the two semicircular plates are made of rubber materials, and the outer walls of the two ends of each semicircular plate are embedded with a plurality of ceramic wear-resistant particles distributed at equal intervals, so that the friction speed can be effectively reduced, and the heat on the surface of the radiating blade 25 can be conducted.
