本发明公开了一种茶树菇病虫害绿色防控方法,在第一潮菇采收完后,保持出菇房阴暗、通风,菇房四壁喷洒防治菇蚊菇蝇剂,防治菇蚊菇蝇剂由诱导剂A:杀虫剂B=1:1混合均匀而成,诱导剂A的有效成分为5‑羟色胺、海藻酸钠溶液和异噻菌胺,杀虫剂B的有效成分为阿维菌素、印楝素、苦参碱和伊维菌素。本发明通过向菇房四壁喷洒防治菇蚊菇蝇剂,防治菇蚊菇蝇剂包括诱导剂和杀虫剂,避免了药物药剂与茶树菇子实体的直接接触,确保茶树菇可以安全、健康食用;未使用化学农药,避免了害虫产生抗药性以及茶树菇产品中的化学农药残留超标;防治方法简单,极大地提高了茶树菇病虫害防控效果。

一种茶树菇病虫害绿色防控方法
技术领域
本发明属于食用菌病虫害生物防治技术领域,具体涉及一种茶树菇病虫害绿色防控方法。
背景技术
茶树菇又名茶薪菇、杨树菇、柱状田头菇等,学名Agrocyde cylindracea(DC.)Gillet,其味道鲜美,脆嫩可口,香气浓郁,营养丰富。据报道,该菇蛋白质含量29.51%(干品),粗脂肪含量0.16%,粗纤维含量0.06%,碳水化合物含量46.22%,菇体含量以碳水化合物和蛋白质为主。茶树菇中含有l7种氨基酸,其中人体必需氨基酸占游离氨基酸总量的27.94%。中医学认为茶树菇性平、甘温,具有利尿、润胃、清热、平肝、明目、健脾、防癌、抗衰老、降血压等功效,是美味珍稀食用菌之一,享有“中华神菇”的美誉。我国人工栽培茶树菇始于1972年,现已在全国不少地方均有茶树菇栽培。
茶树菇栽培过程中主要害虫是菇蝇、菇蚊等。菇蚊菇蝇对茶树菇的危害以蛆虫为主,蛆虫大量寄居于茶树菇培养料中,吮吸茶树菇菌丝体营养,从而使菌丝体衰退、断裂,致使培养料中的养分输送不畅,造成茶树菇菇蕾因缺乏养分而枯死;成虫会传播真菌性或细菌性病害,危害茶树菇子实体生长。现有的防治茶树菇病虫害的方法包括:做好菇房消毒,搞好菇房环境卫生,灯光诱杀以及药物防治等,防治方法复杂、效率低、效果差,并且如果菇蚊菇蝇较多而大量使用化学农药杀虫,会使害虫产生抗药性并容易造成茶树菇子实体农药残留超标,进而引发食品安全问题。因此本发明提供一种茶树菇病虫害绿色防控方法,旨在提高茶树菇病虫害防治效果,避免害虫产生抗药性以及茶树菇产品中的化学农药残留超标,确保茶树菇可以安全、健康食用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种茶树菇病虫害绿色防控方法,具体采用以下的技术方案:
一种茶树菇病虫害绿色防控方法,第一潮菇采收完后,保持菇房阴暗、通风,菇房四壁喷洒防治菇蚊菇蝇剂,所述防治菇蚊菇蝇剂由诱导剂A:杀虫剂B=1:1混合均匀而成,所述诱导剂A的有效成分为5-羟色胺、海藻酸钠溶液和异噻菌胺,所述杀虫剂B的有效成分为阿维菌素、印楝素、苦参碱和伊维菌素。
优选地,所述诱导剂A按照重量百分比包括:10-15%的5-羟色胺、5%的海藻酸钠溶液、10-20%的异噻菌胺,剩余为乳油。
优选地,所述杀虫剂B按照重量百分比包括:10-20%的阿维菌素、5-10%的印楝素、5-10%的苦参碱、5-10%的伊维菌素、1-3%的稳定剂,剩余为乳油。
优选地,所述乳油为白油。
优选地,所述稳定剂为丁基羟基茴香醚。
优选地,所述菇房四壁喷洒防治菇蚊菇蝇剂0.5-0.8kg/m2
优选地,第一潮菇采收完后,保持菇房阴暗、通风5-7天,使茶树菇菌丝恢复生长,菇房四壁喷洒0.5-0.8kg/m2防治菇蚊菇蝇剂。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过向菇房四壁喷洒防治菇蚊菇蝇剂,防治菇蚊菇蝇剂包括诱导剂和杀虫剂,避免了药物药剂与茶树菇子实体的直接接触,确保茶树菇可以安全、健康食用;未使用化学农药,避免了害虫产生抗药性以及茶树菇产品中的化学农药残留超标;防治方法简单,极大地提高了茶树菇病虫害防控效果。

实施例1
一种防治茶树菇菇蚊菇蝇剂,由以下原料混合而成:100g 5-羟色胺、50g海藻酸钠溶液、100g异噻菌胺、100g阿维菌素、50g印楝素、50g苦参碱、50g伊维菌素、10g丁基羟基茴香醚和1490g白油。
实施例2
一种防治茶树菇菇蚊菇蝇剂,由以下原料混合而成:150g 5-羟色胺、50g海藻酸钠溶液、200g异噻菌胺、200g阿维菌素、100g印楝素、100g苦参碱、100g伊维菌素、30g丁基羟基茴香醚,1070g白油。
实施例3
一种防治茶树菇菇蚊菇蝇剂,由以下原料混合而成:50g海藻酸钠溶液、100g异噻菌胺、100g阿维菌素、50g印楝素、50g苦参碱、50g伊维菌素、10g丁基羟基茴香醚和1590g白油。
实施例4
一种防治茶树菇菇蚊菇蝇剂,由以下原料混合而成:100g 5-羟色胺、100g异噻菌胺、100g阿维菌素、50g印楝素、50g苦参碱、50g伊维菌素、10g丁基羟基茴香醚和1540g白油。
实施例5
一种防治茶树菇菇蚊菇蝇剂,由以下原料混合而成:100g 5-羟色胺、50g海藻酸钠溶液、100g阿维菌素、50g印楝素、50g苦参碱、50g伊维菌素,10g丁基羟基茴香醚和1590g白油。
实施例6
一种防治茶树菇菇蚊菇蝇剂,由以下原料混合而成:150g 5-羟色胺、50g海藻酸钠溶液、200g异噻菌胺、100g印楝素、100g苦参碱、100g伊维菌素、30g丁基羟基茴香醚,1270g白油。
实施例7
一种防治茶树菇菇蚊菇蝇剂,由以下原料混合而成:150g 5-羟色胺、50g海藻酸钠溶液、200g异噻菌胺、100g苦参碱、100g伊维菌素、30g丁基羟基茴香醚,1370g白油。
实施例8
一种防治茶树菇菇蚊菇蝇剂,由以下原料混合而成:150g 5-羟色胺、50g海藻酸钠溶液、200g异噻菌胺、200g阿维菌素、100g印楝素、100g伊维菌素、30g丁基羟基茴香醚,1170g白油。
药效试验:
实验组1-8分别采用本发明实施例1-8制备的防治茶树菇菇蚊菇蝇剂用于防治茶树菇菇蚊菇蝇,并设置不使用任何药剂的空白对照组。
将等量的危害茶树菇成虫菇蚊菇蝇分别放入9个小型菇房中,保持菇房阴暗、通风,温度(23±1)℃,空气相对湿度80~90%,8个小型菇房四壁分别喷洒0.5kg/m2实施例1-8制备的防治菇蚊菇蝇剂,1个小型菇房不喷洒任何药剂。
3天后调查供试成虫死亡情况(判断供试成虫死亡标准是以毛笔轻触无自主反应),记录总虫数和死虫数,计算死亡率如表1所示。

从表1中可以看出,本发明提供的防治菇蚊菇蝇剂,对菇蚊菇蝇的防治效果显著,使用方法简单,可作为茶树菇病虫害防控的有效药剂加以推广使用。

1.一种茶树菇病虫害绿色防控方法,其特征在于,第一潮菇采收完成后,保持菇房阴暗、通风,菇房四壁喷洒防治菇蚊菇蝇剂,所述防治菇蚊菇蝇剂由诱导剂A:杀虫剂B=1:1混合均匀而成,所述诱导剂A的有效成分为5-羟色胺、海藻酸钠溶液和异噻菌胺,所述杀虫剂B的有效成分为阿维菌素、印楝素、苦参碱和伊维菌素;
所述诱导剂A按照重量百分比包括:10-15%的5-羟色胺、5%的海藻酸钠溶液、10-20%的异噻菌胺,剩余为乳油;
所述杀虫剂B按照重量百分比包括:10-20%的阿维菌素、5-10%的印楝素、5-10%的苦参碱、5-10%的伊维菌素、1-3%的稳定剂,剩余为乳油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茶树菇病虫害绿色防控方法,其特征在于,所述乳油为白油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的茶树菇病虫害绿色防控方法,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为丁基羟基茴香醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的茶树菇病虫害绿色防控方法,其特征在于,所述菇房四壁喷洒防治菇蚊菇蝇剂0.5-0.8kg/m2
5.根据权利要求1所述的茶树菇病虫害绿色防控方法,其特征在于,第一潮菇采收完后,保持菇房阴暗、通风5-7天,使茶树菇菌丝恢复生长,菇房四壁喷洒0.5-0.8kg/m2防治菇蚊菇蝇剂。
