the inner layer of the mask is made of hot air cotton and non-woven fabric, the temperature of an upper die is set to be 100-105 ℃, the temperature of a lower die is set to be 70-75 ℃, and hot-press forming is carried out; in this process, the non-woven fabric faces upward and the hot air cotton faces downward.
3. Fixing by ultrasonic waves, namely putting the top surface and the inner layer of the mask in the step 2 into an ultrasonic mold in sequence for compression; the machine setting time is 0.5 second/welding time is 120/hardening time is 0.6 second, the two layers of the mask surface and the mask inner layer are firstly overlapped, the overlapped mask is placed into a die, 4 ear band position covers are aligned, and the mask surface is placed downwards to be subjected to ultrasonic profiling.
