The popularization of intelligent equipment brings great convenience to our life, and almost every intelligent equipment can be accessed into the internet ecology through a wireless local area network at present. In the process of accessing the smart device to the wireless local area network, various problems such as access failure of the wireless local area network or too long access time of the smart device may occur due to unpredictable factors such as network fluctuation, various hardware and software defects, and not only does not have a small negative effect on user experience. Particularly in the application fields of education, finance, medical treatment and the like with strong real-time performance, high usability requirements and large concurrency, because the network topology structures corresponding to the intelligent equipment and the wireless local area network are relatively more complex, when the problems of network fluctuation or abnormal connection of a large number of equipment occur, the problems are often difficult to be rapidly and effectively checked.
Generally speaking, in the process of manually troubleshooting network problems, generally, a network configuration and a network connectivity test of a terminal are detected for a terminal or a local network environment with a problem representation, where the detection may include detection of a route, a gateway, an authentication certificate, and the like to troubleshoot whether the terminal itself has a problem; then checking whether the authentication server and the wireless access point are correctly issued and the network configuration is applied; and finally, forwarding the switch, configuring a DHCP server, and configuring whether the firewall has problems or not, and the like. Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to be limiting.
Aiming at the problems of complicated troubleshooting process, low troubleshooting efficiency and inapplicability to large-scale complex network topological structures caused by manually troubleshooting network faults in the prior art, a wireless terminal access monitoring system, a wireless terminal access monitoring device and a readable storage device are provided.
In some embodiments of the present application, fig. 1 illustrates a wireless terminal access monitoring system comprising:
a wireless access point cluster 100 for providing a plurality of wireless service networks, the wireless service networks being used for wireless terminals to access;
in the process that the wireless terminal accesses the wireless service network, the wireless access point cluster continuously monitors the access state of the wireless terminal and acquires the access state information of the wireless terminal;
the filtering module 200 is connected to the wireless access point cluster 100, and is configured to receive the acquired access state information, perform data cleaning and data clustering operations on the access state information, and generate corresponding access state data to be analyzed;
the analysis module 300 is connected to the filtering module 200, and is configured to perform data analysis operation on the access state data to be analyzed, and obtain a current access state of each wireless terminal according to the data analysis operation;
a display module 400 connected to the analysis module 300 for displaying the current access status of each wireless terminal;
the alarm module 500 is connected to the analysis module 300, and configured to generate corresponding alarm information according to the current access state of each wireless terminal.
In the above embodiment, the wireless access point cluster 100 is used to track and acquire the access condition of the wireless terminal in real time, specifically, log messages transmitted between the wireless terminal and the wireless access point are acquired, the filtering module 200 is used to clean and cluster the acquired data, and the analyzing module 300 is used to analyze the connection state data obtained after cleaning and clustering so as to obtain the required current access state set of the wireless terminal. The connection status of the wireless terminals obtained through the analysis can be displayed through the display module 400 for the user to view in real time, and corresponding warning information can be generated according to the warning rules preset in the warning module 500 when a plurality of wireless terminals have the same connection status problem, so as to realize timely fault response.
In some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of wireless access points 101 are included in the wireless access point cluster 100, and each wireless access point 101 continuously monitors the access status of wireless terminals accessing the wireless service network through the wireless access point 101.
It is to be understood that, during the continuous monitoring of the access status of the wireless terminals by the cluster of wireless access points 100,
in some embodiments of the present application, the wireless access point cluster 100 includes a plurality of wireless access points 101, and each wireless access point 101 performs synchronous acquisition on the operation state information of the wireless access point 101 itself while continuously monitoring the access state of the wireless terminal, and acquires the operation state information of the wireless access point 101.
Further, the filtering module 200 is further configured to receive the collected operation state information, and perform data cleaning and data clustering operations on the operation state information. It is understood that the access status information and the operation status information after data washing and data clustering operations may be included in the access status data to be analyzed generated by the filtering module 200.
In the above embodiment, the wireless access point 101 not only acquires the access state information of the wireless terminal, but also reports the acquired running state information to the filtering module 200 for data cleaning and data clustering, so as to not only focus on the fault of the wireless terminal, but also pay attention to the monitoring of the fault of the network architecture, so that the fault monitoring of the whole network is more comprehensive.
In some embodiments of the present application, the analysis module 300 further comprises:
the merging unit is used for acquiring a single connection log of each wireless terminal according to the access state data to be analyzed;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the number of the messages contained in the single connection log accords with the preset number or not and generating a corresponding judgment result;
the first identification unit is used for judging whether the wireless terminal is normally accessed to the wireless access point according to the last log message in the single connection log under the condition that the message quantity is in accordance with the preset quantity according to the judgment result, and identifying the reason of access failure according to the last log message under the condition that the wireless terminal is not normally accessed to the wireless access point;
and the second identification unit is used for judging that the wireless terminal is not normally accessed to the wireless access point under the condition that the judgment result is that the message quantity does not accord with the preset quantity, and identifying the reason of access failure according to the last log message.
In a specific application scenario of the foregoing embodiment, the analysis module 300 may determine whether the connection process of the wireless terminal corresponding to the batch of logs is successful according to a state variable of a specific log or a log missing condition, and obtain a corresponding failure reason when the connection process fails. It can be understood that the wireless terminal may generate several logs in one connection process, and the connection condition of the terminal at this time may be analyzed and calculated according to a batch of logs by merging the multiple logs generated in one connection process of the wireless terminal. For example, for the wireless terminal, if a complete connection includes message 1, message 2, message 3, and message 4, respectively, the analysis module 300 may determine whether the wireless terminal is successfully connected and/or a connection failure reason by taking the status field and the failure reason field of the message 4; if the wireless terminal only contains the message 1 and the message 2 in one connection process, the wireless terminal can be judged to be in a connection failure state according to the message missing condition, namely the log missing condition. Further, according to the normal association process of the wireless terminal, the content corresponding to the missing message 3 is an authentication handshake message returned by the wireless terminal to the wireless access point, so that it can be seen that the reason of the connection failure is that the wireless terminal does not return the handshake message, and further, the reason of the connection failure may be that the wireless terminal loses the connection or abandons the connection actively.
In the above embodiment, a connection process of the wireless terminal may be divided into an "association" stage, an "access authentication" stage, and an "IP address assignment" stage, the wireless access point cluster 100 formed by the wireless access points 101 reports a message of each stage, and the analysis module 300 performs classification of the message according to the report and analyzes connection state information such as success, failure reason, time consumption, and the like of each stage.
Specifically, the "association" phase may refer to a process in which the wireless terminal negotiates a rate channel and an access authentication algorithm with the wireless access point before access authentication, which may include a "link authentication" process and an "association" process, and it is understood that, in an open space, the wireless terminal periodically searches for a surrounding wireless network, and the scanned information includes an SSID, a supported rate, an access authentication algorithm, and the like, at which time the wireless terminal may attempt to perform the "link authentication" process with the wireless access point. For the "link authentication" process, which may include Open system authentication, i.e., Open-type SSID, and shared key authentication, the terminal may associate directly; the shared key authentication means that a key is configured in advance for the wireless terminal and the wireless access point, the wireless access point verifies whether the key configurations on the two sides are the same during link authentication, if so, the authentication is successful, otherwise, the authentication fails. After the link authentication is successful, the wireless terminal tries to associate, and after the association is successful, whether the access authentication is needed or not is determined according to the information of the wireless local area network.
The "access authentication" phase may include the step of the wireless access point identifying the terminal identity information for protecting the restricted network resources. At this time, a special authentication server is provided for the wireless access point to verify the terminal identity.
In the "IP address assignment" phase, the wireless terminal may be assigned an IP address by the DHCP server in case that the pre-stage is successfully performed and a static address is not configured, so as to finally implement access to the wireless local area network.
Further, considering that the wireless access point reports different types of messages related to the wireless terminal in each of the above-mentioned stages, in order to make a batch of messages include only one access whole process of a terminal for a certain time, the wireless terminal access monitoring system may perform the following operations on the batch of messages reported by the wireless access point in advance:
disassembling operation: in some embodiments of the present application, the wireless access point may report association requests of all terminals on the wireless access point within 30 seconds every 30 seconds, and the request message may include multiple process messages corresponding to multiple wireless terminals, and for convenience of analysis, the filtering module 200 needs to disassemble the reported messages into a single event of a single terminal in advance.
And (4) classification operation: after the pre-disassembly operation is completed, the analysis module 300 receives messages related to the "association" stage, "access authentication" stage, and "IP address assignment" stage of different terminals, where the messages may be classified according to the physical address of the wireless terminal.
Merging operation: based on the division in the foregoing embodiments, for a wireless terminal, it goes through an "association" phase, an "access authentication" phase, and an "IP address assignment" phase during an access process. For the analysis module 300, a start flag may be recorded when a link authentication message of a certain wireless terminal in the "association" stage is received, and an end flag may be recorded when the following conditions exist: the method comprises the steps of link authentication failure, association failure, access authentication failure, DHCP server IP address allocation failure, receiving an IP address allocation success event, receiving an associated link authentication message, and not receiving the end message within preset time after the start. The analysis module 300 collects all the messages between the start flag and the end flag to form a batch of messages, thereby completing the message merging operation of the wireless terminal.
In some embodiments of the present application, the alert module 500 further comprises:
the first warning unit is used for generating corresponding first warning information under the condition that the access failure reason is the ratio of access authentication failure in a first preset period reaches a first preset threshold value according to the access failure reason;
and the second alarm unit is used for generating corresponding second alarm information under the condition that the access failure reason reaches a second preset threshold value because the address allocation failure accounts for the second preset period according to the access failure reason.
In a specific application scenario of the above embodiment, the alarm module 500 can determine whether an abnormal fault condition requiring alarm execution occurs according to preset rules according to the current connection conditions of all wireless terminals under all wireless access points output by the analysis module 300. It is understood that in some embodiments, the alarm module 500 may be configured with two common fixed alarm messages, including: the authentication server gives an alarm, wherein the triggering condition is that the wireless terminal has access failure caused by authentication failure of the authentication server in the last 5 minutes, and the proportion of the access failure of the wireless terminal to all the wireless terminals reaches 80 percent; and the DHCP server alarms, wherein the triggering condition is that the wireless terminal has access failure due to the failure of the DHCP server to allocate the IP address in the last 5 minutes, and the occupation ratio of the access failure of all the wireless terminals reaches 80 percent. When the alarm module 500 generates corresponding alarm information (including an authentication server alarm and a DHCP server alarm), the administrator mailbox information of the network cluster can be obtained through the ownership data associated with the data, and an alarm mail containing the alarm information is sent to the administrator mailbox information to implement timely feedback corresponding to the network fault.
In some embodiments of the present application, fig. 2 illustrates a wireless terminal access monitoring method, which is applied in the wireless terminal access monitoring system provided in the first aspect, and the wireless terminal access monitoring method includes:
step 100: and continuously monitoring the access state of the wireless terminal and acquiring the access state information of the wireless terminal.
Step 200: performing data cleaning and data clustering operation on the access state information to generate corresponding access state data to be analyzed;
step 300: and performing data analysis operation on the access state data to be analyzed, and acquiring the current access state of each wireless terminal according to the data analysis operation.
Step 400: and displaying the current access state of each wireless terminal, and generating corresponding alarm information according to the current access state of each wireless terminal.
Further, in step 300, the data analysis operation includes:
acquiring a single connection log of each wireless terminal according to the access state data to be analyzed;
judging whether the number of messages contained in the single connection log conforms to a preset number or not, and generating a corresponding judgment result;

and under the condition that the message quantity does not accord with the preset quantity according to the judgment result, judging that the wireless terminal does not normally access the wireless access point, and identifying the reason of access failure according to the last log message.
It is understood that the above steps 100 to 400 perform the same functions as the functional blocks in the wireless terminal access monitoring system in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
In some embodiments of the present application, there is also provided an electronic device comprising:
