Working principle: when using the dustproof and dehumidifying device for industrial equipment and the using method thereof, firstly, a user moves the whole device shown in fig. 1 into a working area, the movement of the device can be realized through the roller 30, the lower electric telescopic rod 2 is connected with a power supply, the dust collection box 13 and the dust collection box 23 adapt to the height distribution of the industrial equipment above the industrial equipment, the air cooler 21 is connected with the power supply to blow dust at the industrial equipment, meanwhile, the upper electric telescopic rod 20 is connected with the power supply to control the dust collection box 13 to move, the dust is blown on the industrial equipment comprehensively, and if the external environment of the industrial equipment is low-temperature and moist, the heating plate 17 is connected with the power supply to dehumidify the industrial equipment by hot air, and when the external environment of the industrial equipment is high-temperature and moist, the heating plate 17 is closed to stop heating, the dust collector 26 is connected with the power supply to absorb the dust into the collection box 27.

Claims (8)

1. The dustproof and dehumidifying device for industrial equipment is used for cleaning dust and moisture of the industrial equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of the industrial equipment;
the baffle plates are symmetrically arranged with 2 baffle plates, the lower left side of the baffle plate at the right position is provided with a lower electric telescopic rod, and the lower right side of the baffle plate at the right position is connected with a bottom plate;
the collecting box is arranged at the left lower part of the baffle plate at the left position, the left side of the collecting box is rotationally connected with a sealing door through a hinge, and a dust collector is arranged above the collecting box;
the rollers are arranged on the lower sides of the collecting box and the bottom plate;
the method is characterized in that: comprising the following steps:
the mounting frame is connected to the upper end of the lower electric telescopic rod, sliding blocks are arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower end of the lower electric telescopic rod, and the sliding blocks are connected with the baffle plate in an up-down sliding manner;
the rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the inside of the mounting frame, and a gear is connected to an outer key of the rotating shaft;
the upper limiting block is connected inside the side edge of the mounting frame in a sliding manner, an upper moving rod is arranged on the lower side of the upper limiting block, and a tooth block is arranged on the outer side of the upper moving rod;
the lower limiting block is connected inside the side edge of the mounting frame in a sliding manner, a lower moving rod is arranged on the upper side of the lower limiting block, and the tooth block is arranged on the outer side of the lower moving rod;
the adjusting rod is hinged to the outer sides of the lower limiting block and the upper limiting block, one end, away from the lower limiting block and the upper limiting block, of the adjusting rod is hinged to a dust removal box, and air nozzles are uniformly communicated with the lower side of the dust removal box;
the connecting hose is communicated with the upper side of the dust removing box, the upper side of the connecting hose is connected with the air cooler through an air conveying pipe, and the air cooler is arranged on the upper side of the mounting frame;
the support frame is arranged above the rear part of the mounting frame, an upper electric telescopic rod is arranged on an upper side bolt of the support frame, the lower end of the upper electric telescopic rod is connected with an adjusting frame, and the lower end of the adjusting frame is connected with the upper side of the upper limiting block;
the dust collection box is symmetrically arranged on the inner side above the mounting frame, the outer side of the dust collection box is communicated with a dust collection opening, and the dust collection box is connected with the dust collector through a dust collection hose;
the limiting cylinder is welded and connected to the upper portion of the inner side of the mounting frame, and the heating plate is mounted on the inner side of the limiting cylinder.
