As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the disinfection channel 100 further includes a timer 60, the timer 60 is electrically connected to the controller 50, and the controller 50 can control the spraying device 40 to spray the disinfection solution or stop spraying the disinfection solution according to the timing of the timer 60. By designing the timer 60, the time for spraying the disinfectant is controlled accurately, so that the disinfectant is prevented from being wasted as much as possible while the aim of disinfecting personnel is fulfilled completely, and therefore, the disinfection effect is guaranteed and the cost is saved.
Moreover, the spraying device is arranged for spraying, and the controller 50 is adopted for controlling the disinfection operation, so that uncontrollable situations (for example, situations with unsatisfactory disinfection effect caused by unstable usage amount of disinfectant every time) which are easy to occur when the disinfection operation is manually carried out can be avoided, and the improvement of the disinfection operation effect is facilitated.
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the controller 50 may control the second door 22 to be opened or to be maintained in a closed state according to the timing of the timer 60, so that the sterilization-completed person exits the cabinet 10 through the outlet.
Specifically, the controller 50 may control the timer 60 to start timing after detecting that the first door 21 is closed, and control the second door 22 to switch from the closed state to the open state when a preset time length is reached.
For example, the controller 50 may control the timer 60 to count down after detecting that the first door 21 is closed, send a signal to the controller 50 after the time is zero, and based on the signal, the controller 50 stops the spraying device 40 from spraying the disinfectant and controls the second door 22 to open. The person can leave the disinfection channel 100.
The present disclosure does not limit the specific type and installation position of the timer 60, and the timer 60 may be disposed either inside the case 10, i.e., inside the sterilizing compartment 100, or outside the case 10.
In one embodiment, the timer 60 may be an LED digital time screen and may be disposed inside the housing 10. The disinfection time is timed in real time by adopting the display screen, so that the disinfected personnel can know the disinfection condition conveniently, and the personnel can be ready to leave the box body 10 in advance.
As described above, by providing the inductive switch 70, the timer 60, etc., the first door 21, the second door 22, and the spraying device 40 can be linked, which is beneficial to automatically sterilizing the personnel entering the sterilizing channel 100 within a predetermined time, and is beneficial to improving the sterilizing effect and the sterilizing efficiency.
In the present disclosure, the specific mechanism of the device for driving the first door 21 or the second door 22 to open and close is not limited as long as the device can be electrically connected to the controller 50, and the first door 21 and the second door 22 can be controlled under the control of the controller 50.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the disinfection passage 100 further includes a first door opener and a second door opener, both of which are electrically connected to the controller 50, the first door opener is used to open or close the first door 21, and the second door opener is used to open or close the second door 22. Thus, the controller 50 can control the first door opener and the second door opener to work as required. For example, after the person meets the preset temperature of the body temperature detecting device 30, the controller 50 may control the first door opener to drive the first door 21 to open, and after the inductive switch 70 detects that the person enters the disinfection passage 100, the controller 50 may control the first door opener to drive the first door 21 to close.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the first door 21 and the second door 22 are vertical hinged doors, that is, the first door 21 is rotatably disposed on the box 10 by a first rotating shaft 23, the second door 22 is rotatably disposed on the box 10 by a second rotating shaft 24, and the door opener pushes the first door 21 and the second door 22 to rotate relative to the box 10. The first door 21 and the second door 22 may also be sliding doors, that is, the first door 21 and the second door 22 are translationally and slidably disposed on the box 10.
In the present embodiment, the first door opening machine and the second door opening machine may be of a commercially available type. Since the working principle of the door opener is well known to those skilled in the art, it is not described herein in detail.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the present disclosure, "opening" and "closing" of the first door 21 and the second door 22 may refer to pulling the first door 21 and the second door 22 by using, for example, the above-mentioned door opening machine to rotate or translate, and may also refer to unlocking and locking of the first door 21 and the second door 22, without necessarily emphasizing controlling the movement of the doors themselves, which may be achieved by a force applied by a person after unlocking. For example, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the disinfection passage 100 further includes a first electrically controlled lock and a second electrically controlled lock electrically connected to the controller 50, respectively, wherein the lock rod of the first electrically controlled lock is extended to lock the first door 21, and retracted to unlock the first door 21. The locking of the second door 22 is realized when the locking rod of the second electric control lock extends out, the unlocking of the second door 22 is realized when the locking rod of the second electric control lock retracts, and the extension and retraction of the locking rod of the first electric control lock and the extension and retraction of the locking rod of the second electric control lock can be controlled by the controller 50.
The housing 10 may have any suitable shape, for example, the housing 10 may be a rectangular parallelepiped, a square, or an L-shaped configuration of two rectangular parallelepiped housing 10 sections, or other irregular shapes, which are not limited by the present disclosure.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the housing 10 is optionally of a generally rectangular parallelepiped configuration, with the inlet and outlet located on opposite side walls of the housing 10, such as the first wall 11 and the second side 12 shown in fig. 1. The wall spraying apparatus includes an upper nozzle 81, the upper nozzle 81 being located at the top of the inner space of the cabinet 10, the upper nozzle 81 spraying the sterilizing fluid in a direction in which the inlet is directed toward the outlet. Atomized disinfectant is sprayed out from the spray head and then drifts down along with the action of gravity to disinfect the tested personnel.
In this embodiment, the length direction of the box 10 is the extending direction of the disinfection channel 100, and the upper nozzle 81 sprays the disinfection solution towards the direction deviating from the entering direction of the person, so as to avoid the disinfection solution from being directly sprayed to the face of the person, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the safety of the person.
Wherein, optionally, the upper spray head 81 may be plural to improve the sterilization efficiency. For example, the upper spray heads 81 may be provided in a plurality of groups, and the plurality of groups of upper spray heads 81 may be arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the sterilizing passage 100. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the upper spray heads 81 may be provided in two sets, each set including two spray heads arranged in the width direction of the tank 10.
In addition, alternatively, a part of the plurality of upper spray heads 81 may be made to spray the sterilizing fluid in an obliquely downward direction so as to be applied to the middle of the body of the person. Thus, one part of the upper spray nozzles 81 of the plurality of upper spray nozzles 81 sprays the disinfectant in the horizontal direction (as shown by the arrow in fig. 3), the other part of the upper spray nozzles 81 sprays the disinfectant in the inclined downward direction (not shown), and the two parts of the upper spray nozzles 81 work together to facilitate more sufficient disinfection of the personnel and improve the disinfection effect.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the spraying device 40 further includes a lower spray head 82, and the lower spray head 82 is located on a side wall of the cabinet 10 where no inlet or outlet is provided, such as the third side wall 13 and the fourth side wall 14 shown in fig. 2. The lower spray head 82 sprays sterilizing liquid in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the sterilizing passage 100 to perform a sterilizing operation on the foot position of the person who enters the cabinet 10. Thus, the lower spray head 82 and the upper spray head 81 are matched together, so that the whole body of a person can be disinfected, and the disinfection effect is enhanced. Alternatively, the lower spray head 82 may be plural.
The present disclosure does not limit the specific structure and installation position of the spraying device 40. For example, the spraying device 40 may be installed inside the housing 10, or may be installed outside the housing 10, and may be introduced into the housing 10 through the pipe 83. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the spraying device 40 may be a spraying machine, and as shown in fig. 1, the spraying device 40 may be installed in the cabinet 10 at a lower portion and communicate with the upper spray head 81 and the lower spray head 82 through pipes 83, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the tank 10 further includes a pedal 91, a pedal 92, and a waste liquid collecting device 93, the pedal 92 is disposed on an upper surface of the pedal 91, the pedal 91 is disposed at a lower portion of the tank 10 and spaced apart from the bottom wall 15 of the tank 10, the pedal 91 is provided with a plurality of through holes 94, and the waste liquid collecting device 93 is disposed between the pedal 91 and the bottom wall 15 for collecting waste liquid flowing out through the through holes 94.
In this embodiment, the foot pad 92 (such as a carpet) can absorb part of the disinfectant, and can disinfect the bottom and the surface of the shoes of the person, and the through hole 94 is formed on the pedal 91, so that the waste liquid can be collected by the waste liquid collecting device 93 through the through hole 94.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the step 91 includes, in addition to a main portion located inside the casing 10, protruding portions 911 located outside the casing 10, i.e., on an inlet side and an outlet side of the casing 10, respectively, the protruding portions 911 extending obliquely downward from the main portion to facilitate a person entering the inlet of the casing 10 through the protruding portions 911 or leaving the casing 10 from the outlet of the casing 10.
The installation position of the controller 50 is not limited in the present disclosure, and may be provided inside or outside the cabinet 10. Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the controller 50 may be disposed inside the case 10, and particularly, may be disposed inside the first sidewall 11 as shown in fig. 1.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the casing 10 may be made of a transparent material, such as transparent tempered glass. Therefore, on one hand, the condition inside the box body 10 can be observed conveniently from the outside of the box body 10, so that whether the equipment works normally or not can be known timely; on the other hand, the box body is convenient to transmit light, and compared with the box body 10 made of a lightproof material, lighting equipment can be omitted from being arranged inside the box body 10.
Alternatively, in the embodiment where the housing 10 is made of opaque material, a glass window may be provided on the side wall or the top of the housing 10.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a shielding edge may be provided on the top outside of the box 10, and a rain-proof design is added to protect the box 10.
The disinfection process of the disinfection channel 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
firstly, body temperature detection is carried out on a person to be detected through the face temperature measurement all-in-one machine, face photographing is carried out to identify the identity, if the detected body temperature result is not higher than a preset body temperature value and the face recognition result determines that the face image of the person to be detected exists in the face library, the fact that the person to be detected is in accordance with the passing condition is indicated, and otherwise, the fact that the person to be detected is not in accordance with the passing condition is indicated. On the basis of meeting the passing condition, the controller 50 controls the first door opener to drive the first door 21 to rotate, so as to open the entrance, and personnel can enter the disinfection passage 100 (namely, the interior of the box body 10) through the entrance. After the person enters the disinfection channel 100 and is detected by the inductive switch 70, the controller 50 controls the first driving machine to drive the first door 21 to rotate, close the inlet, and simultaneously control the spraying device 40 to start spraying the disinfection solution. Meanwhile, when the spraying device starts spraying the disinfectant, the timer 60 is controlled to start counting down. After the countdown reaches the preset time, the controller 50 controls the spraying device 40 to stop spraying the disinfectant, and simultaneously controls the second door opener to rotate the second door 22, so that the outlet is opened, the personnel can leave the disinfection channel 100 from the outlet, and then the controller 50 can control the second door opener to drive the second door 22 to rotate, so as to close the outlet, thereby preparing for the next disinfection operation.
During the disinfection process, the upper spray head 81 and the lower spray head 82 spray disinfectant simultaneously to disinfect the whole body of the person.
The above description mainly refers to a specific structure of a disinfection tunnel for disinfecting persons, and the following description refers to a method for disinfecting persons based on the above disinfection tunnel.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a method of sterilizing a channel, applied to the above-mentioned sterilizing channel, as shown in fig. 4, the method may include the steps of:
the first step is as follows: determining whether the person to be detected meets the passing condition;
if the person to be detected meets the passing condition, controlling the first door 21 to be opened;
when it is determined that the inspector enters the interior of the cabinet 10, the spraying device 40 is controlled to perform a sterilization operation on the inspector.
Here, the passing condition may be, for example, that the body temperature value meets the requirement, or that the body temperature value and the face picture meet the requirement, or may also be, for example, that the health code, the activity track within a specific period of time last meets the requirement, or the like.
Thus, since the sterilizing passage 300 is provided with the entry condition, the entry of a person with an excessively high body temperature or the like can be avoided, and if the body temperature of the person to be detected is higher than a preset body temperature value, the first door 21 is controlled to be kept in a closed state, and the person is rejected to enter the sterilizing passage 100. And through the automatic spraying of control atomizer 40, degree of automation is high, does benefit to and improves disinfection efficiency and effect.
In the present embodiment, for example, the controller 50 may automatically control the first door 21 and the spraying device 40 to perform corresponding operations, or may remotely control the corresponding devices by a person operating a relevant control button.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method for determining whether the person to be detected satisfies the passing condition may include:
detecting the body temperature of the person to be detected through the body temperature detection device 30, and determining that the person to be detected meets the passing condition under the condition that the body temperature detection result value does not exceed the preset body temperature value; or the like, or, alternatively,
the body temperature of the person to be detected is detected through the body temperature detection device 30, the face recognition device is used for carrying out face recognition on the person to be detected, and the person to be detected is determined to meet the passing condition under the condition that the body temperature detection result value does not exceed the preset body temperature value and the face image of the person to be detected is determined to exist in the face library according to the face recognition result.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, disinfection channel 300 may further include a communication module, and at this time, the method further includes:
detecting the body temperature of the person to be detected through the body temperature detection device 30 to obtain a body temperature result value, and performing face recognition on the person to be detected through the face recognition device to obtain a face recognition result;
and sending the body temperature result value and the face recognition result to a remote server for storage through a communication module.
Thus, the determination of whether the person to be detected meets the passing condition may be made by the remote server, and if yes, an indication message is sent to the disinfection passageway 100 to indicate opening of the first door. Moreover, the detection data of the personnel to be detected can also be stored by the remote server. In addition, the remote repositor can be used to operate the relevant components of the disinfection channel 300, such as modifying the preset duration of the timer 60, modifying the spraying speed of the disinfectant solution of the spraying device 40, and so on.
Alternatively, in the embodiment where the sterilizing tunnel 300 further includes the inductive switch 70 and the timer 60, the step of controlling the spraying device 40 to perform the sterilizing operation on the person to be detected when it is determined that the person to be detected enters the inside of the housing 10 may include:
under the condition that the induction switch 70 determines that the person to be detected enters the interior of the box body 10, the first door 21 is controlled to be closed, the spraying device 40 is controlled to spray, and the timer 60 is controlled to start timing;
when the timer 60 counts time and reaches a preset time length, the spraying device 40 is controlled to stop spraying, and the second door 22 is controlled to be opened.
Thus, the activation of the spraying device 40, the closing of the first door 21, and the activation of the timer 60 are linked. The stopping of the spraying means 40 is linked with the opening of the second door 22, and the automation of the sterilizing operation of the sterilizing passageway 100 can be greatly improved. Moreover, each disinfection step is excessively compact, so that the disinfection time is saved, and the disinfection efficiency is improved.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various combinations that are possible in the present disclosure are not described again.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.

Claims (16)

1. A disinfection tunnel, comprising:
the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body (10), wherein two side walls of the refrigerator body (10) are respectively provided with an inlet and an outlet for people to pass through, and the refrigerator body (10) is provided with a first door (21) for opening and closing the inlet and a second door (22) for opening and closing the outlet;
the body temperature detection device (30) is arranged outside the box body (10) and located on the side of the inlet and used for detecting the body temperature of a person to enter the box body (10);
a spraying device (40) for spraying disinfectant to the inner space of the box body (10);
the controller (50), body temperature detection device (30) and atomizer (40) are respectively with controller (50) electricity is connected, controller (50) are according to body temperature detection device's (30) detection result control first door (21) open or keep closed state.
2. The disinfection tunnel according to claim 1, wherein the disinfection tunnel (100) further comprises an inductive switch (70), the inductive switch (70) is disposed inside the box (10) for sensing a person entering the box (10), the inductive switch (70) is electrically connected to the controller (50), and the controller (50) controls the spraying device (40) to spray disinfectant or not to spray disinfectant according to a detection result of the inductive switch (70).
3. The disinfection tunnel according to claim 2, wherein the controller (50) controls the first door (21) to be closed or to be kept open according to the detection result of the inductive switch (70).
4. The disinfection channel of claim 1, wherein the disinfection channel (100) further comprises a timer (60), the timer (60) being electrically connected to the controller (50), the controller (50) controlling the spraying device (40) to spray the disinfection solution or stopping the spraying of the disinfection solution according to a timing of the timer (60).
5. The disinfection tunnel of claim 4, wherein the controller (50) further controls the second door (22) to open or remain closed according to a timing time of the timer (60).
6. The disinfection tunnel according to claim 1, wherein the disinfection tunnel (100) further comprises a face recognition device disposed outside the cabinet (10) and located at the side of the inlet, or wherein the body temperature detection device (30) is integrated into a face thermometry all-in-one machine.
7. The disinfection tunnel according to claim 6, wherein the disinfection tunnel (100) further comprises a communication module for sending the detection result value of the body temperature detection device (30) and the face recognition result of the face recognition device to a remote server for storage.
8. The disinfection tunnel according to claim 1, wherein the disinfection tunnel (100) further comprises a first door opener and a second door opener, the first door opener and the second door opener being electrically connected to the controller (50), respectively, the first door opener being configured to open and close the first door (21), the second door opener being configured to open and close the second door (22).
9. Disinfection tunnel according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the inlet and the outlet are located in opposite side walls of the tank (10), respectively, and wherein the spraying device (40) comprises an upper spray head (81) located at the top of the inner space of the tank (10), which upper spray head (81) sprays disinfection liquid in a direction towards the outlet.
10. The disinfection tunnel according to claim 9, wherein the upper spray heads (81) are plural, and a part of the upper spray heads (81) spray disinfection solution in a horizontal direction, and another part of the upper spray heads (81) spray disinfection solution in an inclined downward direction.
11. A disinfection tunnel as claimed in claim 9, wherein said spraying means (40) further comprise a lower spray head (82), said lower spray head (82) being located on a side wall of said box (10) where said inlet or said outlet is not located, said lower spray head (82) spraying a disinfection liquid in a direction perpendicular to the extension of said disinfection tunnel (100) for performing disinfection operations on the foot position of a person entering said box (10).
12. The disinfection channel according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the tank (10) further comprises a foot plate (91), a foot pad (92) and a waste liquid collecting device (93), the foot pad (92) is disposed on an upper surface of the foot plate (91), the foot plate (91) is disposed at a lower portion of the tank (10) and spaced apart from a bottom wall (15) of the tank (10), a plurality of through holes (94) are disposed on the foot plate (91), and the waste liquid collecting device (93) is disposed between the foot plate (91) and the bottom wall (15) for collecting waste liquid flowing out through the through holes (94).
13. A method of disinfecting a passageway as applied to a disinfecting passageway as recited in any one of claims 1-12, characterized in that the method comprises:
determining whether the person to be detected meets the passing condition;
if the person to be detected meets the passing condition, controlling the first door (21) to be opened;
and when the detected person is determined to enter the box body (10), controlling the spraying device (40) to disinfect the detected person.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the determining whether the person to be detected satisfies the traffic condition comprises:
detecting the body temperature of the person to be detected through the body temperature detection device (30), and determining that the person to be detected meets the passing condition under the condition that the body temperature detection result value does not exceed a preset body temperature value; or the like, or, alternatively,
the body temperature of the person to be detected is detected through the body temperature detection device (30), the face recognition device is used for carrying out face recognition on the person to be detected, and the person to be detected is determined to meet the passing condition under the condition that the body temperature detection result value does not exceed a preset body temperature value and the face image of the person to be detected is determined to exist in a face library according to the face recognition result.
15. The method of claim 13, wherein the disinfection tunnel (300) further comprises a communication module, the method further comprising:
detecting the body temperature of the person to be detected through the body temperature detection device (30) to obtain a body temperature result value, and performing face recognition on the person to be detected through a face recognition device to obtain a face recognition result;
and sending the body temperature result value and the face recognition result to a remote server for storage through the communication module.
16. The method of claim 13, wherein the disinfection tunnel (300) further comprises an inductive switch (70) and a timer (60), and the controlling the spraying device (40) to perform the disinfection operation on the person to be detected when the person to be detected is determined to enter the interior of the box body (10) comprises:
under the condition that the induction switch (70) determines that the person to be detected enters the interior of the box body (10), controlling the first door (21) to be closed, controlling the spraying device (40) to start spraying, and controlling the timer (60) to start timing;
and when the timer (60) counts time and reaches a preset time length, controlling the spraying device (40) to stop spraying and controlling the second door (22) to be opened.
