Referring to fig. 8-14, in one embodiment of the invention, the hand-held shower head 14 includes an upper half 141 and a lower half 142, the upper half 141 being pivotally connected to the lower half 142, the upper half 141 being pivotable between an extended position perpendicular to the lower half 142 and a folded position parallel to the lower half 142. When the upper half body 141 is in the unfolded position, the hand-held shower head is used as a common shower head.
