The necessary price strategies are respectively set from 7 dimensions of region, agent, identity label, settlement mode, 5 sections of pricing range intervals, 3 pricing strategies and ask low price, and the selectable price strategies are respectively configured according to 3 dimensions of catalog, agent level and commodity. The manufacturer can arrange and combine freely on 7 (optional) +3 (optional) models in price strategy configuration function in the authorization module to make own authorized contract price strategy. After the manufacturer submits the policy, the price policy is applied to the maintenance and supplier evaluation module of the agent operated goods.
The industrial varieties are various, including 55 types in the major category, 201 types in the middle category and 819 types in the leaf category. Different kinds of goods vary greatly in terms of operating policies, management, warehousing, transportation and acceptance criteria. The invention collects 718 opinions of experts of categories in all regions of the country, converts common unquantizable constraint points of authorized contracts into quantifiable evaluation indexes respectively, and is mainly distributed in 7 business link control points of ordering, delivering, receiving, logistics tracking, warehousing management, acceptance and settlement and the like in the transaction execution process, and 51 evaluation indexes are calculated.
The functional diagram of the brand authorization module is shown in fig. 2, firstly, a manufacturer starts brand authorization service to start a brand authorization flow, describes authorization types and article information, and explains that the conditions of an application enterprise comprise information such as qualification documents, financial states, enterprise scale and the like; secondly, the enterprises applying for the agency submit the capital materials according to the requirements; thirdly, the manufacturer and the application enterprise agree on terms and cooperation of the contract and generate the electronic contract on the platform; fourthly, under the supervision of a third-party certification authority, both parties sign contracts, and a manufacturer generates an electronic entrustment authorization book; fifthly, after taking the electronic entrusting authorization book, the agent can apply for a brand authorization store or a brand private store, only the agent of one brand agent can only apply for the brand authorization store, and the agent with a plurality of brand agents can select to apply for the brand authorization store or the brand private store. And sixthly, submitting the shop application to a platform operation end, and successfully starting the shop after the operator verifies that the data is all correct.
The functional diagram of the authorization management module is shown in fig. 3, firstly, a manufacturer maintains the product types of self-operation management, the general attributes and the specific attribute information of the commodities on the basis of the platform product type management architecture, and releases the commodities on the basis of the authorization commodity type architecture; secondly, the manufacturer submits the issued commodities to the agent in a contract agreed mode; thirdly, after receiving the commodity information, the agent maintains the own price strategy, sales area and sales strategy (such as activities); fourthly, after the operation information is determined to be correct, the commodities are sold on shelves for purchasing by purchasing organizations.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that, in addition to implementing the systems, apparatus, and various modules thereof provided by the present invention in purely computer readable program code, the same procedures can be implemented entirely by logically programming method steps such that the systems, apparatus, and various modules thereof are provided in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Therefore, the system, the device and the modules thereof provided by the present invention can be considered as a hardware component, and the modules included in the system, the device and the modules thereof for implementing various programs can also be considered as structures in the hardware component; modules for performing various functions may also be considered to be both software programs for performing the methods and structures within hardware components.
The foregoing description of specific embodiments of the present invention has been presented. It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and that various changes or modifications may be made by one skilled in the art within the scope of the appended claims without departing from the spirit of the invention. The embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other arbitrarily without conflict.

Claims (10)

1. A system for ecological remediation of a distribution channel of a manufacturer, comprising:
the commodity digitalization module: carrying out digital management on the commodities authorized for operation;
a brand authorization module: completing brand authorization based on contract terms, and storing the authorization relationship of the manufacturer and the agent, the contract and brand shop information in the industrial product transaction system;
the commodity pool management module: based on the digital management maintenance of commodities and the completion of commodity category and attribute information, distributing the commodities to commodity pools of all levels of agents by calling authorization relationship information of a brand authorization module, adding operation related information to the commodity pools of all levels of agents on the basis of the existing commodity information, and issuing the commodities when the operation related information meets contract terms;
the transaction process supervision module: the transaction system carries out relationship matching between the authorization relationship information and actual performance information of transaction execution by calling the authorization relationship information of the brand authorization module, and stores the information in the industrial product transaction system.
2. The system for manufacturer distribution channel ecological remediation of claim 1 further comprising:
the agent performance evaluation module: and obtaining the performance evaluation of the agent in the brand authorization agent business chain process by calling the authorization relationship information of the transaction process supervision module, the actual performance information of the transaction execution, the contract terms of the brand authorization module and the agent evaluation model in the agent performance evaluation module, and pushing the performance evaluation result to the brand authorization module.

The system for ecological remediation of a manufacturer distribution channel as claimed in claim 2, wherein in said agent performance evaluation module: based on the unquantizable constraint points, the transaction process supervision module selects actual execution data agreed by contracts, the agent performance evaluation module performs multi-dimensional scoring based on the selected actual execution data, and a scoring result is pushed to the brand authorization module.

The system for ecological remediation of a manufacturer distribution channel as claimed in claim 3, wherein said agent performance evaluation module performs multi-dimensional scoring based on selected actual performance data comprises: converting the unquantizable constraint points into quantifiable evaluation indexes, wherein the quantifiable evaluation indexes comprise business link control points including ordering, delivering, receiving, logistics tracking, warehousing management, acceptance inspection and settlement in the transaction execution process, and the preset number of evaluation indexes are set.

The system for ecological remediation of a manufacturer's distribution channel as claimed in claim 1, wherein in said commodity pool management module: when the commodity pool management module maintains the marketing strategy, the industrial product transaction system automatically checks whether the marketing strategy meets quantifiable constraint points in contract terms, and if not, returns the marketing strategy which violates the quantifiable constraint points in the contract terms, and does not allow the commodities to be issued; and when the two are matched, issuing the commodity.
6. The system for ecological remediation of a manufacturer's distribution channel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said contractual conditions further comprise: a manufacturer price policy model;
the manufacturer price strategy model comprises a necessary price module and an optional price module; establishing an authorized contract price strategy based on the dimension setting of the requisite price module and the arbitrary dimension setting of the selectable price module;
the requisite price module is respectively arranged from the dimensions including an area, an agent, an identity label, a settlement mode, a preset section pricing range interval, a preset seed pricing strategy and a lower price;
the selectable price module comprises dimension settings which comprise catalog, agency level and commodity.
7. A method for ecological management of distribution channels of manufacturers is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1: the platform management side carries out digital management on the commodities authorized for operation;
step S2: the platform manufacturer side completes brand authorization based on contract terms and stores the authorization relationship of the manufacturer and the agent, the contract and brand shop information on the platform management side;
step S3: the platform management side manages, maintains and finishes the commodity category and attribute information based on the digitization of the commodity, distributes the commodity to the commodity pool of each level of agent by calling the authorization relationship information of the platform management side, adds the operation related information on the basis of the existing commodity information in the commodity pool of each level of agent, and releases the commodity when the operation related information meets contract terms;
step S4: and the platform management side carries out relationship matching on the authorization relationship information and actual performance information of transaction execution by calling the authorization relationship information of the platform management side by using the transaction system, and stores the authorization relationship information and the actual performance information in the industrial product transaction system.
8. The method of ecological remediation of a manufacturer's distribution channel as recited in claim 7, further comprising: the platform sales side obtains the performance evaluation of the agent in the process of the brand authorization agent business chain by calling the authorization relationship information of the platform management side, actual performance information of transaction execution, contract terms and an agent evaluation model, and pushes the performance evaluation result to the platform manufacturer side;
the platform selling side is based on an unquantizable constraint point, the platform management side selects actual execution data agreed by contracts, the platform selling side performs multi-dimensional scoring based on the selected actual execution data, and a scoring result is pushed to the platform manufacturer side;
the platform sales side performs multi-dimensional scoring based on the selected actual execution data, including: converting the unquantizable constraint points into quantifiable evaluation indexes, wherein the quantifiable evaluation indexes comprise business link control points including ordering, delivering, receiving, logistics tracking, warehousing management, acceptance inspection and settlement in the transaction execution process, and the preset number of evaluation indexes are set.

The method of manufacturer distribution channel ecological remediation of claim 7 wherein in said platform management side: when the marketing strategy is maintained, the platform management side automatically checks whether the marketing strategy meets quantifiable constraint points in the contract terms, and when the marketing strategy does not meet the quantifiable constraint points in the contract terms, the marketing strategy which violates the quantifiable constraint points in the contract terms is returned, and the commodity is not allowed to be issued; and when the two are matched, issuing the commodity.
10. The method of ecological remediation of a manufacturer's distribution channel as recited in claim 7, wherein said contractual conditions further comprise: a manufacturer price policy model;
the manufacturer price strategy model comprises a requisite price dimension and an optional price dimension; establishing an authorized contract price strategy based on dimension setting of the necessary price and any dimension setting of the selectable price;
the necessary price dimension comprises an area, an agent, an identity label, a settlement mode, a preset section pricing range interval, a preset seed pricing strategy and a low price;
the selectable price dimensions include catalog, agent level, and merchandise.
