The adding system can meet the requirement of uniform adding of liquid in large-range adding amount change, and particularly, when the adding amount of the liquid is below 16%, a certain number of the main valves 17-2 and the branch valves 17-5 are closed according to actual requirements, so that the adding flow and adding time of the liquid are controlled, flowers caused by uneven spraying are effectively prevented, and the adding system has a remarkable effect on optimizing the spraying uniformity with small adding amount.
The working principle is as follows:
firstly, a heating rod is started to heat an insulation can 1 to a set temperature, then grease liquid is added into a balance body 5-1 from one feeding pipe 3, phagostimulant is added into the balance body 5-1 from the other feeding pipe 3, after grease and phagostimulant with set weight are measured by a weighing sensor 5-2, a first valve 7 on the two feeding pipes 3 is closed, a second valve 8 is opened, the liquid in the balance body 5-1 flows into a buffer hopper 6-1 through a second pipeline by self weight, simultaneously a stirrer 6-2 is started until the grease and the phagostimulant in the buffer hopper 6-1 are fully mixed, a pump 10 and a third valve 13 are started, simultaneously, a switch combination of a corresponding main valve 17-2 and a branch valve 17-5 is selected to be started according to the addition amount of the grease, the pump 10 continuously conveys mixed liquid after extrusion of the mixed liquid in front, the mixed liquid flows after having pressure in the first pipeline 9 and is sequentially conveyed to the corresponding main branch pipe 17-1 and branch pipe 17-4 and then conveyed from the corresponding liquid outlet 17-6 to the liquid inlet of the spraying machine at the rear end;
when the first pipeline 9 or the spraying pipeline mechanism 17 is blocked, for example, when the pressure reaches 7bar, the safety valve 14 is automatically opened, the liquid discharged from the pump 10 can return to the inlet of the pump 10 through the safety valve 14, which is equivalent to that the liquid circulates in the pump 10, so that the pressure in the first pipeline 9 and the spraying pipeline mechanism 17 cannot be increased all the time, the pipeline is protected, and leakage and safety risks are reduced; meanwhile, the first pressure transmitter 12 sets the alarm pressure to be 7bar, when the pressure of the first pipeline 9 reaches 7bar, not only can the safety valve 14 be opened, but also the first pressure transmitter 12 feeds back a signal to stop the pump 10 group to avoid the pump 10 from working without work all the time through internal circulation, the first pressure transmitter 12 sends an overpressure alarm signal to ensure that an operator can know the fault at the first time after the fault occurs, so that a two-way protection mechanism is formed;
when the value of the second pressure transmitter 15 is zero, the buffer hopper 6-1 is indicated to be free of liquid, and the feedback signal stops the pump 10 at the moment to realize automatic control stop;
after a batch of grease liquid is conveyed by the pump 10, because the pump 10 works on the principle that the front liquid is continuously conveyed to extrude the rear liquid, the liquid flows after having pressure in the first pipeline 9, at the moment, the front liquid of the pump 10 is already conveyed, a part of liquid can remain in the first pipeline 9, only the second angle seat valve 16 needs to be opened, high-pressure compressed air enters the first pipeline 9, the remaining liquid in the first pipeline 9 is continuously conveyed and cleaned, and the first pipeline 9 is ensured to have no liquid residue; because the liquid in the main branch pipe 17-1 and the branch pipe 17-4 has residue in the spraying pipeline mechanism 17 due to the final pressure insufficiency, after the opened main valve 17-2 is closed, the first angle seat valve 17-3 is opened, high-pressure compressed air enters the spraying pipeline mechanism 17 to blow the internal residual liquid into the spraying machine, so that the accuracy of the addition amount of each batch of liquid is ensured, the spraying pipeline mechanism 17 is ensured to have no residue after reproduction, and the cleaning device is clean and sanitary, and the online cleaning efficiency of the subsequent CIP cleaning device 2 is improved;
after a batch of grease liquid is conveyed by the pump 10, the second angle seat valve 16 and the first angle seat valve 17-3 sequentially blow the residual liquid in the adding system into the spraying machine, then the first valve 7 for cleaning the water inlet pipe 2-1, the fourth valve for cleaning the drain pipe 2-3 and the main valve 17-2 which is closed are opened, cleaning liquid (alkali liquor) enters the scale body from the cleaning water inlet pipe 2-1 through the cleaning ball 2-2, the cleaning ball 2-2 can comprehensively clean the scale body, the cleaning liquid enters the buffer bucket 6-1 after being cleaned, and the pump 10 pumps the alkali liquor 10 out of the cleaning drain pipe 2-3.
