The pressure testing device is used for realizing the pressure test of the high-pressure fuel pipe of the marine low-speed diesel engine. The simple device forms an installation method, and can quickly detect whether the high-pressure fuel pipe has a leakage problem.
Background
In the manufacturing process of a marine low-speed diesel engine (hereinafter referred to as a 'main engine'), a high-pressure fuel pipe is an important pipeline of the main engine, and high-pressure fuel (800bar) pressurized by a fuel pump is conveyed to a fuel injector to be injected into a combustion chamber. According to the different diameters of the main machine, each cylinder is configured with 2-4 cylinders, and the main machine is generally 5-7 cylinders (as shown in figure 1). The main machine standard matching tool does not contain a high-pressure fuel pipe pressure monitoring tool, and once the fuel leakage problem occurs on a ship, relevant pressure tests cannot be immediately carried out, and the cause of the problem cannot be quickly found out. Part of shipowners have specifically requested the addition of fuel line pressure test tools and have provided a set of high pressure fuel line test tool installation methods. Therefore, a simple test tool for the high-pressure fuel pipe of the low-speed diesel engine for the ship needs to be designed to solve the problems.

The oil inlet hole and the air vent are arranged on the end block, the sizes of the holes are the same, and the mounting positions can be exchanged according to the actual mounting condition of the oil pipe; the device has the characteristics of small size and simple and easy installation, and can quickly judge whether the high-pressure fuel pipe leaks or not.
The test tool consists of:

A sealing ring is arranged in a groove of a first end block (shown in figure 3) and is used for sealing connection with a high-pressure fuel pipe; an air bleed screw or a round gasket and a hydraulic pipe quick connector can be arranged in the connecting hole (the air bleed screw is arranged at a high position and the round gasket and the hydraulic pipe quick connector are arranged at a low position according to the actual installation condition); one end of the end block is connected to a high pressure fuel pipe (see fig. 4).
2. End block two
A leakage inspection hole is formed in the second end block (as shown in figure 5); the internal threads of the end block are connected with a high-pressure fuel pipe (as shown in figure 6); the connecting hole can be internally provided with a deflation screw or a round gasket and a hydraulic pipe quick joint. (according to the actual installation situation, the general air release screw is installed at the high position, and the round gasket and the hydraulic pipe quick joint are installed at the low position).
Installation and use method (as shown in fig. 7):
1. and screwing the two end blocks into the two sides of the high-pressure fuel pipe.
2. A round gasket and a quick joint are arranged at the lower end of the position; and a deflation screw is arranged at the higher end of the air bag.
3. The pneumatic hydraulic pump and the quick connector are connected through a hydraulic hose, the air release screw is loosened through the hexagon socket wrench, the hydraulic pump is opened to fill oil into the pipe until no air bubbles are discharged from the air release port, and the air release screw is tightened.
4. And raising the pump pressure of the hydraulic pump, and gradually raising the oil pressure to the required requirement of the test pressure.
