Abstract

本发明涉及甜瓜种植领域,具体涉及一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法,该授粉方法采用油菜素甾醇、高直链玉米淀粉、壳聚糖、5‑硝基愈创木酚钠、去离子水配置授粉液;采用油菜素甾醇、5‑硝基愈创木酚钠、去离子水配置植物生长调节剂;其中,按质量百分比计,所述授粉液中含:油菜素甾醇0.5~0.9%;高直链玉米淀粉0.5~1.5%;壳聚糖0.5~1.5%;5‑硝基愈创木酚钠1~3%。本发明可以显著提高早春大棚厚皮甜瓜的坐果率,增加早春大棚栽培厚皮甜瓜的产量,并提高甜瓜品质。

一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法
技术领域
本发明涉及甜瓜种植领域,具体涉及一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法。
背景技术
甜瓜是葫芦科甜瓜属一年生蔓性草本植物,可分为薄皮和厚皮两大类。厚皮甜瓜较薄皮甜瓜品质优良,香甜可口,营养丰富,是广受国内外市场欢迎的高档果品。近年来随着哈密瓜东移栽培的成功,厚皮甜瓜逐渐成为中国主要的设施栽培瓜类作物。
在厚皮甜瓜的早春设施栽培中,常因开花期阴雨天气、低温弱光、花粉较少、作物生长过旺、缺少雄花、大棚相对密闭内无昆虫传粉等因素造成授粉受精不良、坐果率低、畸形瓜多,最终导致果实败育即所谓“化瓜”现象。因此,采取人工辅助授粉以提高坐瓜率就十分必要。
现有技术中,往往采用人工授粉或喷施植物生长调节剂(如氯吡脲)等方法来增加坐果率,但均存在缺陷。一方面,春季阴雨寡照棚内湿度大,花粉活力低且不易散开,人工授粉时易导致授粉受精不良,坐不住瓜,同时也易出现花粉涂抹不均匀造成畸形果的情况;另一方面,单用氯吡脲点花,剂量使用不当易造成果实畸形,同时也会影响果实的口感风味。
鉴于此,有必要研发一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法,可以显著提高早春大棚厚皮甜瓜的坐果率,增加早春大棚栽培厚皮甜瓜的产量,并提高甜瓜品质。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法,采用油菜素甾醇、高直链玉米淀粉、壳聚糖、5-硝基愈创木酚钠、去离子水配置授粉液。
进一步地,按质量百分比计:所述授粉液中含:
油菜素甾醇0.5~0.9%;高直链玉米淀粉0.5~1.5%;壳聚糖0.5~1.5%;5-硝基愈创木酚钠 1~3%。
进一步地,在完成人工授粉后,对准雌花花心均匀喷施所述授粉液。
进一步地,采用人工雄花蕊点擦雌花柱头进行授粉。
进一步地,包括如下步骤:
S1、厚皮甜瓜留瓜节位为12节~15节,留瓜节位以下侧蔓及早全部摘除;春季在雌花开放前一周,对准瓜胎和雌花根部均匀喷施由油菜素甾醇、5-硝基愈创木酚钠和去离子水配置的植物生长调节剂;
S2、在雌花开放的当天早上的7:00~11:00,采用人工雄花蕊点擦雌花柱头进行授粉后,对准雌花花心均匀喷施所述授粉液;
S3、选瓜留瓜
保留2~3个幼瓜,在幼瓜坐稳后再定瓜,疏除小瓜、畸形瓜,单蔓整枝留1个瓜,双蔓整枝留2个瓜,其余全部摘除;
S4、喷施叶面肥
在开花前2~3天,喷施氨基酸叶面肥;小果期至果实膨大期,喷施聚糖多肽生物钾和钙硼叶面肥,连续2次,每7天1次;果实膨大期至转色期,喷施聚糖多肽生物钾,连续2次,每7天1次。
进一步地,按质量百分比计,所述植物生长调节剂中含:
油菜素甾醇0.5~0.9%; 5-硝基愈创木酚钠 1~3%。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
不仅可以保证甜瓜人工授粉的成功率,从而显著提高早春大棚厚皮甜瓜的坐果率,进一步提高早春大棚栽培厚皮甜瓜的产量,而且还可在一定程度上提高甜瓜品质。

实施例1
一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按质量百分比计:
取油菜素甾醇0.5%;高直链玉米淀粉0.5%;壳聚糖0.5%;5-硝基愈创木酚钠 1%;余量去离子水,混合搅拌均匀,得授粉液;
取油菜素甾醇0.5%; 5-硝基愈创木酚钠 1%;余量去离子水,混合搅拌均匀,得植物生长调节剂;
S2、厚皮甜瓜留瓜节位为12节~15节,留瓜节位以下侧蔓及早全部摘除;春季在雌花开放前一周,对准瓜胎和雌花根部均匀喷施由油菜素甾醇、5-硝基愈创木酚钠和去离子水配置的植物生长调节剂;
S3、在雌花开放的当天早上的7:00~11:00,采用人工雄花蕊点擦雌花柱头进行授粉后,对准雌花花心均匀喷施所述授粉液;
S4、选瓜留瓜

S2、厚皮甜瓜留瓜节位为12节~15节,留瓜节位以下侧蔓及早全部摘除;春季在雌花开放前一周,对准瓜胎和雌花根部均匀喷施由油菜素甾醇、5-硝基愈创木酚钠和去离子水配置的植物生长调节剂;
S3、在雌花开放的当天早上的7:00~11:00,采用人工雄花蕊点擦雌花柱头进行授粉后,对准雌花花心均匀喷施所述授粉液;

S2、厚皮甜瓜留瓜节位为12节~15节,留瓜节位以下侧蔓及早全部摘除;春季在雌花开放前一周,对准瓜胎和雌花根部均匀喷施由油菜素甾醇、5-硝基愈创木酚钠和去离子水配置的植物生长调节剂;
S3、在雌花开放的当天早上的7:00~11:00,采用人工雄花蕊点擦雌花柱头进行授粉后,对准雌花花心均匀喷施所述授粉液;
S4、选瓜留瓜

以脆禧甜瓜作为试验品种,坐果率、平均单果重、果实大小、产量、可溶性固形物含量作为试验结果检测指标;结果:
实施例1的坐果率为97.6%,实施例2的坐果率为97.5%,实施例3的坐果率为98.7%,对比例1的坐果率为86.1%;对比例2的坐果率为72.5%,对比例3的坐果率为89.7%。
实施例1、实施例2和实施例3分别比对比例2的成熟期厚皮甜瓜的单果重提高36%、37.4%和39.6,实施例3的单瓜重最大为1.86kg,果肉最厚为3.87cm,皮厚为0.47cm,高于其它处理。对比例3的皮最薄为0.44cm,果肉也最薄。而各处理组的甜瓜中心可溶性固形物含量相差不大。需要指出的是,金蜜一号、黑蜜一号以及绿华18品种采用实施例1、实施例2和实施例3的处理方法,其坐果率、单果重、果肉厚度也均有所提高。

1.一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法,其特征在于:采用油菜素甾醇、高直链玉米淀粉、壳聚糖、5-硝基愈创木酚钠、去离子水配置授粉液。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,所述授粉液中含:
油菜素甾醇0.5~0.9%;高直链玉米淀粉0.5~1.5%;壳聚糖0.5~1.5%;5-硝基愈创木酚钠 1~3%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法,其特征在于:在完成人工授粉后,对准雌花花心均匀喷施所述授粉液。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法,其特征在于:采用人工雄花蕊点擦雌花柱头进行授粉。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种提高厚皮甜瓜坐果率的授粉方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、厚皮甜瓜留瓜节位为12节~15节,留瓜节位以下侧蔓及早全部摘除;春季在雌花开放前一周,对准瓜胎和雌花根部均匀喷施由油菜素甾醇、5-硝基愈创木酚钠和去离子水配置的植物生长调节剂;
S2、在雌花开放的当天早上的7:00~11:00,采用人工雄花蕊点擦雌花柱头进行授粉后,对准雌花花心均匀喷施所述授粉液;
S3、选瓜留瓜
保留2~3个幼瓜,在幼瓜坐稳后再定瓜,疏除小瓜、畸形瓜,单蔓整枝留1个瓜,双蔓整枝留2个瓜,其余全部摘除;
S4、喷施叶面肥
在开花前2~3天,喷施氨基酸叶面肥;小果期至果实膨大期,喷施聚糖多肽生物钾和钙硼叶面肥,连续2次,每7天1次;果实膨大期至转色期,喷施聚糖多肽生物钾,连续2次,每7天1次。
