Abstract
The invention relates to a dried product of blood ganoderma lucidum and a preparation method thereof, wherein in the preparation process, the whole ganoderma lucidum is dried at 40-80 ℃ to reach the water content of 30-40%, and is quickly sliced within 20min and then dried at 40-80 ℃ to reach the dried product with the water content of 10-13%. Because the low water content of 30-40% is kept in the cutting process, the water-soluble active substances cannot be lost in the cutting process, and meanwhile, the ganoderma lucidum has toughness, so that the fragmentation condition in the cutting process of dry products is avoided. In the preparation process of the dried ganoderma lucidum product, the loss of active substances is less, the product is good, and the economic value is high. The method is simple to implement, is suitable for industrial production, and has popularization value.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of microorganisms, and in particular relates to a dried blood ganoderma product and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Xuezhi is a species of Ganoderma of the family Ganodermataceae, and is named because red juice flows out after being injured. Most of Xuezhi has stem, wood plug, near wood plug or wood. The ganoderma lucidum pileus is nearly round, kidney-shaped or semicircular, the surface is painted black, light black to brown with various colors, the part is dark and dull, some types have slight gloss or gloss similar to paint, and the ganoderma lucidum pileus has or does not have concentric annular bands, has wrinkles or smoothness and has hairs or smoothness; the mushroom flesh is uniform, hard or flocculent in texture, light white in color, unequal in thickness and generally has the characteristics of black back and white belly.
The dry Xuezhi products are dark and black in whole body, so they are also named Xuanzhi, Wuzhi and Heizhi, and the white abdominal phase of their fresh products cannot be preserved. Red juice can flow out after the fresh ganoderma lucidum is injured, but most dried ganoderma lucidum does not have red blood water or has thin blood water after being soaked in water, and the dried ganoderma lucidum cannot effectively preserve blood, so that the economic value and the development potential of the dried ganoderma lucidum are greatly limited.
Chinese patent No. 202011587130.1 discloses a strain of ganoderma aphanidermatum and its cultivation, picking and preservation method, which can be used for industrial cultivation and preservation, and although the blood preservation of dry product can be achieved, the wall breaking is required during the preparation process, the characteristics of black back and white belly of ganoderma aphanidermatum can not be preserved, and the economic value is limited to a certain extent.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the quality characteristics of the ganoderma lucidum can keep black back and white abdomen; and can effectively preserve blood, and can flow out red juice after being soaked in water, and the preparation method thereof.
The invention provides a preparation method of dried blood ganoderma lucidum, which comprises the following steps:
standing Ganoderma in a windless environment with humidity less than or equal to 30% for natural drying for 12-36 hr until no water stain is present on the surface of Ganoderma lucidum;
then, the whole ganoderma lucidum stems without obvious water stains on the surface are upwards dried at 40-80 ℃ until the water content of the whole ganoderma lucidum reaches 30-40%;
rapidly slicing Ganoderma with water content of 30-40% within 20min to obtain Ganoderma lucidum slice;
and finally, drying the ganoderma lucidum slices at 40-80 ℃ until the water content reaches 10-13% to obtain the ganoderma lucidum slice dry product.
Because the water content is kept at 30-40% in the cutting process, the water-soluble active substances in the fresh ganoderma cut can not flow out along with water and be greatly lost in the cutting process. Meanwhile, the ganoderma lucidum has certain toughness, and the situation that the ganoderma lucidum is cracked and deformed in the cutting process of dry products is avoided. The cutting time is controlled within 20min, so that the oxidation of active substances at the cut is reduced.
In the research, the drying temperature of the ganoderma lucidum is over 80 ℃, the white part of the original abdomen of the dried ganoderma lucidum turns black, and the bleeding amount is reduced when the ganoderma lucidum is soaked in water. Probably because the drying temperature exceeds 80 ℃, the active substances in the ganoderma lucidum can be oxidized and inactivated, and the bleeding amount (the amount of red juice flowing out) of the dried ganoderma lucidum when the dried ganoderma lucidum is soaked in water is influenced. The baking time is controlled at 40-80 deg.C to avoid the deactivation of active substances therein.
Further, the drying time for drying the ganoderma lucidum slices at 40-80 ℃ until the water content reaches 10-13% is controlled within 20 min.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the dried blood ganoderma lucidum product, which comprises the following steps:
standing Ganoderma in a windless environment with humidity less than or equal to 30% for natural drying for 12-36 hr until no water stain is present on the surface of Ganoderma lucidum;
and then, upward arranging the whole ganoderma lucidum stems without obvious water stains on the surface, and drying the whole ganoderma lucidum stems at 40-80 ℃ until the water content of the whole ganoderma lucidum reaches 10-13% to obtain the dried whole ganoderma lucidum product of blood ganoderma lucidum.
Further, the preparation method also comprises the following steps:
standing the dried Ganoderma lucidum karst product in an environment with humidity of more than or equal to 90% for dampening until the water content of the Ganoderma lucidum karst reaches 30-40%; slicing the moistened whole ganoderma within 20min to obtain ganoderma lucidum slices; and drying the ganoderma lucidum slices at 40-80 ℃ until the water content reaches 10-13% to obtain the ganoderma lucidum slice dry product.
Furthermore, the drying temperature is controlled to be 40-60 ℃, so that the active substances in the ganoderma lucidum hardly lose in the drying process, and the bleeding amount is large when the ganoderma lucidum is soaked in water.
The invention further provides a dried blood ganoderma product which is prepared by any one of the preparation methods.
Further, the dried blood ganoderma lucidum product is stored in a sealed and dry environment.
Furthermore, the temperature of the brewing water of the dried blood ganoderma lucidum product is less than or equal to 80 ℃.
Further, the blood ganoderma lucidum has a preservation number of CCTCC NO: m2020534 RFC.
Different from the prior art, the technical scheme provides a dried blood ganoderma product and a preparation method thereof, wherein in the preparation process, the whole ganoderma is dried at 40-80 ℃ to 30-40% of water content, and then is quickly sliced within 20min and dried at 40-80 ℃ to a dried product with 10-13% of water content. Because the low water content of 30-40% is kept in the cutting process, the water-soluble active substances cannot be lost in the cutting process, and meanwhile, the ganoderma lucidum has toughness, so that the fragmentation condition in the cutting process of dry products is avoided. During the preparation process of the dried ganoderma lucidum, the loss of active substances is less, and the high-quality product with black back and white belly is presented. The grade and bleeding amount of Xuezhizi are important factors influencing the market value of Xuezhizi. The preparation method provided by the technical scheme is simple to implement, suitable for industrial production, high in economic value and high in popularization value.
