According to fig. 2, the second adapter 22 comprises a single-core lower adapter body 2-1, a long seven-core normal pressure socket body 2-3 is arranged in the single-core lower adapter body 2-1, a lower protective cap 24 is assembled at the other end of the single-core lower adapter body 2-1, and a fifth O-ring 23 is arranged between the single-core lower adapter body 2-1 and the lower protective cap 24; one end of a long seven-core normal-pressure socket body 2-3 is abutted against one end of the inner side of the single-core lower connector body 2-1 through a second check ring 2-2, and an insulating sleeve 2-6, a spring 2-5, a conductive column 2-7, an insulating pad 2-9 and a plurality of jack insulators 2-4 are further arranged in the long seven-core normal-pressure socket body 2-3; a through hole is formed in the insulating sleeve 2-6, the insulating pad 2-9 is assembled at the end part of the insulating sleeve 2-6, and the insulating pad 2-9 is propped against the long seven-core normal-pressure socket body 2-3 through a third retainer ring 2-8; the conducting column 2-7 is sleeved in the through hole, the spring 2-5 is arranged in the through hole, one end of the spring is fixed to the inner wall end of the insulating sleeve 2-6, close to the side of the plurality of jack insulators 2-4, the other end of the spring is fixed to the conducting column 2-7, the plurality of jack insulators 2-4 are connected with the conducting column 2-7 through a conducting wire, and the conducting column 2-7 is close to the plurality of jack insulators 2-4 through the compression spring 2-5 which is pressed downwards.
As shown in fig. 3, the seven-core pressure bearing disk 25 includes seven-core pressure bearing disk bodies 4-5; a plurality of sealing needles 4-3 are arranged on the seven-core pressure bearing disc body 4-5; the plurality of sealing needles 4-3 are respectively provided with a jack 4-1 and a rubber sleeve 4-2; an eighth O-shaped ring 4-4 is arranged between the seven-core pressure bearing disc body 4-5 and the connecting shell 16 for sealing, and the other end of the seven-core pressure bearing disc 25 is connected with an electrical conversion assembly.
Wherein, the fixed theory of operation of cable in embodiment 1: as shown in fig. 1, the cable is passed through the ferrule holder 6, and then the outer layer wire is passed through the brass band 7 and the inner layer wire is passed through the inside of the brass band 7. The outer layer steel wire is compressed between the copper clamp 7 and the clamp seat 6 and between the copper clamp 7 and the compression plug 8, so that the cable is fixed.
The working principle of cable sealing is as follows: as shown in figure 1, the cable passes through the rubber sleeve 13, the bushing 14 and the spiral ring pressing cap 15, the spiral ring pressing cap 15 is in threaded connection with the lower releasing connector 12, and the bushing 14 presses the rubber sleeve 13 downwards when the spiral ring pressing cap 15 is rotated, so that the rubber sleeve 13 holds the cable tightly to realize sealing.
The releasing working principle is as follows: as shown in figure 1, liquid enters the inside of the tool from the upper part and reaches the position of the rubber sleeve 13, the pressure in the tool is increased, when the pressure corresponds to the external pressure, the coiled tubing is lifted, the shearing pin 28 is sheared, and the upper releasing sub 9 is separated from the lower releasing sub 12.
Example 2
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the coiled tubing cable sealing and securing apparatus includes a cable securing assembly, a mechanical releasing assembly, a connection housing 16, and an electrical conversion assembly; one end of the cable fixing component is in threaded connection with one end of the mechanical releasing component and is used for compressing and fixing the cable; the other end of the mechanical releasing assembly is in threaded connection with one end of the connecting shell 16, and a cable sealing assembly is arranged on the mechanical releasing assembly in one end of the connecting shell 16; the other end of the connection housing 16 is screwed to the electrical conversion assembly.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the cable fixing assembly comprises a slip upper joint 1-1, a slip 1-2, a slip shell 1-3, a backing ring 1-4 and a compression nut 1-5; one end of a slip upper joint 1-1 is provided with an upper protective cap 1, the other end of the slip upper joint 1-1 is in threaded connection with one end of a slip shell 1-3, the other end of the slip shell 1-3 is in threaded connection with one end of a mechanical releasing assembly, a slip 1-2, a backing ring 1-4 and a compression nut 1-5 are arranged in the slip shell 1-3, and the slip 1-2 is arranged on the slip upper joint 1-1 and used for locking a cable; the compression nut 1-5 is connected to the slip upper connector 1-1 through threads, the backing ring 1-4 is arranged between the slip 1-2 and the compression nut 1-5, and the backing ring 1-4 and the compression nut 1-5 are compressed by rotating the threaded slip 1-2, so that the cable is compressed and fixed.
Referring to fig. 5, the connection housing 16 is connected to the electrical conversion assembly, and the electrical conversion assembly is sleeved with the first adaptor 1-6; the connecting shell 16 is connected with one end of the first adapter 1-6 into a whole through a split screw ring 19, and the other end of the first adapter 1-6 is provided with a nylon protective cap 1-7 for protecting the screw thread.
Referring to FIG. 6, a first transition joint 1-6 includes a reducer lower joint body 3-1; a seven-core normal-pressure socket body 3-3 is arranged in the reducing lower joint body 3-1, a first check ring 3-2 is arranged on the inner walls of the seven-core normal-pressure socket body 3-3 and the reducing lower joint body 3-1, and a jack insulator 3-4 is arranged in the seven-core normal-pressure socket body 3-3; a seventh O-shaped ring 3-5 is arranged between the reducing lower joint body 3-1 and the nylon protective cap 1-7 and is used for sealing and preventing slurry from entering; a slip ring component 3-6 is arranged at the end part of the reducing lower joint body 3-1 and is used for being electrically connected with a lower instrument; wherein, the jack insulator 3-4 is connected with the slip ring component 3-6 through a lead.
The working principle of cable fixing in embodiment 2 is as follows: as shown in fig. 2, the cable is threaded through slips 1-2, grommet 1-4 and compression nut 1-5. The packing ring 1-4 is pressed down by rotating the compression nut 1-5, and then the slips 1-2 are compressed. The slips 1-2 contract under the conical surface between the slip upper joints 1-1 to hold the cable tightly, so that the cable is fixed.
The working principle of cable sealing is as follows: as shown in figure 2, the cable passes through the rubber sleeve 13, the bushing 14 and the spiral ring pressing cap 15, the spiral ring pressing cap 15 is in threaded connection with the lower releasing connector 12, and the bushing 14 presses the rubber sleeve 13 downwards when the spiral ring pressing cap 15 is rotated, so that the rubber sleeve 13 holds the cable tightly to realize sealing.
The releasing working principle is as follows: as shown in figure 2, liquid enters the inside of the tool from the upper part and reaches the position of the rubber sleeve 13, the pressure in the tool is increased, when the pressure corresponds to the external pressure, the coiled tubing is lifted, the shearing pin 28 is sheared, and the upper releasing sub 9 is separated from the lower releasing sub 12.
The structure of the mechanical releasing assembly and the connecting shell in the embodiment 2 is the same as that in the embodiment 1.
The two cable fixing assemblies of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 are not limited to the above two ways of fixing the cable, and other ways such as taper sleeve, torpedo and the like are all within the protection range of fixing the cable.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
in the logging operation, the tool is connected to an outer clamping tile connector at the lower end of the coiled tubing, then a cable extends downwards, and the cable is fixed through an outer steel wire of the cable fixed by the copper clamping hoop 7, so that the cable is fixed. The inner steel wire of the cable is sealed by the rubber sleeve 13. The inner steel wire is cut at the spiral pressing cap 15 to expose the cable, and the cable is connected to the upper surface of the sealing needle 4-3 of the 7-core pressure bearing disc 25 at the lower end, so that the electrical connection is realized.
In the logging operation, the tool is connected to an outer slip joint at the lower end of the coiled tubing, then a cable stretches down, and the cable is tightly held through slips 1-2, so that the cable is fixed. The lower end of the cable is sealed by a rubber sleeve 13. All steel wires of the cable are cut off at the spiral pressing cap 15 to expose the cable, and the cable is connected to the upper surface of the sealing needle 4-3 of the 7-core pressure bearing disc 25 at the lower end, so that the electrical connection is realized.
In the logging operation, if the lower instrument is blocked, liquid can be injected into the tool from the upper coiled tubing to reach the position of the rubber sleeve 13, the internal pressure of the tool is increased, and when the external pressure is equal to that of lifting the coiled tubing, the shearing pin 28 is sheared, so that the upper releasing joint 9 is separated from the lower releasing joint 12, and the releasing operation is realized.
After the coiled tubing is threaded through the cable, the instrument string at the lower part needs to be connected with the coiled tubing. The cable at the upper end is firstly fixed by a fixing device in the tool, and the fixing device has two fixing modes, namely a slip mode and a copper clamp mode, but not limited to the two fixing modes. The cable is sealed at the lower extreme accessible after fixed for the inside liquid of upper end coiled tubing can't flow down, realizes sealedly, prevents that liquid from entering into the lower extreme and influencing the insulation, realizes normal logging.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art should understand that: modifications and equivalents may be made to the embodiments of the invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which is to be covered by the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A coiled tubing cable sealing and fixing device is characterized by comprising a cable fixing component, a mechanical releasing component, a connecting shell (16) and an electrical conversion component; one end of the cable fixing component is in threaded connection with one end of the mechanical releasing component and is used for compressing and fixing the cable; the other end of the mechanical releasing assembly is in threaded connection with one end of the connecting shell (16), and a cable sealing assembly is arranged on the mechanical releasing assembly in one end of the connecting shell (16); the other end of the connecting shell (16) is connected with the electrical conversion component in a threaded mode.
2. The coiled tubing cable sealing and securing device according to claim 1, wherein the cable securing assembly comprises an upper joint body (2), a positioning split toroid (5), a clamp seat (6), a copper clamp (7) and a compression sleeve (8); protective cap (1) is assembled to the one end of top connection body (2), the other end threaded connection of top connection body (2) is in the one end of mechanical releasing subassembly, be equipped with the through-hole in clamp seat (6), clamp seat (6) are including the assembly end, extension end and stiff end, the assembly end is fixed on top connection body (2) in the one end of mechanical releasing subassembly, the location is established on the extension is served to split spiro (5) cover, and threaded connection is on top connection body (2) in the one end of mechanical releasing subassembly, copper clamp (7) and compress tightly cover (8) and assemble in the through-hole of stiff end in proper order, compress tightly cover (8) in the through-hole of stiff end through threaded connection, and compress tightly the setting to copper clamp (7).

The coiled tubing cable sealing and securing device of claim 2, wherein the mechanical release assembly comprises a release upper sub (9) and a release lower sub (12); one end of the upper joint body (2) is connected in the releasing upper joint (9) through threads, and a first O-shaped ring (4) is arranged between the upper joint body (2) and the releasing upper joint (9) for sealing; meanwhile, after the upper joint body (2) and the releasing upper joint (9) are in threaded connection in place, a plurality of jackscrews (3) are arranged at the joint of the upper joint body (2) and the releasing upper joint (9) and used for preventing the threads from loosening.

The coiled tubing cable sealing and fixing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lower lost joint (12) and the upper released joint (9) are arranged in an opposite insertion manner, a plurality of bosses are arranged on the inner wall of the lower released joint (12) in a surrounding manner, a plurality of grooves are arranged on the outer wall of the upper released joint (9) in a surrounding manner, a plurality of bosses are correspondingly inserted into the plurality of grooves for preventing circumferential rotation between the lower lost joint (12) and the upper released joint (9), the lower released joint (12) and the upper released joint (9) are mutually righted through the first O-shaped ring (4) and the second O-shaped ring (10), and a third O-shaped ring (11) is arranged between the lower released joint (12) and the upper released joint (9) for sealing; a plurality of shearing pins (28) are arranged between the lower lost-hand joint (12) and the upper releasing joint (9); one end of the lower lost-hand joint (12) is connected in the connecting shell (16) through threads, a first O-shaped ring (4) is arranged between the joint of the lower lost-hand joint (12) and the connecting shell (16), and a plurality of jackscrews (3) are arranged at the joint of the lower lost-hand joint (12) and the connecting shell (16) after the lower lost-hand joint (12) and the connecting shell (16) are installed in place through threads, so that the threads are prevented from being loosened; a cable sealing assembly is arranged at one end of a lower lost-hand joint (12) in a connecting shell (16), the cable sealing assembly comprises a rubber sleeve (13), a bushing (14) and a spiral ring pressing cap (15), and the spiral ring pressing cap (15) is connected to one end of the lower lost-hand joint (12) through threads; the rubber sleeve (13) and the bushing (14) are sequentially arranged between the spiral ring pressing cap (15) and the hand lower joint (12), one end of the rubber sleeve (13) abuts against the hand lower joint (12), one end of the rubber sleeve abuts against the bushing (14), the other end of the bushing (14) abuts against the spiral ring pressing cap (15), the rubber sleeve (13) can be pressed by adjusting the spiral ring pressing cap (15), and the pressing of a cable in the hand lower joint (12) is achieved.
5. The coiled tubing cable sealing and fixing device according to claim 5, wherein the second adapter (22) comprises a single-core lower adapter body (2-1), a long seven-core normal pressure socket body (2-3) is arranged in the single-core lower adapter body (2-1), a lower protective cap (24) is assembled at the other end of the single-core lower adapter body (2-1), and a fifth O-shaped ring (23) is arranged between the single-core lower adapter body (2-1) and the lower protective cap (24); one end of the long seven-core normal-pressure socket body (2-3) is abutted against one end of the inner side of the single-core lower joint body (2-1) through a second check ring (2-2), and an insulating sleeve (2-6), a spring (2-5), a conductive column (2-7), an insulating pad (2-9) and a plurality of jack insulators (2-4) are further arranged in the long seven-core normal-pressure socket body (2-3); a through hole is arranged in the insulating sleeve (2-6), an insulating pad (2-9) is assembled at the end part of the insulating sleeve (2-6), and the insulating pad (2-9) is propped against the long seven-core normal-pressure socket body (2-3) through a third retaining ring (2-8); the conducting posts (2-7) are sleeved in the through holes, the springs (2-5) are arranged in the through holes, one ends of the springs are fixed to the inner wall ends, close to the side of the plurality of jack insulators (2-4), of the through holes of the insulating sleeves (2-6), the other ends of the springs are fixed to the conducting posts (2-7), the plurality of jack insulators (2-4) are connected with the conducting posts (2-7) through conducting wires, and the conducting posts (2-7) are close to the plurality of jack insulators (2-4) through pressing down the compression springs (2-5).

The coiled tubing cable sealing and securing device according to claim 5, wherein the seven-core pressure bearing disc (25) comprises a seven-core pressure bearing disc body (4-5); a plurality of sealing needles (4-3) are arranged on the seven-core pressure bearing disc body (4-5); the plurality of sealing needles (4-3) are respectively provided with a jack (4-1) and a rubber sleeve (4-2); an eighth O-shaped ring (4-4) is arranged between the seven-core pressure bearing disc body (4-5) and the connecting shell (16) and used for sealing, and the other end of the seven-core pressure bearing disc (25) is connected with the electrical conversion assembly.

The coiled tubing cable sealing and securing device of claim 1, wherein the cable securing assembly comprises a slip upper joint (1-1), slips (1-2), a slip housing (1-3), a grommet (1-4) and a compression nut (1-5); one end of the slip upper joint (1-1) is provided with an upper protective cap (1), the other end of the slip upper joint (1-1) is in threaded connection with one end of a slip shell (1-3), the other end of the slip shell (1-3) is in threaded connection with one end of a mechanical releasing assembly, a slip (1-2), a backing ring (1-4) and a gland nut (1-5) are arranged in the slip shell (1-3), and the slip (1-2) is arranged on the slip upper joint (1-1) and used for locking a cable; the compression nut (1-5) is connected to the slip upper joint (1-1) through threads, the backing ring (1-4) is arranged between the slip (1-2) and the compression nut (1-5), and the backing ring (1-4) and the compression nut (1-5) are compressed by rotating the threaded slip (1-2), so that the cable is compressed and fixed.
