Detailed Description
The objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by the following detailed description of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the description is only illustrative and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. In addition, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as not to unnecessarily obscure the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-5, a stretcher bandage for preventing wound infection and a using method thereof comprise a stretcher handrail 7, wherein the stretcher handrail 7 is fixedly provided with a bandage, and the bandage comprises a braid 1, an impermeable belt 11, a cutting plate 13 and two iodophor bags 3. The impermeable strip 11 is fixedly arranged on the webbing 1, and the impermeable strip 11 can only wet the webbing 1 by iodophor. The joint part of the impermeable belt 11 and the woven belt 1 is respectively provided with a first wrapping edge 14 and a second wrapping edge 15, and the wrapping edges on two sides are the same as the woven belt 1, and can be soaked by iodophor, so that the infection-preventing area is increased. The braid 1 is provided with a wrapping groove 12, the cutting plate 13 is fixedly arranged in the wrapping groove 12, two iodophor bags 3 are connected through an iodophor cutting plate 31, and the iodophor bags 3 are communicated with the iodophor cutting plate 31. The impermeable belt 11 covers the wrapping groove 12, so that the iodophor bag on the opposite side can be replaced conveniently.
The iodophor can only be used in the wound, and the braid 1 can be infected by the wound if being directly used in the wound because of being exposed to the air, so the alcohol bag 2 is additionally arranged at the bottom of the iodophor bag 3 for sterilizing the braid 1, and the braid 1 is sterilized by alcohol firstly because the alcohol volatilizes fast, and then the braid 1 is soaked by the iodophor and pressed on the wound of a patient to avoid infection. The alcohol package 2 is fixedly arranged in the package groove 12, two alcohol packages 2 are connected through an alcohol breaking plate 21, the alcohol package 2 is communicated with the alcohol breaking plate 21, and the alcohol package 2 is positioned at the bottom of the iodophor package 3.
Because the alcohol bag 2 and the iodophor bag 3 inside the braid 1 need to be replaced, the braid 1 is separated from the stretcher handrail 7, and the fixing mechanisms 4 are added on two sides of the braid 1 to facilitate disassembly.
The two ends of the webbing 1 are respectively provided with a fixing mechanism 4, and the fixing mechanism 4 is matched with a stretcher handrail 7. The fixing mechanism comprises a fixing seat 41, a plurality of fixing arms 42, two fixing plates 43 and a clamping block 44. The fixing base 41 is fixedly installed at two ends of the webbing 1, a plurality of fixing arms 42 are fixedly installed at the bottom of the fixing base 41, and two fixing plates 43 are respectively pivoted on the fixing arms 42.
As shown in fig. 3, the fixing plate 43 and the inner side of the fixing arm 42 are the same as the stretcher handrail 7 in size, the fixing plate 43 can rotate 360 degrees in the fixing arm 42, and the clamping block 44 is welded at the outer end of the fixing plate 43. The magnetic stripe 45 is fixedly installed on one side of the clamping block 44, and the arranged magnetic stripe 45 can be fixed on the stretcher handrail 7 through the fixing mechanism 4 to prevent the two fixing plates 43 from falling down, so that the fixing mechanism 4 slides.
A limiting groove 71 is formed in the bottom of the stretcher handrail 7, limiting blocks 72 which are equidistantly distributed are fixedly arranged in the limiting groove 71, and the clamping blocks 44 are matched with the limiting groove 71.
Since collision occurs during moving the webbing 1, so that the alcohol break plate 21 and the iodophor break plate 31 in the webbing 1 are broken accidentally, a holding box 5 for holding the webbing 1 is added, and a plurality of support rods 51 are fixedly installed in the holding box 5.
Working principle: when the fixing device is used, the webbing 1 is taken out from the storage box 5, the fixing mechanism 4 is buckled on the proper position of the stretcher handrail 7, the fixing plate 43 rotates around the fixing arm 42, the clamping block 44 is buckled in the limiting groove 71, and the fixing plate 43 is fixed through the magnetic stripe 45 to prevent falling; the alcohol cutting plate 21 is firstly pressed and cut by the cutting plate 13, so that alcohol in the alcohol bag 2 flows out to disinfect the braid 1, then the iodophor cutting plate 31 is cut by the cutting plate 13, so that the iodophor in the iodophor bag 3 is soaked in the braid 1, and the disinfected and soaked braid 1 is pressed to the wound of a patient to disinfect and carry.
In summary, according to the stretcher bandage for preventing wound infection and the use method thereof, the provided iodophor bag can be used for soaking the braid and then is attached to the wound of a patient to play a role in preventing infection, and the alcohol bag arranged under the iodophor bag can be used for sterilizing the braid before the iodophor bag is used; the fixed plate is pivoted with the fixed arm, the fixed mechanism can directly penetrate through the stretcher handrail, the fixed plate winds a circle on the fixed arm, then the clamping block is clamped in the limiting groove, and then the fixed plate is fixed through the magnetic stripe; the preservation case that sets up can prevent effectively that the unexpected fracture of alcohol short board and iodophor broken board in the process of transport meshbelt.
The above-described embodiments are intended to suggest that, in view of the above description, various changes and modifications may be made by the worker without departing from the spirit of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the description, but the scope of protection must be determined according to the scope of claims.
