The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: after the filter cartridge is installed, firstly, the installation and the fixation and the safety protection of the filter cartridge are checked, then the filter cartridge can be used, when the filter cartridge A201 or the filter cartridge B202 needs to be installed, the extrusion screw 106 is screwed and unscrewed, when the filter cartridge needs to be replaced, the filter cartridge sealing rod 203 is screwed and detached, and the filtering process of the lactitol solution is as follows: the lactitol solution sequentially passes through a main material conveying pipeline 301, an auxiliary pipeline 303, a filter cylinder A201, a filter cylinder B202, a detection pipe 309 and a detector 302, the detector 302 detects the content of pigment in the lactitol solution through light transmittance, when the content reaches a certain index, a controller box 307 sends out a closing instruction to control a solenoid valve 304 of a main filter cylinder structure to be closed and control a solenoid valve 304 of a standby filter cylinder structure to be opened, and then the lactitol solution is filtered through the standby filter cylinder structure to disassemble and replace a filter element in the main filter cylinder structure.

Claims (9)
1. A purification device for the production of lactitol comprising a cartridge holder structure (1), a cartridge structure (2) and a pipe structure (3), the pipe structure (3) being in pipe communication with the cartridge structure (2), the cartridge structure (2) being mounted above the cartridge holder structure (1), characterized in that: the filter cartridge frame structure (1) comprises a filter cartridge frame base plate (101), base plate supporting legs (102) are arranged at four end points of the bottom end of the filter cartridge frame base plate (101), filter cartridge limiting grooves (104) are uniformly formed in the filter cartridge frame base plate (101), filter cartridge limiting rods (103) are symmetrically arranged on one side, corresponding to the filter cartridge limiting grooves (104), of the filter cartridge frame base plate (101), limiting rod reinforcing seats (105) are arranged at the bottom end of each filter cartridge limiting rod (103), extrusion screw rods (106) penetrate through the interior of each filter cartridge limiting rod (103), screw rod limiting heads (162) are fixed at one ends of the extrusion screw rods (106), screw rod rotating heads (161) are arranged at the other ends of the extrusion screw rods (106), extrusion arc plates (107) are nested at one ends of the extrusion arc plates (107), and arc plate mounting heads (171) are arranged at the centers of one sides of the extrusion arc plates (107), and the other side of the extrusion arc plate (107) is fixedly bonded with a rubber pad (172), one side of the arc plate mounting head (171) is provided with a turning limiting groove (173), the arc plate mounting head (171) is in mounting connection with the extrusion screw (106) through the turning limiting groove (173), and the turning limiting groove (173) is matched with the screw limiting head (162) in size.

A purification device for the production of lactitol according to claim 1, wherein: the filter cartridge structure (2) comprises a main filter cartridge structure and a standby filter cartridge structure, wherein the main filter cartridge structure and the standby filter cartridge structure respectively comprise a filter cartridge A (201) and a filter cartridge B (202), the top ends of the filter cartridge A (201) and the filter cartridge B (202) are respectively fixed with a filter cartridge sealing rod (203), the bottom end of the filter cartridge A (201) is provided with a water inlet pipe head A (212), one side of the top end of the filter cartridge A (201) is provided with a water outlet pipe head A (211), an impurity filter element (213) is arranged in the filter cartridge A (201), the bottom end of the filter cartridge B (202) is provided with a water inlet pipe head B (222), one side of the top end of the filter cartridge B (202) is provided with a water outlet pipe head B (221), and the inside of the filter cartridge B (202) is provided with an activated carbon filter element (223).

A purification device for the production of lactitol according to claim 2, wherein: the bottom of straining a section of thick bamboo sealing rod (203) is provided with sealed dish (232), and the top of straining a section of thick bamboo sealing rod (203) runs through and has handle (231), sealed dish (232) outer lane is provided with the screw thread, and the basal surface center of sealed dish (232) has filter core spacing head (233) through the bolt fastening, bolt hole (235) have been seted up at the center of filter core spacing head (233), and the outside nestification of filter core spacing head (233) has sealing rubber circle (234), the inside embedding of bolt hole (235) has sealing plug (236).

A purification device for the production of lactitol according to claim 2, wherein: the pipeline structure (3) comprises a main material conveying pipeline (301) and a detector (302), the tail end of the main material conveying pipeline (301) is nested with a tee joint (305), two ends of the tee joint (305) are embedded with auxiliary pipelines (303), one end of the auxiliary pipeline (303) is provided with an electromagnetic valve (304), the tail end of the auxiliary pipeline (303) is provided with a two-way valve (308), wherein one of the two-way (308) and the water inlet pipe head A (212) are communicated through a pipeline, and the other two-way (308) is communicated with the water inlet pipe head B (222) through a pipeline, a controller mounting frame (306) is clamped at the outer side of the auxiliary pipeline (303), a controller box (307) is fixed on the upper surface of the controller mounting frame (306), a detection pipe (309) is arranged at one side of the detector (302), and the number of the detectors (302) is two, and the detectors (302) are communicated with the water outlet pipe head B (221) through the detection pipe (309).
5. A purification device for the production of lactitol according to claim 3, wherein: the sealing disc (232) and the filter cartridge A (201) or the filter cartridge B (202) are connected by screwing.

A purification device for the production of lactitol according to claim 1, wherein: the extrusion screw (106) is connected with the filter cartridge limiting rod (103) in a screwing mode through threads, and the screw limiting head (162) is fixedly connected with the extrusion screw (106) through bolts.
7. A purification device for the production of lactitol according to claim 2, wherein: the water outlet pipe head A (211) is communicated with the water inlet pipe head B (222) through a pipeline.
8. A purification device for the production of lactitol according to claim 4, wherein: the detector (302) is in electric wire connection with the controller box (307), and the electromagnetic valve (304) is also in electric wire connection with the controller box (307).
9. A purification device for the production of lactitol according to claim 2, wherein: the filter cartridge limiting groove (104) is matched with the size of the filter cartridge A (201) or the filter cartridge B (202).
