背景技术
香皂是日常生活中必不可少的洗涤护理用品,以脂肪酸钠和其他表面活性剂为主要原料,添加品质改良剂和外观改良剂,经过加工成型后制成的产品,既能清除泥土污垢、皮肤分泌物、排泄物、化学物质或细菌等,又能保养皮肤、杀菌、除臭。在中国洗涤用品中,香肥皂仍有一定的市场需求,特别在广大农村及边远地区,人们洗脸、沐浴仍习惯用香皂,在人口众多的中国,从各方面条件综合考虑,香皂仍应得到相应的发展与改进。近10余年来中国合成洗涤剂每年仍以8%的速度递增。所以中国的洗涤用品特别是各种合成洗涤剂产品在可预见的将来依然看好。
精油香皂主要由芳香植物精油跟香皂结合;精油分子链比较短,极易渗透于皮肤,从毛细血管而进入体内。精油香皂可防传染病、对抗细菌、病毒、霉菌、可防发炎,防痉挛,促进细胞新陈代谢及细胞再生功能。但是目前市场上的很多香皂都添加很多对皮肤又刺激作用的化学成分,去污效果与温和肌肤难以达到两全。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂,各功能成分能够实现协同增效的作用,有效地修复细胞,抵抗外界环境刺激,消除炎症。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂,主要包含以下按质量分数计的组分:洋甘菊精油0.1~1.0%、玫瑰精油0.1%~1.0%、茶树精油0.3%~9.7%、苦茶粉0.1%~4%、表面活性剂30%~40%、植物提取物0.1%~4%、保湿剂30%~50%;
所述表面活性剂为椰油酸钠或椰油基葡糖苷;
所述植物提取物为高山火绒草提取物、香叶天竺葵花或叶或茎提取物中的至少一种;
所述保湿剂为阳离子泛醇、聚谷氨酸钠或山梨醇中的至少一种。
进一步地说,还包含其他天然功能性护肤物质。
更进一步地说,所述其他天然功能性护肤物质为甘油。
一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将配方量的洋甘菊精油和苦茶粉混合均匀,接着加入茶树精油混合均匀,再加入玫瑰精油、植物提取物、表面活性剂和保湿剂,混匀,研磨,过滤,得到安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂。
进一步地说,包括以下步骤:
(1)将洋甘菊精油和苦茶粉混合,搅拌下加热到60~70℃,待融化成透明溶液后继续保温,使其充分成为均一体系;
(2)将步骤(1)最终得到的透明溶液降温到50~55℃,加入茶树精油,混合至透明;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的溶液降温45~50℃,依次加入玫瑰精油、植物提取物、表面活性剂、保湿剂,混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合物冷却到室温,研磨,过滤,得到安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂。
进一步地说,步骤(1)中所述保温的时间为5~10min;
进一步地说,步骤(4)中所述室温为10~35℃;
进一步地说,步骤(4)中所述过滤为通过滤目数为80~150目的滤布过滤。

实施例1
一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂,由以下按质量百分数计的组分组成:洋甘菊精油0.1%、玫瑰精油10%、茶树精油0.3%、苦茶粉2%、表面活性剂40%、植物提取物2.6%、保湿剂45%。
安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将洋甘菊精油、苦茶粉混合,搅拌下加热到60℃,待融化成透明后保温10min。
(2)将透明溶液降温到50℃,加入茶树精油,搅拌至溶解成透明状。
(3)将透明状混合物降温到45℃,依次加入其余组分(玫瑰精油、植物提取物、表面活性剂和保湿剂),搅拌混匀。

安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将洋甘菊精油、苦茶粉混合,搅拌下加热到65℃,待融化成透明后保温10min。
(2)将透明溶液降温到50℃,加入茶树精油,搅拌至溶解成透明状。

(2)将透明溶液降温到55℃,加入茶树精油,搅拌至溶解成透明状。
(3)将透明状混合物降温到50℃,依次加入其余组分(玫瑰精油、植物提取物、表面活性剂和保湿剂),搅拌混匀。

(2)将透明溶液降温到55℃,加入茶树精油,搅拌至溶解成透明状。
(3)将透明状混合物降温到50℃,依次加入其余组分(玫瑰精油、植物提取物、表面活性剂和保湿剂),搅拌混匀。
(4)将得到的混合物冷却至室温,使用胶体磨研磨20min。

一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂,由以下按质量百分数计的组分组成:洋甘菊精油10%、玫瑰精油10%、茶树精油2%、苦茶粉4%、表面活性剂40%、植物提取物4%、神经酰胺30%。

Claims (8)
1.一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂,其特征在于:主要包含以下按质量分数计的组分:洋甘菊精油0.1~1.0%、玫瑰精油0.1%~1.0%、茶树精油0.3%~9.7%、苦茶粉0.1%~4%、表面活性剂30%~40%、植物提取物0.1%~4%、保湿剂30%~50%;
所述表面活性剂为椰油酸钠或椰油基葡糖苷;
所述植物提取物为高山火绒草提取物、香叶天竺葵花或叶或茎提取物中的至少一种;
所述保湿剂为阳离子泛醇、聚谷氨酸钠或山梨醇中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂,其特征在于:还包含其他天然功能性护肤物质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂,其特征在于:所述其他天然功能性护肤物质为甘油。
4.权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将配方量的洋甘菊精油和苦茶粉混合均匀,接着加入茶树精油混合均匀,再加入玫瑰精油、植物提取物、表面活性剂和保湿剂,混匀,研磨,过滤,得到安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将洋甘菊精油和苦茶粉混合,搅拌下加热到60~70℃,待融化成透明溶液后继续保温,使其充分成为均一体系;
(2)将步骤(1)最终得到的透明溶液降温到50~55℃,加入茶树精油,混合至透明;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的溶液降温45~50℃,依次加入玫瑰精油、植物提取物、表面活性剂、保湿剂,混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合物冷却到室温,研磨,过滤,得到安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述保温的时间为5~10min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述室温为10~35℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种安全无刺激的液体精油抗菌皂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述过滤为通过滤目数为80~150目的滤布过滤。
