Abstract
The invention discloses a coal feeding device with a pre-drying function, which comprises a coal feeding device body, a raw coal bin, a shutoff door, a coal dropping pipe, an inlet air door and a flue gas pipeline, wherein the raw coal bin is arranged on the coal feeding device body; the coal feeding device body comprises a shell and a steel belt arranged in the shell, a driving wheel and a fixed pulley, wherein the steel belt bypasses the driving wheel and the fixed pulley, an outlet of a raw coal bin is communicated with a raw coal inlet at the top of one end of the shell, the raw coal inlet is positioned right above the steel belt, a raw coal outlet at the bottom of the other end of the shell is communicated with a coal breakage pipe, a smoke outlet of an external boiler is communicated with a smoke inlet at the bottom of the shell, a smoke outlet of the shell is communicated with a smoke pipeline, the device can pre-dry the raw coal, and meanwhile various problems caused by natural airing are avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a coal feeding device, in particular to a coal feeding device with a pre-drying function.
Background
At present, the northeast brown coal, Indonesian coal and Vietnam coal are commonly used in thermal power plants in the northeast and south China and coastal thermal power plants, and the coals are low in price and low in industrial utilization value and are relatively suitable to be used as power coal of the thermal power plants. The common characteristic of the northeast lignite, the Indonesian coal and the Vietnam coal is that the raw coal has higher water content.
At present, the power plant mainly adopts a conventional medium-speed coal mill direct-fired pulverizing system to grind the coal. Due to the characteristic of high water content of the coal types, the direct-fired pulverizing system of the conventional medium-speed coal mill has the following problems in actual operation:
1) raw coal has high moisture and poor fluidity, and is easy to cause blockage of a raw coal bin, thereby causing frequent coal breakage of a coal feeder and influencing the stability and the safety of boiler operation. Most of the coal breakage can only depend on manual treatment, so that the labor intensity of workers is increased;
2) because the raw coal has high moisture, the medium-speed coal mill generally has the problem of low outlet temperature of the coal mill, and the output of the coal mill is limited;
3) in order to ensure the drying output, the coal mill needs larger air volume when milling high-moisture coal, and the air velocity of the coal powder pipeline inside and at the outlet of the coal mill is too high, so that the equipment is easily abraded.
The main reason for the above problems is that the raw coal has high moisture, and if the raw coal can be pre-dried before entering the coal mill to reduce the moisture content of the raw coal, the above problems can be solved easily.
The conventional pre-drying method for a power plant is to dry raw coal in the sun, and the method has the following problems:
1) the coal yard area of the power plant is limited, and all raw coal is difficult to air;
2) because of the environmental protection requirement, most power plants are subjected to coal yard sealing modification, and the effect of drying raw coal is greatly reduced;
3) in the rainy season in the south, the airing of the raw coal has no effect basically. In dry and rainy seasons in the north, the moisture content of the lignite is low after being aired, and the risk of spontaneous combustion exists.
In view of the problems of natural drying, it is necessary to develop a device capable of pre-drying raw coal in a short time, which occupies a small area and is not affected by the weather.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a coal feeding device with a pre-drying function, which can pre-dry raw coal and avoid various problems caused by natural drying.
In order to achieve the aim, the coal feeding device with the pre-drying function comprises a coal feeding device body, a raw coal bin, a shutoff valve, a coal dropping pipe, an inlet air door and a flue gas pipeline;
the coal feeding device body comprises a shell, a steel belt, a driving wheel and a fixed pulley, wherein the steel belt, the driving wheel and the fixed pulley are arranged in the shell, the steel belt is wound around the driving wheel and the fixed pulley, an outlet of a raw coal bin is communicated with a raw coal inlet at the top of one end of the shell, the raw coal inlet is positioned right above the steel belt, a raw coal outlet at the bottom of the other end of the shell is communicated with a coal dropping pipe, a smoke outlet of an external boiler is communicated with a smoke inlet at the bottom of the shell, and a smoke outlet of the shell is communicated with a smoke pipeline.
The outlet of the raw coal bin is communicated with the raw coal inlet of the shell through a shutoff door.
The smoke outlet of the external boiler is communicated with the smoke inlet at the bottom of the shell through an inlet air door.
An outlet air door is arranged on the flue gas pipeline.
The steel belt is provided with a plurality of heat storage plates.
The heat storage plates are distributed at equal intervals.
The flue gas outlet and the raw coal inlet are positioned on one side of the shell, and the flue gas inlet and the raw coal outlet are positioned on the other side of the shell.
The hot flue gas of boiler output gets into the coal feeding device body in, heats heat accumulation plate, steel band and raw coal, continues to heat the raw coal after heat accumulation plate and steel band and the raw coal contact for mix with the flue gas after the partial moisture heating evaporation in the raw coal, then discharge.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
when the coal feeding device with the pre-drying function is operated, hot flue gas output by a boiler enters the coal feeding device body, the heat storage plate, the steel belt and the raw coal are heated, the heat storage plate and the steel belt continue to heat the raw coal after contacting with the raw coal, so that part of water in the raw coal is heated and evaporated, then is mixed with the flue gas and is discharged, and the raw coal is pre-dried through the hot flue gas, so that various problems caused by natural drying are avoided.

Referring to fig. 1, the coal feeding device with pre-drying function of the present invention comprises a coal feeding device body, a raw coal bunker 1, a shutoff door 2, a coal dropping pipe 8, an inlet air door 7 and a flue gas pipeline;
the coal feeding device body includes the casing and sets up the steel band 5 in the casing, drive wheel 6 and fixed pulley, wherein, drive wheel 6 and fixed pulley are walked around to steel band 5, the export of raw coal bunker 1 is linked together through the raw coal entry at shutoff door 2 and casing one end top, the raw coal export of casing other end bottom is linked together with coal breakage pipe 8, the raw coal entry is located steel band 5 directly over, the exhanst gas outlet of external boiler is linked together through the flue gas entry of entry air door 7 with the casing bottom, the exhanst gas outlet and the flue gas pipeline of casing are linked together, be provided with export air door 3 on the flue gas pipeline.
The steel strip 5 is provided with a plurality of heat storage plates 4, wherein the heat storage plates 4 are distributed at equal intervals.
The flue gas outlet and the raw coal inlet are positioned on one side of the shell, and the flue gas inlet and the raw coal outlet are positioned on the other side of the shell.
The specific working process of the invention is as follows:
the raw coal of 1 output in raw coal bunker drops on the steel band 5 of coal feeding device body through shutoff door 2, heat accumulation plate 4 has been arranged on the steel band 5, steel band 5 is driven by drive wheel 6, the hot flue gas of boiler output gets into the coal feeding device body through entry air door 7, heat accumulation plate 4, steel band 5 and raw coal heat, heat accumulation plate 4 and steel band 5 continue to heat the raw coal after contacting with the raw coal, make partial moisture in the raw coal mix with the flue gas after the heating evaporation, then in the flue gas pipeline is got into through the exhanst gas outlet of coal feeding device body, the raw coal after the predrying of coal feeding device body output gets into the coal pulverizer through coal breakage pipe 8.
The coal feeding device body pre-dries the high-moisture raw coal, so that the moisture content of the raw coal can be effectively reduced, the occupied area is small, the coal feeding device can be arranged indoors, is not influenced by weather, and various problems caused by natural drying are avoided.
Claims (8)
1. A coal feeding device with a pre-drying function is characterized by comprising a coal feeding device body, a raw coal bin (1), a shutoff valve (2), a coal dropping pipe (8), an inlet air door (7) and a flue gas pipeline;
the coal feeding device body comprises a shell and a steel belt (5) arranged in the shell, a driving wheel (6) and a fixed pulley, wherein the steel belt (5) bypasses the driving wheel (6) and the fixed pulley, an outlet of a raw coal bunker (1) is communicated with a raw coal inlet at the top of one end of the shell, the raw coal inlet is positioned right above the steel belt (5), a raw coal outlet at the bottom of the other end of the shell is communicated with a coal dropping pipe (8), a smoke outlet of an external boiler is communicated with a smoke inlet at the bottom of the shell, and the smoke outlet of the shell is communicated with a smoke pipeline.
2. The coal feeding device with pre-drying function according to claim 1, characterized in that the outlet of the raw coal bunker (1) is communicated with the raw coal inlet of the casing through a shut-off door (2).
3. The coal feeding device with pre-drying function according to claim 1, characterized in that the flue gas outlet of the external boiler is communicated with the flue gas inlet at the bottom of the casing through an inlet damper (7).
4. The coal feeding device with pre-drying function according to claim 1, characterized in that the flue gas duct is provided with an outlet damper (3).
5. The coal feeder with pre-drying function according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of heat accumulating plates (4) are provided on the steel belt (5).
6. The coal feeder with pre-drying function according to claim 5, wherein the heat storage plates (4) are equally spaced.
7. The coal feeding apparatus with pre-drying function of claim 1, wherein the flue gas outlet and the raw coal inlet are located at one side of the housing, and the flue gas inlet and the raw coal outlet are located at the other side of the housing.

The coal feeding device with the pre-drying function according to claim 5, wherein hot flue gas output from the boiler enters the coal feeding device body to heat the heat storage plate (4), the steel belt (5) and the raw coal, and the heat storage plate (4) and the steel belt (5) continue to heat the raw coal after contacting the raw coal, so that part of moisture in the raw coal is heated and evaporated to be mixed with the flue gas and then discharged.
