The invention has the beneficial effects that: both can regard as the childbirth bed to use, also can regard as ordinary sick bed to use, and the lying-in woman can carry out childbirth and postpartum nursing on this transportation bed, need not shift between childbirth bed and sick bed, and labour saving and time saving improves work efficiency, alleviates medical personnel's work burden. The height of the bed board can be adjusted according to the requirement, so that the lying-in woman can get on or off the bed conveniently. The angle of the headboard can be adjusted according to the requirement. The height and the longitudinal position of the bed tail plate can be adjusted. Can collect waste liquid generated in the delivery process, and avoid dirtying clothes and bedsheets. Whole device can contract and accomodate, and it is convenient to deposit, saves space, and convenient transportation reduces the cost of transportation. The infusion support is arranged, so that the infusion is convenient. The invention is in the state of containing the front bracket component and the rear bracket component, and when the headboard is in the vertical direction, the headboard can be used as a transfer chair to move among various departments.

as shown in fig. 1 to 29, a multifunctional transfer bed for obstetrics and gynecology department comprises a base 1, a front bracket assembly 2, a rear bracket assembly 3, a main bed body assembly 4, a headboard 5, a leg support assembly 6, a controller 7, a front electric push rod 8, a rear electric push rod 9, a height adjusting electric push rod 10, a headboard motor 11, a driving gear 12, a transfer gear 13, a driven gear assembly 14, a transfusion frame assembly 16, a height adjusting motor 18 and a height adjusting gear 19.
The main bed body component 4 can be arranged on the base 1 in a vertically sliding manner.
The front bracket assembly 2 is slidably disposed on the base 1 and the main bed assembly 4.
The rear bracket assembly 3 is slidably disposed on the base 1.
The two sides of the main bed body component 4 are respectively provided with a leg support component 6 which can slide up and down.
The base 1 is provided with a front electric push rod 8, and the other end of the front electric push rod 8 is arranged on the front bracket component 2.

The controller 7 is arranged on the main bed body assembly 4.
The base 1 is provided with a height adjusting motor 18, a rotating shaft of the height adjusting motor 18 is fixedly provided with a height adjusting gear 19, and the height adjusting gear 19 is meshed with a tooth groove 76 of the rectangular lifting pipe 65, so that the height adjusting motor 18 can drive the main bed body assembly 4 to move up and down through the height adjusting gear 19 and the tooth groove 76.
Two sides of the front bracket component 2 are respectively provided with a transfusion stand component 16.
The front electric push rod 8, the rear electric push rod 9, the height adjusting electric push rod 10, the bed head plate motor 11 and the height adjusting motor 18 are respectively connected with the controller 7 through wires and controlled by the controller 7 to work.
The base 1 includes a bottom plate 51, a lower guide pipe 52, and a base support pipe 53.
Lower guide pipes 52 are provided on both upper sides of the bottom plate 51, respectively.
A plurality of main universal wheels 56 are arranged below the bottom plate 51, and the main universal wheels 56 are universal wheels with brakes.
The base support pipe 53 is disposed above the bottom plate 51, the base support pipe 53 is located at the center of the bottom plate 51, and a rectangular hole 61 is formed at one side of the base support pipe 53.
The base support pipe 53 is provided with a height adjusting motor 18, a rotating shaft of the height adjusting motor 18 is provided with a height adjusting gear 19, and the height adjusting gear 19 extends into the rectangular hole 61.
The front electric push rod 8 and the rear electric push rod 9 are respectively arranged on the bottom plate 51.
The bottom plate 51 is provided with a storage battery 17, a disinfectant storage tank 58 and a waste liquid collecting tank 59, and the storage battery 17 is connected with the controller 7 through a lead.
The disinfectant storage tank 58 is provided with a liquid pump 54, and the liquid pump 54 is provided with a liquid inlet pipe 55. The end of the liquid inlet pipe 55 is provided with a spray head 57.
The waste liquid collecting tank 59 is provided with a waste liquid pipe 60.
The main bed assembly 4 comprises a receiving cassette assembly 15, a main bed plate 64, a rectangular lifting pipe 65 and a lifting handrail 72.
Side supporting plates 66 are respectively arranged on two sides below the main bed plate 64, square sliding grooves 67 are arranged on the side supporting plates 66, and clamping grooves 68 are arranged on the lower portions of the rear ends of the side supporting plates 66.
A receiving box baffle clamping groove 75 is arranged at the rear part of the main bed board 64.
The rectangular lifting pipe 65 is fixedly arranged below the main bed plate 64, the rectangular lifting pipe 65 is arranged on the base support pipe 53, and a tooth socket 76 is arranged on the rectangular lifting pipe 65. The tooth grooves 76 are engaged with the height adjusting gear 19 through the rectangular holes 61.
Two lifting handrail fixing sleeves 71 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the main bed board 64, lifting handrails 72 are arranged in the lifting handrail fixing sleeves 71 in a vertically sliding manner, and lifting handrail adjusting knobs 73 are arranged on the lifting handrail fixing sleeves 71. The lifting armrest adjusting knob 73 is used for adjusting the height of the lifting armrest 72 and locking the lifting armrest. The lifting handrail 72 is provided with a plurality of height adjustment holes 74.
Leg support assembly positioning sleeves 69 are respectively arranged on two sides of the rear end of the main bed plate 64, and leg support assembly adjusting knobs 70 are arranged on the leg support assembly positioning sleeves 69. The leg support assembly 6 is slidably disposed on the leg support assembly positioning sleeve 69 and can be adjusted in height and locked in position by the leg support assembly adjustment knob 70.
The cage assembly 15 is slidably disposed on the side support plate 66.
Fixed handrails 63 are arranged on two sides above the headboard 5, a shaft hole 77 is arranged on the headboard 5, and a groove 78 is arranged in the shaft hole 77.
The driven gear assembly 14 includes a driven gear 90, a shaft 91 and a spacer 92.
One end of the shaft rod 91 is provided with a driven gear 90, and the inner side of the driven gear 90 is provided with a spacer 92.
The shaft 91 is provided with a stopper groove 93.

The cage assembly 15 includes a cage 79, a cleat assembly 80, and a bolt 89.
The chucking assembly 80 is detachably provided at both sides of the receiving box 79 by bolts 89.
The receiving box 79 includes a rectangular box 81 and a side slide 82. The lower ends of both sides of the rectangular box 81 are provided with side sliding plates 82.

The front bracket assembly 2 includes a front lower bracket assembly 20 and a front upper bracket assembly 21, and the front upper bracket assembly 21 is slidably disposed on the front lower bracket assembly 20 up and down.
The front lower bracket assembly 20 comprises a front lower connecting pipe 22, a front lower vertical connecting pipe 23, a front lower transverse connecting rod 24, a front universal wheel 25 and a first connecting plate 26.
A front lower vertical connecting pipe 23 is arranged above two ends of the front lower connecting pipe 22.
Two ends of one side of the front lower connecting pipe 22 are provided with front lower transverse connecting rods 24, and the front lower transverse connecting rods 24 are vertical to the front lower vertical connecting pipe 23.
Front universal wheels 25 are arranged below two ends of the front lower connecting pipe 22, and the front universal wheels 25 are universal wheels with brakes.
The front lower connecting pipe 22 is provided with a first connecting plate 26. The movable end of the front electric push rod 8 is detachably arranged on the first connecting plate 26.
The front upper bracket assembly 21 includes a front upper connecting tube 27, a front upper vertical link 28, and a front upper horizontal link 29.
A front upper vertical connecting rod 28 is arranged below two ends of the front upper connecting pipe 27.
Two ends of one side of the front upper connecting pipe 27 are provided with a front upper transverse connecting rod 29, and the front upper vertical connecting rod 28 is vertical to the front upper transverse connecting rod 29.
The front upper vertical link 28 is slidably disposed within the front lower vertical link tube 23 on the front lower bracket assembly 20.
The rear bracket assembly 3 includes a rear lower bracket 30, a rear upper bracket 31, a sliding bracket 32, a steering link plate 33, a receiving box shutter 34, and a height adjusting electric putter 10.
The rear upper bracket 31 is arranged on the rear lower bracket 30 in a vertically sliding manner, the lower end of the height adjusting electric push rod 10 is fixedly arranged on the rear lower bracket 30, and the movable end of the height adjusting electric push rod 10 is detachably arranged on the rear upper bracket 31.
The carriage 32 is slidably disposed on the rear upper bracket 31.
The catch box baffle 34 is provided with a catch plate 62. The lower end of the sliding frame 32 is rotatably provided with a steering link plate 33, and the other end of the steering link plate 33 is rotatably arranged on the chuck plate 62.
The rear lower bracket 30 comprises a second connecting plate 35, a rear universal wheel 36, a rear lower connecting pipe 37, a rear lower vertical connecting pipe 38 and a rear lower transverse connecting rod 39.
A rear lower vertical connecting pipe 38 is provided above both ends of the rear lower connecting pipe 37.
A rear lower transverse connecting rod 39 is arranged at two ends of one side of the rear lower connecting pipe 37, and the rear lower transverse connecting rod 39 is vertical to the rear lower vertical connecting pipe 38.
The lower end of the height adjusting electric putter 10 is disposed above the rear lower connection pipe 37.
The rear lower cross link 39 is slidably disposed within a lower guide tube 52 on the base 1.
Rear universal wheels 36 are arranged at two ends of the lower part of the rear lower connecting pipe 37, and the rear universal wheels 36 are universal wheels with brakes.
The rear upper bracket 31 comprises a bed tail plate 40, a rear upper connecting pipe 41, a rear upper vertical connecting rod 42, a rear upper horizontal connecting rod 43 and a connecting plate III 45.
A rear upper vertical connecting rod 42 is arranged below two ends of the rear upper connecting pipe 41.
The rear upper connecting pipe 41 is provided with rear upper horizontal connecting rods 43 at both ends thereof, and the rear upper horizontal connecting rods 43 are arranged perpendicular to the rear upper vertical connecting rods 42. The bed tail plate 40 is arranged above the rear upper transverse connecting rod 43, and the rear upper transverse connecting rod 43 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 44.
A third connecting plate 45 is arranged below the upper rear connecting pipe 41, and the movable end of the height adjusting electric push rod 10 is detachably arranged on the third connecting plate 45.
A rear upper vertical link 42 is slidably disposed within the rear lower vertical link 38.
The front end of the footboard 40 is provided with an open groove 46. The receiving box baffle 34 is rotatably arranged at the opening groove 46 of the bed tail plate 40.
Carriage 32 includes slide bar 47, rectangular plate 48, limit plate 49 and carriage adjustment knob 50.
The slide bar 47 is provided with two rectangular plates 48, and the rectangular plates 48 are provided with bolt holes.
Limiting plates 49 are detachably arranged at two ends of the sliding rod 47, and sliding frame adjusting knobs 50 are arranged on the limiting plates 49.
The slide rod 47 is slidably disposed within a slot 68 on the main bed assembly 4.
The steering tie plate 33 is rotatably arranged on the rectangular plate 48.
The pole assembly 16 includes a bottom pole 94, a first telescoping pole 95, a second telescoping pole 96, a top pole 97, a hook 98, a hook locking knob 101 and a telescoping pole locking knob 102.
Telescoping rod one 95 is slidably disposed within bottom rod 94.
The second expansion link 96 is slidably disposed in the first expansion link 95.
The ejector rod 97 is arranged in the second telescopic rod 96 in a sliding mode.
The upper ends of the bottom rod 94, the first telescopic rod 95 and the second telescopic rod 96 are provided with telescopic rod locking knobs 102.
The top symmetry of ejector pin 97 is provided with two bar plates 99, is provided with medium plate 100 between the bar plate 99, and the top of bar plate 99 is provided with couple locking knob 101.
The number of the hooks 98 is two, and the hooks 98 are rotatably provided on the strip-shaped plate 99. The hook 98 is provided at its distal end with a hook head 103.
Leg support assembly 6 includes leg rest pad 104, swivel tube 105, cannula 106, and leg support assembly locking knob 108.
A rotating tube 105 is fixedly arranged below the leg support pad 104, and a leg support assembly locking knob 108 is arranged on the rotating tube 105.
The upper end of the cannula 106 is rotatably mounted on the rotating tube 105 and is angularly and lockably positioned by a leg support assembly locking knob 108.
The cannula 106 is provided with a number of receptacles 107.
The insertion tube 106 is slidably disposed up and down within the leg support assembly positioning sleeve 69 of the main bed body assembly 4 and is adjustable in height and lockable in position by the leg support assembly adjustment knob 70.
The liquid pump 54 is connected to the controller 7 through a wire, and is controlled by the controller 7 to operate. The liquid pump 54, the front electric push rod 8, the rear electric push rod 9, the height adjusting electric push rod 10, the bedside board motor 11 and the height adjusting motor 18 are connected in parallel.
In the initial state, the headboard 5 is in the horizontal state, and the receiving box baffle 34 and the footboard 40 are flush with the main board 64, so that the sickbed can be used as a common sickbed.
When the parturient gives birth quickly, the whole device is pushed into the delivery room to treat delivery. When the angle of the headboard 5 needs to be adjusted, the controller 7 can be used for starting the headboard motor 11, the headboard motor 11 drives the driving gear 12 to rotate, the driving gear 12 drives the transfer gear 13 to rotate, the transfer gear 13 drives the driven gear assembly 14 to rotate, and the driven gear assembly 14 drives the headboard 5 to rotate to a proper position, so that the angle adjustment of the headboard 5 is completed.
The leg support assembly 6 is adjusted to the proper height locking position by the leg support assembly adjustment knob 70 as needed. The leg support assembly 6 is then rotated to the appropriate angle and the parturient places the legs on the leg plates and secures them.
Start height adjustment electric putter 10 through controller 7, go up bracket 31 through height adjustment electric putter 10 and descend suitable height after, then promote limiting plate 49 backward, limiting plate 49 drives carriage 32 rearward movement, carriage 32 drives and turns to even board 33 rearward movement, turn to even board 33 and drive and hold box baffle 34 upset backward and vertical direction downwards, then start back electric putter 9, back electric putter 9 drives back bracket assembly 3 forward movement to suitable position, accomodate, make things convenient for doctor's operation. When the handle 85 is pulled by hand, the receiving box 79 is driven by the handle 85 to move backwards to the position below the receiving box baffle clamping groove 75 to receive liquid discharged by the puerpera in the process of delivery, and waste liquid discharged by the puerpera is automatically collected into the waste liquid collecting box 59 through the waste liquid hole 84 and the waste liquid pipe 60. After the delivery of the parturient is finished, the liquid pump 54 can be started, the liquid pump 54 pumps the disinfectant in the disinfectant storage tank 58 to the spray head 57 through the liquid inlet pipe 55, and the relevant parts of the main bed body assembly 4 and the rear bracket assembly 3 are disinfected and then wiped clean. The handle 85 is pushed forwards, so that the carrying box assembly 15 is pushed to the inner side to be stored; then adjust the head board 5 to horizontal position, with the back bracket assembly 3 readjust stretch out to maximum position, will accept box baffle 34 and tailstock 40 and adjust to with main bed board 64 parallel and level, can regard as ordinary sick bed to use this moment, directly push away the lying-in woman to the ward carry out the postpartum nursing in later stage can, need not shift the operation on the sick bed to the lying-in woman, labour saving and time saving improves work efficiency, alleviates medical personnel's work burden.
When a parturient needs to get on or off the bed, the corresponding lifting handrail 72 can be lowered to the lowest position by the lifting handrail adjusting knob 73 to be stored (the top surface of the lifting handrail 72 is lower than the upper surface of the main bed board 64).
The height adjustment motor 18 can be started through the controller 7, the height adjustment motor 18 drives the height adjustment gear 19 to rotate, the height adjustment gear 19 drives the main bed body assembly 4 to be adjusted to a proper position through driving the tooth grooves 76, and a lying-in woman can go to and get from the bed smoothly and easily.
Lying-in woman's back of discharging from hospital can accomodate whole device and deposit, makes preceding bracket component 2 rearward movement through preceding electric putter 8, makes preceding connecting pipe 27 accomodate near on main bed body subassembly 4, adjusts vertical direction with headboard 5, will accept box baffle 34 and adjust vertical direction, moves back bracket component 3 foremost, makes the space that whole device occupy minimum, deposits, saves space, convenient transportation. Meanwhile, in the process that a manufacturer transports the whole device to a hospital, the whole device can be loaded on a transport vehicle as much as possible, so that the transportation cost can be saved, and the transportation cost can be reduced. When needing to give the lying-in woman infusion, rotatable opening couple 98 makes couple 98 be in horizontal position, loosens telescopic link locking knob 102 pulling telescopic link one 95, telescopic link two 96 and ejector pin 97 with couple 98 adjustment to suitable height, hang the infusion bottle can, after using, can accomodate telescopic link one 95, telescopic link two 96, ejector pin 97 and couple 98, save space.
