Abstract
The invention provides a single-wire control fan and a control method thereof, wherein the single-wire control fan comprises: the first main control board is used for receiving the operation and control of a user; the second main control board is connected with the first main control board through a single signal wire and two power wires; the main fan blade motor and the at least one fan head moving motor are respectively connected with the second main control board through leads to receive independent driving control of the second main control board. According to the single-wire control fan and the control method thereof, the first main control board and the second main control board realize signal transmission through a single signal wire, and the number of outgoing lines of the first main control board is reduced, so that the wiring among the first main control board, the main fan blade motor and the fan head movement motor is simplified, the wiring difficulty is reduced, the electromagnetic radiation caused by a plurality of longer wire harnesses to the surrounding environment is reduced, and the EMC test and the cost reduction of the first main control board are facilitated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fans, in particular to a single-wire control fan and a control method thereof.
Background
The electric fan is a household appliance which uses a motor to drive fan blades to rotate so as to accelerate the circulation of air, and is mainly used for cooling, relieving summer heat and circulating air. The product is widely used in places such as families, classrooms, offices, shops, hospitals, hotels and the like.
In order to control the wind direction of the main fan blade in several dimensions, a plurality of wire harnesses are generally connected between a main control board and a fan head, which causes great wiring difficulty and often causes poor contact of a connector or hidden disconnection of the wire harnesses. Moreover, each motor for controlling the wind direction of the main fan blade is directly controlled by a plurality of pins of the main control board, so that the main control board needs to be in a working state all the time, devices on the main control board are multiple, tasks are heavy, writing procedures are complex, and the cost of the main control board is high. Moreover, the plurality of long wire harnesses can also cause electromagnetic radiation to the surrounding environment, which is not favorable for the fan to reach EMC test indexes.
In the current times of internet of things, the master control board is too complicated to work, and is not beneficial to the internet of things of products.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a single-wire controlled fan and a control method thereof to solve at least one of the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a single-wire control fan and a control method thereof to solve at least one of the problems.
In order to solve the above technical problem, a first technical solution adopted by the present invention is to provide a single-wire controlled fan, including: the first main control board is used for receiving the operation and control of a user; the second main control board is connected with the first main control board through a single signal wire and two power wires; the main fan blade motor and the at least one fan head moving motor are respectively connected with the second main control board through leads to receive independent driving control of the second main control board.
In one embodiment, the second main control board is integrated with a driving circuit of the main fan blade motor and the at least one fan head movement motor.
In one embodiment, the at least one fan head movement motor comprises at least one of a stepper motor, a synchronous motor; the at least one fan head movement motor comprises at least one of a left-right oscillating motor, an up-down oscillating motor and a fan head up-down lifting motor.
In one embodiment, the second main control board and the main fan blade motor are relatively fixedly connected.
In one embodiment, an LED background lamp is fixedly disposed in the fan head, and the LED background lamp is connected to the second main control board through a wire.
In one embodiment, the first main control board comprises a wireless remote control receiving module.
In order to solve the above technical problem, a second technical solution adopted by the present invention is to provide a control method for a single-wire controlled fan, the control method including:
the first main control board transmits the fan operation serial command to the second main control board through a single signal wire, and the first main control board converts the fan operation serial command into an input state after sending the fan operation serial command once to confirm whether the second main control board sends a response signal to indicate that the fan operation serial command is received;
the second main control board receives and executes the fan operation serial command, independently controls the actions of the main fan blade motor and the at least one fan head movement motor, always executes the fan operation serial command sent by the first main control board for the last time, and changes the fan operation serial command into an output state after receiving the fan operation serial command every time to respond that the command given by the first main control board is received completely.
In one embodiment, the control method further comprises: the first main control board receives a remote control instruction of the handheld remote controller.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the first main control board and the second main control board realize signal transmission through a single signal wire, and the number of outgoing lines on the first main control board is reduced, so that the wiring between the first main control board and the main fan blade motor and the fan head movement motor is simplified, the wiring difficulty and the fault rate are reduced, the influence of electromagnetic radiation on the surrounding environment caused by a plurality of longer wiring harnesses is reduced, and EMC test indexes are favorably reached;
(2) the first main control board and the second main control board realize signal transmission through a single signal wire, partial work tasks of the first main control board are downloaded to the second main control board, the second main control board always keeps executing a fan operation serial command which is issued by the first main control board for the last time, the first main control board does not need to be in a working state for a long time, the number of I/O (input/output) sockets on the first main control board can be reduced, the programming complexity of the first main control board is reduced, and the cost of the first main control board is reduced.

1-a first main control board; 2-a second main control panel; 21-a wiring port; 3-main fan blade motor; 4-a left-right oscillating motor; 5-oscillating up and down motor; 6-LED background light; 7-a base; 8-a fan head; 9-supporting tube; 10-single wire control fan.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the single-wire controlled fan 10 of the present embodiment includes: the first main control board 1 is generally arranged on a base 7 of the fan, is not arranged on a supporting pipe 9 of the fan, and is used for receiving the operation of a user; the second main control board 2 is arranged in the fan head 8, moves synchronously with the fan head 8, is electrically connected with the first main control board 1, and is specifically connected with the first main control board 1 through a single signal wire and two power wires; the main fan blade motor 3 and the at least one fan head movement motor are respectively connected with the second main control board 2 through leads to receive independent driving control of the second main control board 2.
In this embodiment, the main fan blade motor 3 and the at least one fan head movement motor are not required to be directly connected to the first main control board 1 through three lines, so that a precondition is provided for simplifying the structure and the interface of the first main control board 1, and the cost of the first main control board can be effectively reduced; and the number of the wiring directly connected to the first main control board 1 is reduced, the influence of radiation noise of a plurality of long wire bundles on surrounding electronic equipment can be effectively reduced, and EMC test is facilitated.
In this embodiment, the at least one fan head movement motor includes at least one of a stepping motor and a synchronous motor; the at least one fan head movement motor comprises at least one of a left-right oscillating motor, an up-down oscillating motor and a fan head up-down lifting motor. The number and type of motors driving the fan head to move need to be selected according to specific design requirements.
In this embodiment, it is further preferable that the second main control board 2 is integrated with a driving circuit of the main fan blade motor and the at least one fan head movement motor.
In practical application, as shown in fig. 1, the at least one fan head movement motor comprises a left and right oscillating motor 4, an up and down oscillating motor 5 and an LED backlight 6. Moreover, whether the LED backlight 6 is needed or not, and also selected according to specific design requirements, is within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, three wiring ports 21 are provided on the second main control board 2, and of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the wiring ports is not limited to three, and may be more, so that a manufacturer may set one or more of the right pan motor 4, the up-down pan motor 5, the fan head up-down lift motor, and the LED backlight 6 on the fan according to design requirements.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the single-wire controlled fan 10 includes a left-right oscillating motor 4, and of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the single-wire controlled fan may further include an up-down oscillating motor 5 and/or a fan head up-down lifting motor, which provides a multi-dimensional fan head regulation and control manner for a user, so that the user can enjoy a more dimensional blowing effect.
In addition, in order to ensure that the connection line between the second main control board 2 and the main fan motor 3 is stable and reliable, so that the second main control board 2 and the main fan motor 3 move synchronously with the fan head 8 at the same time, it is preferable that the second main control board 2 and the main fan motor 3 are fixedly connected relatively, as shown in fig. 2 to 4.
In order to provide lighting effect at night, in an embodiment, it is preferable that an LED backlight is fixedly disposed in the fan head 8, and the LED backlight is connected to the second main control panel 2 through a wire.
For the single-wire control fan 10, the control of the first main control board 1 generally includes two modes, namely wireless remote control signal control and human finger touch key control. Preferably, the first main control board comprises a wireless remote control receiving module for receiving a control instruction of the remote controller.
The first main control panel 1 generally includes a touch key, a remote control receiving head, a temperature sensor, a buzzer, a gear of each motor, a reservation timing and other display interfaces, and is convenient for receiving an input instruction of a user and an indication of a working state of the fan.
The invention also provides a control method of the single-wire control fan, and the structure of the single-wire control fan is already described in detail and is not repeated herein.
The control method of the single-wire control fan specifically comprises the following steps:
the first main control board transmits a fan operation serial command to the second main control board through a single signal wire;
the second main control board receives and executes the fan operation serial command, and independently controls the actions of the main fan blade motor and the at least one fan head movement motor;
in this way, the number of wires connected to the first master control board is reduced, and execution and distribution of control instructions is controlled by the second master control board.
According to the control method of the single-wire control fan, the control driving parts of the main fan blade motor and the fan head movement motor are arranged on the same second main control board, so that the number of IO (input/output) lines and the number of outgoing lines on the first main control board are reduced, the wiring difficulty is simplified, the cost is reduced, and the EMC (electro magnetic compatibility) test of a product is facilitated. And moreover, the work task of the first main control board is lightened, and favorable conditions are provided for the first main control board to adapt to the requirements of the current internet of things.
Further, the control method of the single-wire control fan comprises the following steps:
after the first main control board sends the fan operation serial command once, the first main control board is converted into an input state to confirm whether the second main control board sends a response signal to indicate that the fan operation serial command is received;
the second main control board always executes the fan operation serial command sent by the first main control board for the last time, and after the fan operation serial command is received for one time, the second main control board is switched to an output state to respond that the command given by the first main control board is received completely.
Furthermore, the first main control board receives the remote control command of the handheld remote controller, converts the remote control command into a single-wire communication command and sends the single-wire communication command to the second main control board, and certainly, the communication protocols of the first main control board and the second main control board are consistent.
In this embodiment, the second main control board timely feeds back the received serial command of the fan operation, so that the main control board is prevented from considering the operation of each motor of the fan all the time, and the parallel workload of the first main control board is reduced.

A single wire controlled fan, comprising: the first main control board is used for receiving the operation and control of a user; the second main control board is connected with the first main control board through a single signal wire and two power wires; the main fan blade motor and the at least one fan head moving motor are respectively connected with the second main control board through leads to receive independent driving control of the second main control board.
2. The single-wire controlled fan of claim 1, wherein: the second main control board is integrated with a driving circuit of the main fan blade motor and the at least one fan head movement motor.

The single-wire controlled fan according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the at least one fan head movement motor comprises at least one of a stepping motor and a synchronous motor; the at least one fan head movement motor comprises at least one of a left-right oscillating motor, an up-down oscillating motor and a fan head up-down lifting motor.
4. The single wire controlled fan of claim 3, wherein: the second main control board is fixedly connected with the main fan blade motor relatively.
5. The single wire controlled fan of claim 3, wherein: an LED background lamp is fixedly arranged in the fan head and is connected with the second main control board through a conducting wire.
6. The single wire controlled fan of claim 3, wherein: the first main control board comprises a wireless remote control receiving module.
7. A control method of a single-wire controlled fan as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the control method comprises:
the first main control board transmits the fan operation serial command to the second main control board through a single signal wire, and the first main control board converts the fan operation serial command into an input state after sending the fan operation serial command once to confirm whether the second main control board sends a response signal to indicate that the fan operation serial command is received;
the second main control board receives and executes the fan operation serial command, independently controls the actions of the main fan blade motor and the at least one fan head movement motor, always executes the fan operation serial command sent by the first main control board for the last time, and changes the fan operation serial command into an output state after receiving the fan operation serial command every time to respond that the command given by the first main control board is received completely.
8. The control method of the one-wire control fan according to claim 7, further comprising: the first main control board receives a remote control instruction of the handheld remote controller.
