving mechanism; the guide rail and the guide belt are provided with a front gap and a rear gap, and the bracket and the baffle are positioned in the gap between the guide belt and the guide rail; the rotating shaft is driven by the driving mechanism to have two working positions, when the rotating shaft is positioned at a first working position, the baffle can block the bedplate which moves forwards along the guide rail, and the bracket is positioned below the bedplate; when the rotating shaft is in the second working position, the baffle is positioned below the bedplate, and the bedplate is lifted by the bracket and is conveyed forwards to the guide belt.
According to the technical scheme, initially, the rotating shaft is located at the first working position, the operator pushes the bedplate attached with the cut pieces to enable the bedplate to move forward along the guide rail, the front end of the bedplate abuts against the baffle, and the bedplate is placed in place. The operator acts the driving mechanism, the driving mechanism drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the baffle plate rotates downwards and does not block the bedplate any more, the bracket rotates upwards to lift the bedplate and convey the bedplate forwards onto the guide belt, and at the moment, the rotating shaft is located at the second working position.
According to the prior art, the number of guide rails is several, a pallet is carried between each pair of guide rails, and several pairs of guide rails carry several pallets. Initially, all the bedplate is blocked by the baffle, and after the rotating shaft rotates from the first working position to the second working position, all the bedplate is lifted by the bracket and is conveyed forwards to the guide belt.
The baffle blocks the position of the bedplate to be determined, the rotating angle of the rotating shaft is determined from the first working position to the second working position, and the bracket determines the forward conveying distance of the bedplate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical effects that: firstly, the cutting piece positioning device has an obvious front-back gap with the guide belt, and no part of the cutting piece positioning device is possibly contacted with or rubbed with the guide belt; secondly, the table plates are placed in the guide rails in sequence, and the table plates placed in sequence cannot be in contact with or rub against the guide belts.

Detailed Description
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, a cut-parts positioning device of a decorating machine comprises a frame and a guide rail 10 mounted on the frame, wherein a rotating shaft 20 is arranged on the frame, a bracket 21 and a baffle 22 are arranged on the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected with a driving mechanism 30; the guide and belt 90 have a fore-aft gap and the carriage and the stop are located in the gap between the guide and the guide.
Under the drive of the driving mechanism, the rotating shaft has two working positions, when the rotating shaft is positioned at the first working position, the baffle can block the bedplate 80 which moves forwards along the guide rail, and the bracket is positioned below the bedplate; when the rotating shaft is in the second working position, the baffle is positioned below the bedplate, and the bedplate is lifted by the bracket and is conveyed forwards to the guide belt.
Initially, as shown in fig. 3, the rotating shaft 20 is in the first working position, and the operator pushes the table 80 with the cut pieces attached thereon, so that the table advances along the guide rail. If the number of rails is several pairs, a pallet is carried between each pair of rails, and the operator places the pallets successively between the pairs of rails and pushes the pallets 80 forward so that each pallet abuts the apron 22 and the pallets are in place. The operator then actuates the drive mechanism 30 which rotates the shaft 20, as shown in fig. 4, so that the flap 22 rotates downwards and no longer blocks the platen, and the carriage 21 rotates upwards to lift and advance the platen onto the belt 90, at which time the shaft is in the second operating position, as shown in fig. 5. If the number of guide rails is several pairs, the shutter 22 releases all the platens simultaneously and the carriage 21 delivers all the platens simultaneously onto the guide belt 90.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the number of rails 10 is two pairs, each pair carrying a platen 80; two large-diameter sections 201 are arranged on the rotating shaft 20, the two large-diameter sections respectively correspond to the two pairs of guide rails, and a bracket 21 and a baffle 22 are arranged on each large-diameter section. The two baffles and the two brackets rotate synchronously along with the rotating shaft.
The carriage 21 is provided with a cylindrical roller 210 which can contact the bottom surface of the platen 80. The cylindrical rollers contact the bottom surface of the platen during the carriage lifting and transporting the platen forward. The cylindrical roller is fixedly connected with the bracket main body, and a rubber layer can be arranged on the cylindrical roller to increase the friction force with the bottom surface of the bedplate and avoid slipping in the process of conveying the bedplate.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the driving mechanism 30 includes a first swing link 31 fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 20, a connecting rod 32 movably connected to the first swing link, and a second swing link 33 movably connected to the connecting rod, and the second swing link is hinged to the frame. The upper part of the second swing link is equivalent to a handle, an operator pushes the second swing link forwards, the first swing link swings forwards, the first swing link drives the rotating shaft 20 to rotate forwards, and the rotating shaft is changed from the first working position to the second working position. An operator pulls the second swing rod backwards, the first swing rod swings backwards, the rotating shaft rotates backwards, and the second working position is changed into the first working position. The operation is convenient though the operation is purely manual.
The cross section of the guide rail 10 is L-shaped, the bedplate 80 is placed between the pair of guide rails, the bottom edge of the L-shaped guide rail can support the bedplate, the side edge of the L-shaped guide rail can limit the bedplate, and the L-shaped guide rail can not influence the movement of the bedplate when the bracket 21 is lifted and the bedplate is conveyed forwards.
