the fastening base is arranged in parallel with the rotary cradle head;
the top of the rotary cradle head is connected with the fastening base through a sliding rail;
the fastening sliding block is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding way;
the fastening screw is in threaded connection with the rotary holder;
the first end of the fastening screw penetrates through the rotary cradle head and is in rotary connection with the fastening sliding block;
the number of the hooks is two, and the two hooks are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the frame;
the hook is provided with a first tool;
the first tool comprises a clamp body, a first connector and a first insulating rod;
the clamp body is rotationally connected with the top of the first insulating rod through the first connecting head;
the two sides of the clamp main body are provided with splicing columns which are spliced and matched with the hooks, and the first tool is used for lifting the signboard to a height position required to be installed;
the host is arranged on the back of the frame;
the rotary cradle head and the electronic screen are connected with the host, the host is connected with an external server through signals, and a plurality of identification pictures are arranged in the electronic screen;
a positioning module is arranged in the host, and the positioning module is a Beidou satellite navigation module;
the rotary tripod head comprises a tripod head motor and a tripod head gyroscope, wherein the tripod head gyroscope is used for acquiring offset and transmitting the offset to the processing module when the direction of the tripod head gyroscope is changed due to external force;
and the host is integrated with a processing module, and the processing module is used for controlling the cradle head motor to rotate in the opposite direction.
